Horrible service, poorly cooked food, and they seem to leave their phone off the hook a LOT so ordering a pickup order rarely works out.

I did my online ordering for the first time and when I called the lady name Nicole said that my order was never place... after 30 minutes I got a confirmation by email that my order was received by this Dennys location ... it's already been pre-paid so they should have called me again saying that they did receive my order they need to be more organized under online ordering.. read more

The wost ever service they provide they could learn a thing or to from the dennys in sommersvillie RD. They take your order. Bring your food and only once they pour ur coffee only once and while your eating they bring your check and dont ever return. what a loudsy service read more

I'm shocked this Denny's has any stars. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were seated, and the Manager/Hostess took our drink order. Got our drinks and no one ever came back. After 40 minutes of sitting we got up and walked out. I waited at the cashier to ask if we were going to be charged for the drinks and was asked what the problem was???? Are you freaking kidding me???? The manager turned to the waiter and in Spanish asked him, "you forgot about table 20?" The guy sat there and giggled. WTH??? I will NEVER go back to this Denny's EVER. 1 Star just to post. RIDICULOUS. Yelp needs to add a HORRIBLE rating. This place doesn't deserve ANY stars. read more

This location is filthy on a regular basis. Typically early on Saturday and Sunday mornings around 6am. I am considering not ever returning.

Cindy is so good!!! We love her.. she is so sweet and such a great server... I enjoy coming here. I looooove the groovy mango smoothie :)

We have eaten at this dennys many times over the last few years. Last night on 6/13/14 around 930 we stopped in from working all day and shopping into the evening. Unfortunately we had our worst meal ever. My wife and I ordered breakfast. My eggs were over done with the yellow being cooked like a hard boiled egg. My wife's avocado omelet was under cooked the cheese was not melted. Did they offer anything at all for the poor cooking and our in convince, NO. We asked for a manager and they sent over an imposter, the manager was to busy to see what a lousy job their cooks were doing. Then what did we see..... a dog, yes that's right a dog. They were paying and leaving. Again I asked for the manager. Janet came up and I asked her if they allowed dogs, she said "sevice dogs". I said that's not a service dog. She said we asked them to leave. Ya right then why are you lying to me about sevice dogs. Anyway on 6/14/14 at 630 pm I tried calling to inform the store Manger of what happen last night. I tried calling 3 times letting the phone ring each time around 30 times and no answer. If anyone from dennys sees this and would care to contact me please do so. Oh Ya the only reason i am guvig 2 stars is because of the waitress who was very nice and apologetic. read more

I would never in my life ever return here . The food is so nasty, thats even if they get your order right. Be ready to explain your order to the waitress 9times because she don't understand what your saying . Did I mention how cluttered this place is close enough to be eating with strangers. Plus i had to call corp. Because of the horrible food and customer service . Never on Gods green earth will i ever give them the time of day. They might as well just close this place down. My son potatoes was black. Really can't cook potatoes... read more

at the antioch location there is a guy with an accent very rude and a know it all. he wouldn't make a smoothie fir me but the people seated after another guy made one for them. overall horrible service read more

Just called them 5 times & no answer... 6th time I called someone picked up & then hung up. Very disappointed. All I wanted to do was place an order of course. Work long hours and drive long to get to my home city. I wanted a MEAL, Nothing that was "fast food" ... had to settle for Burger King that is across the street. Smh Not answering the phones to place orders isn't a great way to run business. read more

I'm not sure how the service is during they day. But u would highly recommend never coming here in the middle of the night. You would think since there is quite a bit of people working that they could keep the place clean. All the tables were dirty and no one was there, she said find a clean table to sit at when we walked through the door. It smelt like a dirty bathroom in here too. She took out order and was very rude and asked our drinks and when she came back with it I found a hair in my water and my husband had black stuff in his juice. Not only this, but he had ordered the grand slam and they forgot to cook him the eggs and hashbrowns so we ate our food waiting on that. I didn't eat my food though, because half of it was cold and other half warm like it was microwaved. We got the build your own appetizer sampler as well and let me tell you this it is nothing like the picture on the menu. The chicken was disgusting along with stale chips and nasty cheese. Overall our experience was horrible the entire time. When it was time for the check I told her I hadn't eaten my food or the appetizer because I didn't like it and she rudely took it off for me. So we just paid for the breakfast , which was not even good. Like I said I'm not sure how service is during the day this was my experience at about 2am. I would defiantly say choose Mel's next door for late night dinner. read more

So congested when you walk in as people are giving their names and other people are paying their bills. Could see 4 tables were empty but were not seated till a waitress came from the back with a armful of menus. Weird. Do they wipe them down after each use? Had to ask the waitress for salsa 3 times, among other things. Had to wait forever to pay the bill and as we waited the congestion began again with no one being seated until waitress came out with armful of menus again...also, the manager seated a family member f four that had just came in before seating senior citizens that were waiting in outside lobby. Terrible read more

