Noah suspected a supply line issue and noted it would cost the same for him to replace the faucet as to repair it. We decided to replace the faucet (sooner than we had planned) and Noah recommended Delta touchless as reliable, great warranty, and a one-hour or less install, which we could buy online. Noah didn't charge us for the service call and told us to call and schedule an install and he'd come back and install it whenever the faucet arrived. While we waited for the faucet to arrive, we did notice that a tightening of the faucet's pull-down connector was all that was needed to stop the deluge, but we were happy to have the replacement due to the faucet losing water pressure rapidly after our move-in. Noah was prompt for the install appointment, cleaned up after himself, stayed masked, and installed a matching air gap for free.
