I'm a curious homeowner and I want to be involved on work at my home. We waited for the actual pump truck to arrive but it took only about 20 min. He had the covers up and was assessing how full it was in the meantime. The 2 guys from the pump truck were very friendly. They all work well together. At the end I went over the charges one at a time bc if I'm spending thousands on my home, I want to understand and approve of the numbers. He didn't mind at all. It took about 1.5 hours for the service give or take. They didn't leave a mess behind and our inspection papers will be filed. I can't say enough good things about this company. The office staff messaged me thru my yelp project which sent the convo to my phone via text. Receipt is emailed along with photos. Straightforward. Easy. Simple. One word of advice that if you decide to stay outside to watch and learn and look into the tank to see the before and after you will feel nausuous. Right on time Saturday morning we have two Rooter Tech, plumbers here and ready to go. After explaining the scrub head sucking, toilet situation and for asking to add a tank rebuild to the estimate/project, they got to work. It didn't take too long before they came back with a price that was fair, to do the work. Rooter Tech, was the third plumbing contractor we got an estimate from and it was worth it to hold out for the right people. Everything about this project was efficient, stress free and I'm throughly satisfied. The toilet is working great, no complaints!

I used Royal Flush to install new water service from the meter to a new construction ADU, and also…read morerough in the plumbing and drain lines. Quite an involved job. Problems started the first day. When connecting to the water meter, they decided to use a sawzall on the copper manifold that was connected to the meter to avoid digging down an extra 6 inches. When the city discovered this, they replaced it with a new one, and billed them for it. They were unfamiliar with ground covers for the underground shut off valves, and took them 3 months to find correct ones. When they were finally installed, they were set above grade of the surrounding grass so a lawn mower would hit them. Not surprising considering the guy showed up without a shovel and was digging with his hands. I had to dig them up and re-set them myself. Severely lacking attention to detail. During rough-in, they broke out the concrete foundation in the wrong location, leaving me with gaping hole in the concrete stem wall, visible in the main entry next to the front door. When asked to repair it, Kendrick (the owner) said that they were unfamiliar with how to patch concrete. No accountability. When installing A supply/drain box for the washing machine, it was installed at 30" above the floor where it would be inaccessible once a washing machine was installed. I asked Kendrick to move it up high enough so it could be accessed once a washer was in place. He said he would, but it never happened, just plain laziness. The drain lines were put under test and passed inspection. But 24 hours later it started leaking in 2 places. When I asked for a follow up test, they sent me a quote for $1700 - just to fill the system with water!REALLY??? When questioned about what happens if it leaks after drywall and cabinets are installed, I was informed their warranty would cover THEIR parts and labor, and I would be responsible for any drywall, cabinets, and flooring damage due to a leak. When they routed vent pipes in the attic, there was no strapping on any of the pipes to support them. The rubber seal in the roof for the vent pipe was cut very poorly and daylight is visible. When this was brought to their attention, they said to have my roofer fix it. Again, poor attention to detail and no accountability. I have repeatedly called and asked them to come back and fix these issues for weeks, but there is always an excuse. Our scheduler left early, our scheduler is out until next week, our phones are giving us trouble, we're too busy. When I hired them, they were able to start the job right away, no scheduler needed, but now all I get is lip service I would not recommend them for installing any fixtures or rough-in work unless you want to finish the job yourself. Clearing a backed up toilet is about all they are qualified for.

She explained in detail: allowing mole mounds inside valve boxes causes corrosion of the valves which means they malfunction & need to be replaced -- keep moles out by brick bottom & sealed holes. If a part is bad, she has the replacement. When she's done, your sprinkler valves are set for the season.

Update 2/20/26…read more Unfortunately, despite Jarel coming out and securing the toilet again, in just a few days it started to move again and this time it leaked. Now, I want to provide a fair review so please consider the points below: I called Jarel and let him know. He responded very quickly and offered to come out the following week to evaluate. At this point I decided to reach out to another contractor (and because I had an active leak that couldn't wait). The trouble with this toilet is that we do have a very slight slope on that floor, so I cannot fault Jarel 100%, and I do feel he would genuinely try to fix the issue, but in the end I do think the toilet should have been properly leveled in the beginning (or even second time around) to avoid this, and is ending up costing us extra (time, money, and stress) to correct. I hope that this review does not paint the business in a bad light, I'm sure Jeral is a competent plumber (our other 2 toilets work just fine), and he was nice and apologetic about this experience, but I hope this review provides an opportunity for reflection and improved service for future customers. -------------------------------------------------- 6 month update. The upstairs toilets are working no problem. The downstairs one started moving a little bit with pressure. I reached out to Jarel and he responded right away, was out in a couple of days and took the toilet off and we found that the outer ring of the flange broke at the bolt. He bought a repair ring and installed everything back within a week. Everything is working again and he didn't charge me a dime (I offered, he didn't take it).