Dennys is a horrid place to eat and the manager at this place is a bum. I have been going here for years and ever since they remodeled and changed managers this place has gone way down hill. Its sad because i took my mom here almost every sunday. Reasons are they never come back to the table to fill drinks or bring pancakes that aren't burnt, the gave her cold coffee then 8 min later we asked for hot coffee and they didn't even have any brewing. once we got the coffee it was way to strong. we asked for tan light pancakes and they kept bringing burnt pancakes and saing thats the way most people want them and how they do them. The manager at this place has everyone out of control and it shows. everyone was fighting in the back rooms both times i was there last. everyone who was there when it was a great place has been fired or left. read more

This Denny's has awful service. I called in an order and only received half of what I ordered. I also ordered hashbrowns on the phone and the speaker repeated it and then did not include it, and once we returned to tell them of their mistake they didnt even apoligize, made us overpay for hashbrowns that were their midtake, and haf to wait over 30 minutes for our order that was placed over an hour before. Nevet eill br coming here again, and i hope no one else does either. read more

This dennys is HORRIBLE. And I don't mean horrible food, I mean horrible staff. They are constantly understaffed and all the employees yell and fight with eachother right in front of the customers. Once one of the waitresses yelled in the kitchen "I don't know what the f*ck is going on!" They have terrible attitudes. Last time we went we heard a man ask if he could have a straw for his water and the waitress said "water doesn't come with straws" and then she walked away. This place needs to fire everyone and rehire. read more

We travel through this area very frequently. Always stop at THIS Dennys. Clean, great service and good food. They da best!

The food is always great. The only thing better than the dessert is spending time with my family when we go... With that being said before my last trip They would have gotten 5 stars since the waiters are always great also. This last waitress I got ruined Dennys for me. She was rude and sneaky. Sometimes people need to mind their business instead of prying and making rude and ludicrous statements about something that isn't there concern. I still left a tip and as we drove off my cousin told me what she said when I went to pay the bill. If I would have known what she said I would have written her a tip and probably slapped her I the mouth! I WILL NOT BE BACK NO MATTER HOW BAD I WANT A BANANA SPLIT. read more

Had a great breakfast with my family at Denny's on Tuesday. Food was made to our liking, came out to the table nice and hot and ready to eat. Our waitress CINDI was amazing. Holy crap! What a cluster f*ck!!! The staff walked past us for more then 10 minutes to be seated while there were plenty of available tables. We FINALLY get seated and our "lovely" waitress took another 10 minutes to come to our table. Had she (Anna) been nice, I could have over looked the other stuff but no. She was RUDE AS HELL. When she brought anything to our table it was SLAMMED DOWN. We watched her serve other tables & she did not do this. It was JUST to us. She never came back to check on us, did we need anything else, nope. I even had to get up to get my check! Worst service EVER! read more

I just called in to place an order. Was put on hold for 6 minutes. Then Alyssa came back to the line. Asked again what I wanted to order only to tell me that they do not make calamari. It is for my son's school project. My husband was driving from the city over while I was on the line. Totally wasted our time. read more

Denny's was pretty good, in my own opinion, I went in, got my table, the waiter was with me within five minutes, my food was good, the only complaint I'd have would be that my hashbrowns were a bit cold and hard. Other than that the meal was better than anything I'd make on my own, and I guess the price was good. I give it a 4/5, on a curve. read more

They were cool a while ago but now just worthless. Can't ever get a solid experience in here, just full of lazy ass staff that could give a damn about what you wanted. Servers are extremely short with you & rude. Don't ever try to call in an order for a pick up bc I can 9 outta 10 promise you they'll butcher your order and tell you it's fine and say everything is there but when you get home you'll realize they bold ass lied to you and then you have to try to get back in enough time so they cant say oh you ate it already and want more or someone will deny being at fault. Last time I went the cook and waitress almost fought bc a customer said their food wasn't cooked enough so the waitress took it back then the cook looked at it and threw the plate back at the waitress like she supposed to fix it. Overall this denny's is a hot ass mess I wouldn't suggest going here for any reason whatsoever. Place is trash. read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL OF THE YEARS COMING HERE!!! My family and I were quoted 20-25 minute wait.. As the time passed and they started seating more families, 45 minutes passed by.. my sister first approached the host and the host informed her she couldn't give her an accurate time wait.. as another 10 minutes passed, i approached the host again, this time asking for her manager. The manager, told me exactly the same thing the host did, "they didn't have a time estimate so they couldn't give me an answer" I understood it was busy but if they would've told me it would be an hour of wait in the BEGINNING then we could've went somewhere else.. after an hour and half of waiting, the host finally said they had a table open but they were cleaning it. The host approached another large family party and sat them down before seating us (even though they came AFTER us).. she saw me waiting and told me since they only have one server in that area, we would have to wait another couple of minutes to give the server time to take down the other families order.. I could not believe my family and I had to wait an hour and half and be told we had to wait loner while another family was served first... as we were waiting a customer that saw us waiting in the beginning couldn't believe we were still waiting to be seated. She quickly mentioned it to other employees but they couldn't give her an answer. A server that overheard the conversation said she could make room for us in her section. Even though my family and I had to sit on different tables, I'm glad we were finally able to be served.. And btw the manager did not approach us to apologize the whole time we were waiting.. So to the manager and host who did not bat an eye for us, I hope you realize the poor customer service you portrayed to loyal customers. It would be a miracle if we come back to this place again. read more
