Well, there claim is pretty legit. Very legit. It's an unassuming place with unassuming prices that buy you great food and friendly service. Seriously, like way back when friendly service and prices. We had the hand cut fries, a patty melt and bacon jalapeño burger--both with side salads--and a drink...all for $35. The burgers and fries were great. I just wish we would have saved room for the $3 milkshake or the $3 slice of made-today pie. A definite dont miss if you're driving I-15 in the Beehive State!

Good burgers at a great price! Stopped here on our way back home from Park City…read more The gal who worked the register and served was very sweet. She gave us menus and directed us to sit anywhere we'd like. The burger menus is quite extensive, and they all come with fries, soup or salad. 3 of us ordered cheeseburgers and 1 got the loaded burger, all with fries on the side. Food is cooked to order, which took about 15 minutes. Our 3 cheeseburgers came out first with the loaded burger just a couple minutes behind. Fries were hot and plentiful, and we all enjoyed our burgers. Hubby noted that the guac on his burger was on the lemony/limey side, so that's good for patrons to know. We were lucky to just beat the lunch rush, as a few more groups came in shortly after us. Loaded Burgers is a solid place if you have a few more extra minutes to spare for your stop/meal.

Surprised for an off the path roadside diner outside of Beaver, Utah. Wasn't what I was looking for, it it was what I needed. Thank you Timberline.

The Longer We stopped by this place on our way back from St. George for lunch. As soon as I stepped in, I felt very homey and cozy. I will say this felt like one of those diners you seen a TV show where everybody in the local area goes there in orders good food. I ended up ordering the French dip with fries and it was OK. It was not something that I would pick first on my next go around. But I did get to try the burger that they had and it was pretty good though to my surprise my favorite item that I got to try was the onion rings. They were actually pretty amazing, it has been a little while since I've had onion rings taste that good At the end of our lunch, we ended up getting a butter cake, which ended up being pretty good. I will warn you that it is definitely too big for one person and that you probably need a few semi-hungry individuals to take it down. I will say that the spot is not somewhere that you should avoid if you're driving through Beaver. 3.75/5

I ordered the Fennel Sausage Pizza, which came with "Hand crushed tomato sauce, house made fennel sausage, aged and smoked mozzarella, parmigiano-reggiano." (Centro Woodfired Pizzeria, 2026). It was a delicious pizza. The crust was very well made with a light crispiness and a good chew. The sauce offered a great balance between acidity and sweetness. The fennel sausage was good, but it was noticeably missing that great fennel flavor. It was very subtle and missing the actual fennel seeds in the sausage, that I am accustomed too. Overall, it was a great pizza and I would order it again. The arugula salad that I ordered was on point. It came with a generous amount of fresh arugula, shaved Parmesan cheese, sliced prosciutto, and a delicious house made lemon basil vinaigrette. All the flavors played well together. I liked that they did not over dress the salad, which allowed the other flavors to independently shine. I would certainly order this salad again. My friends ordered the Gorgonzola Salad, which was also great. They certainly did not hold back on the cheese and bacon. They also ordered a custom pie. They loved it. The service was quite welcoming and amiable. I liked the conversation and positive attitudes of the employees. They offer comfortable inside seating. This place is definitely worth the visit when one is in town.

Just found my new taco spot far away from home…read more Since I've been trucking for almost a week now, I've had the chance to try new food spots on the road -- mostly takeout, no sit-down -- and this place genuinely surprised me. The food was hot, fresh, and way better than expected. If I'm being honest, it was kind of a shocker. It's almost sad to say, but this was better than a lot of what I've had on my recent occasions in San Antonio. I stopped in quickly since we had to get back on the road, and from ordering to food in hand it took no more than 5-7 minutes. I ordered three mini tacos at $3 each, which is a solid price for Utah. I went with one carne asada, one lengua, and one adobada, all topped with cilantro and onion, served on fresh corn tortillas. The tortillas were soft, warm, and clearly made fresh. For salsas, I had two salsa verdes and one salsa roja. The salsa verde was classic and mild -- very fresh and flavorful, though I personally prefer it a bit spicier. The salsa roja delivered exactly what I was looking for with good heat and great flavor. I almost ordered tacos suaves, but I was really craving the mini tacos and I'm glad I went with them. Next time, I'll definitely try the tacos suaves. Everything tasted freshly made and not rushed, which made the experience even better. The restaurant is located inside the Flying J off Interstate 15 (Exit 112), and I was also impressed with how clean the Flying J itself was. Great service as well -- the guy at the counter was friendly and welcoming. This stop turned into a great meal and a new memory in the small town of Beaver, Utah. I'll definitely be back if my routes bring me through again. Highly recommend stopping by Beaver Taco if you're passing through.

They were delicious! We asked for red sauce, green sauce, paid a little extra for pico de gallo, and the nice lady working there gave me pickled jalapeños upon request. Many Mexican restaurants in Southern California, where we live, don't offer the relleno burrito, so that was a win. The whole experience was a win for us, so check them out!
