Bob has been my go-to guy for the past 5 years. He's honest, friendly and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or family. Issues resolved: toilet flow improvement, outdoor spigot installation, various leaks fixed. read more

Bob was able to get to my home almost immediately to fix my leak. It ended up being the hot water pipe in the crawl space. Fixed it quickly considering we were dealing with wildfires that were affecting our town. Got Bob's number from another plumber. I think that says a lot that he was referred by one of his professional peers. read more

Definitely recommend Bob as a Go-To plumbing guy. His prices were very reasonable. I didn't have "emergency" work needed, so I made an appointment for the following day. He's more likely to show up early rather than late. He got the work done quickly and I have no complaints. Some of the larger plumbing companies will send out a plumber who doesn't quite seem to know what they're doing, and then they'll overcharge you for the work. read more

Bob came right out and fixed my kitchen faucet in minutes! Can't thank him enough for his quick response and help! Great guy to have in your 'contacts'! Give him a go. You'll be glad you did. Will call him for all my plumbing needs in the future ! read more

Spoke to Bob and made an appointment for him to come to my moms. We spent two hours waiting for him and he didn't even have the decency to give us a call back. My mom and I both left him messages. I would not recommend, especially if he can't even give you a courtesy to call you to tell you he is not coming. read more

Negative 1000 stars. We were referred to Bob for a commercial plumbing job in downtown Seattle/ Pioneer Square. He did a half day of work. Asked for payment before the job was completed. We typically dont do that but he insisted. We paid about $5000. Bob said he was going to his truck for some more tools. That was the last time we saw or heard from him. No messages ever returned, totally unable to contact him. Additionally, when having the plumbing job completed by the good people at Beacon Plumbing, we found that nothing was done to code and we had to rip everything out that Bob had installed. Horrible experience. We would like our money back. read more

Don't use Bob if you want your job finished. He told me he would be at my house in a few minutes so I left work to let him in. I waited over an hour and he never showed. Sounds familiar reading other posts. I have to hire another plumber to come out to finish the project. He's Johnny on the spot until you give him some money read more

Awesome plumber. Had a leaky outdoor faucet. Came out promptly for the appointment I made. He was great and cordial, tried the simple fix first realized it wouldn't work and then did the next step and fixed it. Very reasonably priced and great attitude. read more

I have used Bob twice now, he gets here in a timely matter, is friendly and efficient. The prices are great and last visit it was such a quick fix he would t even take any money. I highly recommend this company!!!! read more

Bob was efficient, professional and friendly. He did not chrg at all for coming out to help identify problem with our tankless water heater... he spent time educating us on the system...and would not accept any money for his time. We will definitely be calling on Bob for future plumbing needs. read more

Bob fixed our under ground water line leak and installed a new PEX line, he's professional, cordial and easy to work with. I will absolutely use Bob for future projects. read more

Came out and said he fixed the problem. 2 days later our drain backed up again and ruined our carpet. Was supposed to come back out and fix it and he texted 30 minutes before the appointment and said he can't come because his van broke down and to call someone else. When I told him I would be updating my previous review he got defensive and actually called ME a jerk. Terrible customer service. Rescue rooter fixed the problem so quickly and easily after this guy came out that they didn't even charge me. read more

Bob is awesome. He's helped my husband and I with so many different issues with the plumbing in our house for a reasonable price and time frame. I wouldn't call anyone else. read more

I called Bob, the owner of BBC Plumbing yesterday and he said he would be here today at 10. He arrived at 9 and went right to work. He did outstanding quick work and charged a very reasonable amount. Less then what we had paid another company to do about 5 years ago. I will call him again for sure when I have the need. Had a slow draining sink and it also was dripping water under the counter. Called Bob once again and he said he could come the same day. Cane took care of the problem bin two different sinks. Said he was sure he had then fixed but to leave a plastic container under the one and call him if there was still a leak. No need to call him as there was no leak. Very prompt response and once again excellent work. Again a five start job. read more

After getting outrageous bids for a simple plumbing job, I took Bob's daughter's recommendation and gave him a try. He gave me a good bid and he was ready to do the work promptly. He came with all the appropriate parts and did a fine job. I highly recommend him. read more

