He definitely takes great pride in making sure that he is thorough and detailed. We did have some delay in checkin but overall the room was beautiful and we had a great view. Our one complaint about the room is that the sofa bed was super thin. Thankfully the front desk was able to send up a thick topper that did the trick. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the city. The weather was so hot so it was nice to be able to stop in when needed to take a break from touring around.
