He showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The first job required that he move wiring from two existing fixtures (one wall-mount and the other ceiling-mount) to three new ceiling-mount fixtures. He also repaired switches for four different fixtures that had been installed incorrectly by the previous owner of the house. His second visit was far less expensive than what other electricians quoted and he was again on time and quick with the work. When the jobs were done, he even vacuumed in the areas where he worked. It wasn't necessary--but he went above and beyond. If and when I ever need electrical work done again, I will contact Russ first!

I have an older house so it could've been anything... Paul was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day due to a cancellation, so I can tell that he takes care of new customers just as well as existing. He was so communicative and honest with what he was doing, I actually learned a lot! After a couple hours he deemed that the wiring and circuit to the fridge was just fine and that the issue is probably the fridge itself (which is unfortunate, but at least he didn't have to tear my wall apart!). I will say that the fees were a little more than other electricians I saw, but given the quality, communication, and overall great experience, it's well worth it!
