Owning a home is great fun. Besides trying to stop three boys under the age of 7 from demolishing your new investment on a daily basis, normal stuff happens. Like the water heater taking a crap after returning from a 5 day camp trip where the ONLY thing your wife, kids and you want, no, need to do is take a hot shower. I started a project around 4pm on a Sunday here on Yelp. Tony, within 5 minutes was the second to get back to me (the 1st with any reviews). He was responsive and communicative throughout and had a reasonable estimate to replace our gas 50gall heater. His quote stood firm, we set a time for Tuesday for it to get done. No craziness, hidden fees, etc. He showed up on time, answered my questions, removed, replaced and tested new tank, and we were good to go in under 3 hours. Couldn't reccomend more. My tank water heater finally gave up the ghost after 20+ years, so I reached out to several plumbers to get a quote for a tankless setup. Tony provided a very competitive bid, even though I had some complex gas line routing issues, and I wound up going with him. The removal of the old tank heater and the installation of the new one went quickly, and it was all over in a few hours. A few days later we noticed that there was a faint smell of natural gas in the utility room. I called PSE, they came out and told me there was a small leak. That was Mother's Day. I wound up letting Tony know, and he was able to come out in less than an hour on Mother's Day, find and confirm the problem, and resolve the issue, so that PSE could come back out and turn on the gas that same day. What I liked about all of this, despite the small problem with the initial install, is that Tony was very responsive and communicative, came promptly when needed, and fixed it. Would it have been better had there not been that small leak? Sure it would have been. But what I've seen with other installers is that they come do the initial install, because that's the most profitable part. They promise great follow-up service, and fail to deliver. So, I'd much rather see that Tony lived up to the expectations he set, and I'll be sure to use him again because customer satisfaction matters to him. read more

TERRIBLE experience with a sloppy tankless install. Plumber failed to install vent all the way to the roofline instead opting to end line halfway up the existing low efficiency vent. Result?...In a few months time this would have rusted out existing vent line (not made for moisture of high efficiency water heater) and began leaking exhaust gases (carbon monoxide etc) into the interior walls. BEST PART...my 1 yo daughters room is right adjacent to the wall where the leak would have occurred. I called plumber out on this and several days later after his vacation he came to fix (indifferent attitude), but there is NO EXCUSE for this safety violation. 3/7/2018 I had used Tony's services about 2 months ago for a bathroom faucet issue and he did a great job, so when I had another plumber's job I immediately contacted Tony again and once again he did a fantastic job.
