Holy cow, this ice cream is amazing!…read more This is the perfect place to stop on a road trip. They have a fun store with all kinds of treats and souvenirs, and the kitchen/restaurant looked nice, too. But the ice cream ... the ice cream! The menu looked amazing, and I wanted to try so many flavors, but I went with the cherry chocolate amaretto option. And wow, as a cherry chocolate chip ice cream connoisseur, this is by far the best version I've ever had! They do close at a time that felt pretty early to me, so make sure you check the time if you plan to stop. But even though we got there right before closing, we were still able to order, and there were tables outside to eat at. I'll be back!

The food line and the ice cream line were about the same. I was blown away that there is only ONE register to take orders. I get the concept of the whole place, so if you want to experience it, you should. I don't believe I will ever be in that area again and if I do, I am not wasting my time there. Are you wondering if the food was worth the wait? No. Was it good, it was, but not 90 minutes of waiting good.

A Must-Stop on I-15! Do yourself a favor and stop at Arshel's Loaded Burgers in Beaver!…read more We ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and the bacon cheeseburger, and both were absolutely outstanding. The beef patties were juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they serve. The French fries deserve their own shout-out. They're made from real potatoes, skins and all, and cooked to crispy, golden perfection. They were the perfect complement to the burgers. The staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere captures Utah at its best--comfortable, unpretentious, and with just the right touch of country charm. It's easy to see why this place has such a loyal following. Whether you're a local or just traveling through Beaver, Arshel's is absolutely worth the stop. We'll definitely be back!

Come for the food, stay for the great service and welcoming ambiance…read more For Starters, the Nonna's meatballs have a great home cooked flavor and taste, that other restaurants wish they could replicate. Follow it up with the Pollo Bianco (with red grapes) and the Fennel Sausage pizzas, as any of their pizzas will complement the rest of your evening. Our server, Sage, was tuned in on every cue that left us satisfied during our time here at Centro. The hostess, Ryleigh, was prompt with greeting us and assisting with arranging our table upon arrival. (pro tip: don't forget to make your reservation ahead of time, great minds think alike when it comes down to picking a great spot for dinner) Overall, this is a great dining experience. The staff are friendly and so are the locals you'll sit next to. This restaurant is always on the top of our travel itinerary when in Southern Utah.

It was not crowded because it has passed lunch hours. The place is like any pizza parlors with more high tables a few standard height on the sides and front. The flooring seemed untidy. But overall it was cozy and relaxing. We noticed that there were a few businessmen dining. Apparently there are 2 conventions going on. We got seated right away and our server, Cassandra welcomed us with a big smile. She introduced herself and apparently she is from South Dakota and just started there two weeks go. She gave us all the info on their wood fired pizzas and made some suggestions. She observed that my husband and I have different tastes so she recommended to order half/half which was a great idea. My hubby opted for the spicy one for half and ordered my side to have artichoke and added mushrooms. She forewarned us that their salads are huge good for 4 people but it did not discourage us to order. Glad I did order as the Caesar's salad was fresh, crisp with lots of Parmesan shavings and the dressing was perfect. It tasted like it has a hint of anchovies which we love. By the time we were done with the salad, the pizza came and it was delicious! The red sauce topping was perfectly spiced and the white sauce topping on my side was flavorful. I normally like my pizza crust crispy but since it's oven fired, it was just as good. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was amazing and we will definitely go back the next time we are in town.

Just a heads-up: Brian Head is a small town, so there aren't a ton of stores to browse, but it was still a nice way to pass the time. We ended up taking the pizza back to our place, and wow--it was SO good. You can actually watch the cooks make your pizza as soon as you order, which immediately gave us confidence in the quality. Fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The place itself was busy, but the vibe was great--lively without feeling chaotic. Next time we're in town, we'll definitely eat in so we can enjoy their beer selection too. Highly recommend if you're visiting Brian Head and craving great pizza!

Highly recommend. We almost didn't come here because of the 3.2 rating but saw all the 1s were from a good while ago. Plus there were only 2 other restaurants open and the Thai restaurant had recent bad reviews and we weren't in the mood for Mexican. The cashier was friendly but could tell she didn't want to be there. The kids delivering the food were doing awesome. They were speedy and super friendly to everyone and made sure each table had what they needed. The restaurant is filled with sports memorabilia. The table with the Dodgers memorabilia was the only one open when we got there. My husband felt it was meant to be. We'd definitely come back.
