This was right before New Year's day and we got a prompt appointment for Jan/2. Ryan explained that replacing the switches and smoke alarms would be cheaper overall and more reliable in the long run. He quickly got the parts and installed them within a few hours. Since I mentioned I was a new home owner he made a point of asking me if I had any other questions or concerns and we discussed power surges and electrical grounding. A massive upgrade to my garage lighting, 2 x 20 amp dedicated circuits, 1 x 220 for my welder. Really great service! We had an awful experience with another company we found on yelp who came in and mounted our TV and devices. So bad we didn't want him to come back and hider he corda to finish the job. That's when I found First Day Electric. We contacted him about a quote for a new electrical panel and he came out a few days later to give us a free estimate.
