I made a few day of install changes that would work better for my home and Resicon installer and electricians came in and quickly installed 3 wall heat/air conditioning splits. Two ended up in a different location than originally stated and they didn't bat an eye about making the changes. They were kind, quick, courteous and clean. I was looking forward to using this company, but after calling the first time, they were supposed to call me back, never did- I figured no big deal, it was leading into a holiday weekend. So I call them this week, set up an appointment for 10am- and at 1030 I get a call that they need to push it back to the afternoon. I'm at work and I had my partner already change his work schedule to be able to do 10am. By 1030 no one has shown up and I finally get a call that they need to reschedule again last min. I understand that things come up but I work in an appointment based industry and would never inconvenience my customers repeatedly like this. I wish I could say that I would want work done but being on time and respecting others time is in tune with doing a quality job as well so I'll hopefully find a different company that can do both. Resicon accommodated my complex schedule, coordinating work with arrival of ordered units. After my job changed, the owner worked with me regarding pricing. The electrician had to drill 9 extra holes in my wall, however, to find the correct placement. I certainly didn't expect that! Yet I can understand the difficulty involved. Awesome guy named Miguel that came to bid my basement bathroom...his bid was half the price of five other electrical bids that came previous with much more services suggested. He gave me awesome ideas and suggestions on switches, vents, lights, etc. and was willing to work to make the customer happy. Promised to knock it out in 3-4 hours, but did it in just over 2 hours...very happy and pleased with his work! Love my new lighting and bath! I was a little hesitant to have people in my home unattended but, i was told not to worry because they were licensed & bonded. They were supposed to fix my breaker and 4 lights that were faulty probably due to breaker issues. Pse came to my house 1st thing & were turned away by resicon. They spent a full day @ my home&then left. I had to call them for an explination.they told me they had to come back next day.i said i cant take anymore time off so i had to leave them alone@home. When i arrived after work none of the lights had been fixed.i'm hoping that none of the sockets fry like thaey had before.i was told the main box only pse could fix was the issue. What a waste of time. Later i found that my lights in my garage no longer were not working. I was told unless i could get more county funding, they would not @ least fix the garage lights that were working before they got here. I would not reccomend them AT ALL. Honor your word. read more

Abhorrent! Atrocious! Pathetic! Incompetent! Tardy! Inconsiderate! Very Poor Quality! Poor Communication! Time Wasters! Ill-Prepared! Slackers! Yup, I think that about sums it up. I would NEVER recommend this company! It's unfortunate that we had to have them come do work. If it were up to me, I would have fired them within the first 30 minutes of being in my home. Again, unfortunately, they were hired through a county subsidized program, so I had no say in the company chosen. They wasted so much time, did a terrible job, left my house a mess and left their garbage. They were doing work in both bathrooms at the same time, tying them up for 6 HOURS! We (pregnant woman and several small children) had no use of our bathroom for 6 HOURS! They did not follow instructions and messed up the work order, took items that should not have been removed from the house that we wanted to keep from the project. They took too many cigarette breaks, did not have foot coverings readily available and when asked to put them on, did not remove them each time they left the house, hence, tracking all manner of dirt and debris into my house, which defeats the purpose of the foot coverings. One of the workers broke a bulb in my dining room and did not clean it up sufficiently. I could seriously go on and on about the terrible work and issues we have had with this company, but I trust you get the idea. I gave it one star because Yelp makes me give a star. I would prefer not to give any star at all. read more
