I hired Devin to add on to our existing sprinklers, add drips systems, add water access in back lot, and modify existing sprinkler heads. We met in person where he gave us the estimate. He said it would take 1 week. 3 weeks later he was not done. He never found the leak he created because he covered part of the yard up before testing it. Eventually, he stopped answering all calls and texts and never came back. Our yard is still torn up in places and he didn't finish the job. Now we have to have the septic fixed and finish his job. As soon as he screwed up and he had our money he disappeared. He increased the price past the high quote almost immediately then tried to increase again to 40% higher than the high quote. He left the leak running a couple of days because he didn't shut the valve off when he left. We are left with a terrible mess.

I was repeatedly told by staff that a prior invoice had not been paid, despite the fact that I retained written confirmation showing the payment was submitted through their Intuit QuickBooks link and acknowledged with a "thank you for your payment" email. Despite providing this documentation, the company unilaterally canceled a scheduled service appointment the day before it was to occur, citing non-payment. When confronted with proof, the explanation shifted to a claim that they "never received the funds from the credit card company," which is not a defensible position to place on a customer after confirming receipt. These outdated business practices, inconsistent internal communication, and lack of basic financial controls introduce unnecessary risk for clients. While I had initially intended to continue using this company, the operational failures and resulting service disruption make them unreliable and difficult to do business with. There are other providers who can deliver the same service with greater professionalism, transparency, and reliability, and I will be pursuing those alternatives going forward.

Donny was extremely thorough in identifying the issue and diagnosed that the unit I had was not the right size for my home. In addition the piping was inefficient and not up to code. They offered to refund the prior install, designed a sleek solution with a new combi boiler and somehow managed to make everything fit perfectly into the very small mechanical room in my home. This was a complicated install made even more challenging by the small space, but Donny's workmanship and problem-solving was excellent. They were able to accommodate my schedule, finished on time and were collaborative with me throughout the process and helped me land on a solution and price that I was satisfied with. My home has never been this comfortably heated in the winter before while not compromising on hot water in the bathroom and kitchen.