I asked my FB friends for personal recommendations, as I have used the other type of reference company, note I am NOT calling them back. I was referred to BBC plumbing, and I looked them up and saw good reviews. I called and got a prompt call back, yes he could come today!!! Bob was on time, estimate was good, the work was done, and it looked really good. It was not a terrible as I was worried it would be ( I had visions of walls being torn out) . I would totally encourage anyone to call BBC Plumbing. If I need a plumber again, I will be calling Bob again. Thank you for your promptness, politeness and professional work. Just wish I had learned about you sooner for prior work. read more

Bob is the man! We were having problems with the main water shutoff valve to the house. Bob squeezed me in the same day I called. After a quick inspection, he showed me the valve could operate normally if pressure was applied while twisting. No repair required & no charge. Made my day... read more

We have used Bob Benson at BBC Plumbing to install a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher in our north Seattle home. We found him because he was working on some new condos in our neighborhood. This was a project that other plumbers refused to even bid on because the sink was a large, double-bowl "farm sink" that just barely would fit into the sink cabinet. The cabinets and counter top are unique, so Bob needed to work very carefully. He did all the work carefully and efficiently at a reasonable cost. Further, he did not charge for either the bid or travel time. We definitely recommend BBC Plumbing. read more

Bob of BBC Plumbing is fantastic! I can't say enough great things about him. We had a pipe burst in our garage after a oddly long freeze in the area. I left a message for Bob while I called 9 other places in the area looking for an emergency repair. Everyone seemed to be having the same problem so no one had anyone available for over 24 hours. Bob called me back and squeezed me in the same day. He fixed our pipe, found 2 other breaks and repaired them too without a problem. He did the work quickly and efficiently and is really reasonably priced. He's a really nice guy, does great work, and charges a extremely fair price. We got great service with a smile - we highly recommend BBC Plumbing! read more

I had a leak in my garage wall. Bob came right on time and was done in an hour and a half. And that included a trip to Home Depot. He was quick, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I would use him the next time I have a plumbing problem. read more

Bob installed our dishwasher and the water line to our refrigerator. We talked to another plumber before we found Bob and he wanted over $400.00 just to do the water line!! Bob's bid was way more reasonable and fair!! Bob is honest and fair with his pricing and the work was excellent. Bob will definitely be the plumber we call on in the future and I will be referring family and friends to him!!! Thank you Bob for your awesome work and awesome customer service!!!!!!! read more

I started my day with water dripping from my thermal expansion tank on the water heater. After a trip to the store and a twisted copper pipe and a much larger drip coming from the tank I called Bob. I can't say enough good things about the man. He fit us in that day. He was courteous and professional. I will ask Bob for help in the future. thank you BBC Plumbing!!!!! read more

Today Bob came to my home to address a sewage problem in my crawl space. He was absolutely amazing. Polite, on time, honest and best of all VERY inexpensive. Most plumbers charge a fee just to come to your home, not Bob he came out diagnosed the problem, fixed it right there and the whole job took maybe an hour and a half. I was so grateful to receive the customer service I did and he did an excellent job. If you need a great plumber and want to support a local business definitely give him a call. You won't regret it! Thanks again Bob you were my savior!!! read more

Our pipe burst at 5pm on a Thursday night. We called BBC Plumbing to get a quote for diagnosing the problem. He came out, free of charge (other companies wanted $50-$100 just to be dispatched) and came out the next morning at 9am. He was very professional and courteous. He showed up ten minutes early, diagnosed the problem within fifteen minutes and had it fixed in about an hour. VERY, VERY fair prices and just all around great service. He will remain our plumber for future plumbing needs. I can't say enough good things about the man, call Bob for your plumbing needs, he will not disappoint! read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. Called and made an appointment Bob never showed up and didn't call. I called him and he said that he could not find my property and that he was already going to another call and that he would call when done. I didn't receive any calls and I had my phone on me the entire day. Very unprofessional. read more

Installed a garbage disposal that we purchased. Price was more than fair - High quality of work - and very prompt with appointment and completing the work. I will use BBC from here on out for plumbing needs. read more

Very disappointing experience. I wanted to hire a local plumber. I found BBC Plumbing online and saw that Bob had good reviews. I contacted him on 2/25/19. He called later in the afternoon and I not only explained the problem, but also sent him photos. Bob called back after looking at the photos and said the tub/shower pipes would probably need to be replaced. I scheduled the appointment for 2/28/19 at 9:00 am. At 9:30 am I sent Bob a text asking if he was running late. No response. I will not be calling on him in the future. read more

