I liked how fast they did it. If i were to get a nice well done set i would definitely go to bliss powder rather than here. Bliss powder does crazy designs all by hand and they get it all perfect. Here it is more of a fast paced, rushes environment. It being $44 for acrylic, i'm not mad. If getting my nails done for an event i'd go to bliss powder, it is double the price but it is way worth it. At Deluxe it is what you pay for. They weren't totally even with the acrylic application, the color application, or the nails all being even and level, but i'm happy considering i'm the only one that will notice those things. read more

I've been coming here for a while and have had a decent experiences. I never give negative reviews but after my experience I can't not help but give a 1 star review. My mom, sister and I arrived 20 minutes after opening. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait, 50 minutes later they took me back for a pedicure and assured me my Mom and sister would be right behind. They never got their nails done because by the time I was done with my pedicure they still weren't ready for my mom and sister. I wish they would have been more upfront with their wait time. I would have understood if he said it would be a 45 minute wait, then we would have gone else where. Now my Mom and Sister won't have their nails done for my brothers wedding. When they first opened I went about every 3 weeks. Slowly they started getting worse about taking appointments on time. I make appointments so I can be in and out faster. The last couple times I went I started to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour before moving to a chair. Maybe if they didn't take every walk in right away they would be able to keep appointments on time. What really stopped me from going is the quality started getting worse. The gel UV light stopped working and instead of making sure my nails were actually dried he added a top coat and cured that. So that night my nails were mushy and came off on my clothes and anything I touched. I went back in to get them fixed and he told me I had to pay for a new mani. If you want a good experience don't have one of the guys do it. He was an absolute jerk. I wanted to remove my old set of acrylic nails and do a fresh set. He first tried to rip them off which hurts!!!! I wouldn't let him and asked to soak off. He was mad and argued with me. I insisted and a different guy had him do it. After soaking for a little while he started grinding them down and was VERY rough. He went too deep by my cuticles. The old nails weren't all the off and he was going to start glueing on the tips. I'd read mixed reviews on this place but decided to give it a try. I walked in and quickly got in for a regular manicure. The woman who did my manicure filed my skin right off the bat, so I was kind of on edge the whole time, worried it would happen again. I had to point out several places that needed better shaping, and when she applied polish there were a couple of lumps. I think the polish was too thick, but she didn't fix it and it didn't go on well. As I looked around I saw other nail techs who seemed to be doing a good job. I wish I'd asked their names, but it was awkward with my tech sitting there. If you go here and have a good experience please share the name of the tech. I'd be willing to give it another try since it's close to me and seems very clean. Thanks! Follow up: a tech named Nancy was better than the first tech, although i had to wait 25 min past my appointment time. Also, the fumes in the place were terrible this time! I REALLY liked this place first visit! I got a gel manicure and was very impressed when I came back three weeks later and they were still looking great. However I will not be back because of my experience on my second visit. One of the men helped me and removed my gel for my next gel manicure. He was so harsh and hard with my nails during that appointment, my nails are still recovering 3 weeks later. He scraped them and used the drill to make them too thin. I've never had an issue with thin, weak nails but my nails are sensitive and painful to the touch since that appointment. My nails have patches of red under in the nail beds and one nail will not stop splitting at the top. I have never experienced anything like this from the many nail salons I have gone to to get gel/shellac in the last five years. I would not recommend this place. read more

I came here to get a full set of acrylic nails done. I called at about 10:00 and scheduled an appointment for 2:00 that same day. I got there about 30 minutes early and they sat me down immediately, which was nice. But when I sat down they started prepping my nails for a regular gel manicure, so I had to stop the technician and tell him I wanted acrylics and not gel. After that I was treated pretty rudely by him and whoever was taking care of the appointments. He kept asking me if I was sure that's what I said on the phone and I said yes. The new technician who was doing my acrylics made me very uncomfortable. He kept asking me if I was dating someone and kept leaning extremely close to my face. I dont mind flirting but it made me very uncomfortable. All in all, it wasnt a horrible experience but I will probably choose other places before choosing to come here again. read more

I came here for a fill because my regular salon was closed that day. I called and they said to come in. The wait was long but it was fine. I sat with the young man who does all the talking and requested glitter polish. He said he had to put a regular polish underneath but I explained that I don't like that look and prefer the coats of glitter by itself which we had went back and forth about until he finally said okay. He did a good job on the nails but I noticed he only put one coat of clear polish at the end which I didn't mind at the time even though anywhere else I go they always do two coats. When the time came to pay he had charged me $18 which I proceeded to tip another $7 bringing my total up to $25 for a fill. Then I heard the most disgusting thing any employee anywhere has ever said to me, "People usually tip me $8..." Excuse me? That is the rudest and most unprofessional thing you could ever say to a customer tipping and that was enough for me to never come back or recommend this place to anyone at all. To top it all off, later that night, hours after I left the salon, I went to gently ring out my loofah in the shower and all the glitter on my finger nails slid up wtf! This place was really great! Me and my best friend went here for some pedicures and it was amazing. They were so much fun and so kind, they memorized our names and spoke to us the whole time, and made the environment very comfortable. They had a lot of colors to choose from, and many were the trendy colors that you see everywhere so I was ecstatic! One of my favorite things is that they opened a brand new sterile pedicure kit for us - I've never been to a nail salon that does that so it was nice to see that they did. My group and I made an appointment for 11am, yet somehow we had to wait 30 minutes and then they took my group back except me. I had to wait OVER AN HOUR while the rest of my group got their nails done. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes until they finally did my nails and my whole group had to wait for me. Then, after my nails dried they formed bubbles and bumps AND the nail lady cut my cuticles and made me bleed. She also slathered my $5,000 dollar ring in lotion instead of taking it off or asking me to take it off. I wasted 2 hours getting a crappy nail job and now I have to get my ring cleaned. They keep saying yes to everyone coming in the door and those that have appointments have to wait at least 30 min. past the time of their appointment. Instead of saying yes we can take you say - we are packed right now and will be prioritizing those that have appointments first. Been here once before to get my nails painted, was decent service. Came to get my acrylics done another time. I had called ahead and asked for a certain nail tech to do my nails, set up and appointment, and arrived on time. When I got there, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes and didn't get placed with the requested nail tech. Didn't think it was a problem until I noticed that my nails did not look up to par and had numerous errors that I had pointed out. After fixing said errors, my nails still were not the same shape, length, or size. I had acrylic under my nails and they were very sharp. I called the day after and spoke with the manager and said I was not satisfied with my nails. He had said to come back to make me happy which I did. I had made another appointment to come in and fix my nails, but once again, I was waiting longer than my appointment time. I would not recommend going unless you have enough patience to wait longer than your time and leave with unflattering nails. read more
