I wish we had a North Street Grille here but perhaps it's better that I not have easy access to the quality of food otherwise I'd need a new bigger size wardrobe. If in Boston this is an ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE. If we had room and weren't leaving town the same night we'd have bought the banana bread. Double patty is standard, not an add-on, and fries (probably frozen, but lengthy, crisp and fluffy) are included. No onions, no rye, but lettuce and tomato-- a non-traditional configuration. Nicely browned patties that had juiciness. The ingredients weren't anything to write home about, but the execution was great all around and so was the cheerful service from a seasoned veteran. Sure, I've had better with the proper rye, griddled onions, and higher quality beef, but an easy 4 stars for the execution, value, vibe, and being able to even order a patty melt before 10 in the morning.
