I was notified before the time he was supposed to come and offered a time on that day after the previous job was completed or first thing in the morning the next day. I opted for the next day. He texted before he arrived and started work right away. The job was completed quickly. That was on a Wednesday and I was away from home from Friday to Monday. On Tuesday morning, I noticed that the fixture was not level. The mounting was loose. I called Skipper at 8AM. William returned that morning. We did hire them to complete the following work : replace and upgrade our 40-year-old electrical panel, add several outlets to the outside of our home, correct the GCFI outlets inside our home. While doing the work in our attic, they found mold high up on our roofline and snapped a photo for us-saving us from that mess on many levels. A crew of four qualified hard-working electricians were at our home for two full days. Following the work, the cleanup was impeccable. They left it better than they found it.. A bonus was that they made all the arrangements with Puget power, including a follow up inspection. We are CONFIDENT our home is electrically safe and sound. They were very detailed in their estimate, which was fairly priced. Did I mention how polite and patient they were with our many questions? We would hire them 100 times over for any future electrical work, but I think we're good now! The owners have high expectations of their employees and the work they do, and their work is guaranteed.

We have purchased a Priority Plus membership because I anticipate on-going problems with this water heater. I trust the technicians who have provided services. I need the free maintenance visit," she replied "well now that I've already said it wasn't working properly and it's been recorded, I have to pay the $100+ for the appointment. I became a total 'Karen' and asked to speak to someone on a higher level. I was furious!! She couldn't transfer me because it's a Saturday. She continued refusing to give me my standard free appointment (that I actually pay every month for). How does she know if the safety maintenance man can simply push a button and it starts to work better? She doesn't! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! Do NOT use this company!
