He was responsive and communicative throughout and had a reasonable estimate to replace our gas 50gall heater. His quote stood firm, we set a time for Tuesday for it to get done. No craziness, hidden fees, etc. He showed up on time, answered my questions, removed, replaced and tested new tank, and we were good to go in under 3 hours. Couldn't reccomend more. I'd call him again if I had to, hopefully I wont. :)

I'm a curious homeowner and I want to be involved on work at my home. We waited for the actual pump truck to arrive but it took only about 20 min. He had the covers up and was assessing how full it was in the meantime. The 2 guys from the pump truck were very friendly. They all work well together. At the end I went over the charges one at a time bc if I'm spending thousands on my home, I want to understand and approve of the numbers. He didn't mind at all. It took about 1.5 hours for the service give or take. They didn't leave a mess behind and our inspection papers will be filed. I can't say enough good things about this company. I was out of town when we learned her kitchen faucet was spewing water from the spray hose. On top of that we noticed her water bill had recently spiked and Barry found a massive leak under the crawl space due to a broken gate valve. He jumped on both issues and went out of his way to source a new faucet assembly then professionally replaced the sink faucet. He then cut and replaced the ball valve under the crawl space and re-insulated the assembly to protect it from the weather. Get this! I am out of town and my mom was so upset about the simultaneous issues, she broke out in tears and Barry stopped working, then took the time to sit on the couch to comfort her. Capable, kind and compassionate! Kolton took our original call and is a perfect gentleman and consummate professional, he scheduled us right away and he returns phone calls.