Was given Bob's name from a friend who used him for extensive drain work and repair after seeing great reviews on Yelp. I had a clogged kitchen drain. Called Bob & he came out within a few hours! Very low key, cool guy, old-school. Chatted about the plumbing issue and he got right to work. Took 1.5 hours. I was thoroughly thrilled with the results and very pleased with his pricing. My husband can do some of this plumbing, but really hates to. We are so pleased to have a go-to resource for our plumbing, etc. needs. Will definitely utilize his services again and recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and solid company for your plumbing issues. read more

I have a rental in Bonney Lake and when my tenants call with a leak I need someone to come to the rescue. This was my first time using Bob, but with the results and the price, it definitely WON'T be my last. I need someone that I can call and I don't think that I have to look any further. Thank you, Bob! read more

Not great service, professional, polite or courteous. I called BBC because of the great reviews, but unfortunately my experience was not great. I called, he said he'd be here in 1 1/2 hours. After 2 hours he called and we rescheduled for the next day. We agreed on a time so that I would be home when we arrived, or so I thought. Apparently he came 40 minutes earlier than we agreed, but didn't call and let me know, then left. I waited for an hour after our agreed time before calling to see if he was still coming. I called and left a message. He called me back and said he had already came but no one answered the door. I told I was home at the time we agreed on but he said I was on his schedule 30 minutes before that time. So I would have to wait until he had time to come my way again. I decided BBC wasn't for me. read more

I had BBC plumbing, owner Bob, out to replace a leaking main water valve to our house. When I talked to him on the phone, he said it should be around $200 to $300 to replace the valve. After he looked at what needed to be done to replace the leaking valve, I asked him if he still thought it would be around $300, he said yes, and I asked him to let me know if something came up that would increase the price- he agreed too, but never did. When he gave me the bill, it was $484. When I asked why it was so much, he got very defensive, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I was very surprised by his attitude because he was the one who set the original price for the work. Bob has been in business for 30 years, and he has very good reviews on Yelp, and because of the good reviews I trusted he would know how long the work would take, what to charge for the work, and explain overages in a profession manner. He was not honest or professional at all!! With hind sight being 20/20, I should not of put so much trust in the Yelp reviews, and I should of gotten the bid in writing! I will NEVER hire Bob again, and in the future I will not put so much trust in the Yelp reviews. read more

Wow! I called on Sunday morning at 8am. He was at my home at 9:10am. Explained the problem, gave me an approximate time. When he was done explained to me why the leak had occurred, explained what he did, cleaned up, shook my hand and was out. Very friendly, very professional and courteous. I would recommend him to all my friends and neighbors! Thanks Bob! read more

Bob was great! I called one afternoon and he was able to come the next morning. He was quick and efficient: found the problem, got the parts, and fixed everything up in record time. On top of that he charged fairly. You can bet I'll call him the next time I need a plumber and you should too. read more

I called BBC Plumbing because I needed a plumber for an emergency situation at our rental home. I went online and saw all the 5 star reviews so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Bob, who said he could be there at 5:30. 5:30 came and went, 6:00 came and went. No call! 6:30 came and went and no call from Bob so I called him to see what was up?!.! No answer! 7:00 came and went still no call from Bob. At 7:15 we gave up! I called him to let him know we were leaving our the house and to please call us and let us know his status. Maybe he got caught up at another job. He never contacted me! I went with Beacon plumbing and they were on time and did a great job! Sorry BBC Plumbing, Non communication with a perspective client is a NoNo, no matter how good you work is! read more

This guy is the real deal. I was stuck at work and a pipe to our toilet burst flooding our bathroom and bedroom. My wife called Bob and left him a message. I could not be more impressed with BBC Plumbing! I discovered a puddle of water under my kitchen sink. I posted a desperate plea for a good, affordable plumber on the Neighbor's website. Within minutes someone gave me The number for BBC Plumbing. I called BBC and left a message. Bob Benson, the owner of BBC Plumbing, immediately returned my call and was ringing my doorbell within the hour. He quickly determined that I needed to replace my kitchen faucet. I had to order a new faucet. It took a few days to get the faucet. Bob said he would come do the work Saturday morning at 8 AM. He was at my house a couple of minutes before 8. It did not take him very long to do the work and now I have a new, functioning faucet. Bob is Reliable, efficient and knows what he is doing. He is also very affordable. I will use him for any future plumbing needs I may have. Bob helped turn what started as a very stressful experience into a positive one for me. read more
