Our technician named "Art" came over and very quickly deduced our problem with our tripping…read moreevaporator moisture safety valve was due to a piece of paper plugging one of the moisture outlets. The paper was probably there since the evaporator was installed by another company five years ago. Art also took our air handler blower apart and cleaned it while bringing the refrigerant level up to snuff (it was a tad low).
