He has all his ducks in a row in regards to insurance, licensing, bonds, etc. He is honest and does everything by the book. I called Affordable Backflow Testers and, probably by chance, they had a repair person in the area who was able to address the repair that same afternoon. Upon arrival, Taro was quick to confirm that the preventer had failed. He took apart the BFP, showed me how it had failed (fortunately a simple fix), repaired the device and retested.
