I've been coming here for years to have Andy do my nails. They always look amazing and never chip or lift or peel.

I have had a few pedis here and never had a bad experience. However, when it comes to making appointments, this place just got their third strike from me, and I am not coming back. Making an appointment for two people at a certain time does not mean having one nail tech that works on one and then an hour later starts on the second person. This is the third time it's happened. I walked out today. I'm done. Which is too bad because they always did a great job, have fair prices and always nice. read more

After trying this place over and over I finally gave up. When I made appointments, I was ditched for someone else and left with a less experienced nail tech. The techs are not bad, but some are better than others. The management needs to handle appointments better. I gave another salon a try today and the experience was much better. I wouldn't waste my money here. There are better places close by. Their gel manicure is not a manicure, more like a polish change. Very inconsistent on service and quality. read more

I love love creative nails. I will forever be one of their customers no matter the drive! Rose did my nails today and she ROCKED it! They are just what I wanted and she took the time to do them thoroughly instead of rushing it like some other nail salons do. She made sure to ask me if it was what I wanted after every step which meant a lot. She went the "extra mile" with her customer service. (She had mentioned she was a bit newer to creative nails and she was top notch anyway.) Thank you for everything, I have never had complaints for this place AT ALL. I made an appointment for 5:15 and they didn't start on my nails until about 6. This was my first time here and I probably would've just left if it wasn't already so late. They did great work but I wish the customer service was better. The girl who did my nails didn't introduce herself or say a single word to me the entire time. Kind of surprised by all the bad reviews. What does "not clean" mean to you people out here? I've lived in Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, and frequented places that look way less polished than this place for similar prices and lower quality results. Anyways... Tons of parking, staff are very friendly, if you make a reservation it seems like I have always been seated on time, and prices are good ($20 for a shellac polish change, $30 for a manicure and only slightly more for nail art). They do all the extras with a manicure like wax dipped hands, lotion/ massage etc. I've had a pretty consistently good experince and gone at least 3 or 4 times now, with my manicure lasting weeks with minimal chipping. My St Patricks day design literally lasted two weeks past when I got it and though a weekend of rock climbing, I ended up having to take it off becasue it was embarassingly 10 days past the holiday not because of chipping. The only reason i would knock down to 4 is that I recently went in for a polish change with a reservation and it was totally rushed to open up a chair as it was lunch hour on Friday and lots of walk-ins were showing up. Didnt feel like I was getting the full time to dry each hand between coat but it was the fastest polish change I've ever had so, kudos for that I guess! Update: see pic of nails TWO WEEKS after getting just a shellac polish change. Literally had to take the polish off becuase the half moons were showing not due to chipping or anything. read more

Came in for a pedicure today with my friend. We made an appointment to be on the safe side, since its Saturday we had a feeling it would be busy. We were able to pick out a color of polish right when we got there, so it definitely seems like they stick to their scheduling. Unlike some places you show up to and you still have to wait a while. The pedicure itself was very relaxing and the girl who did mine did a great job. Do not go to this place!! They took advantage of my 2 granddaughters. They went there to get a pedicure and manicure for Prom. They called me to come pay because it was $295. I asked to see the price list, they don't have one. I asked for a receipt. They talked the girls to get a full set, than had $35 of add on without the girls knowing they are extra then they say yes. When I asked for to see that receipt, the lady all of sudden said she added the wrong total it should be $215 with $35 of add on which the girls didn't know there's 7 add on. Wow!! Do NOT go to this place. There are so many nail places out there. Choose another one. I would give zero stars if I could. They are super shady about their prices. They don't have them listed and then just write down your total at the end. The total was outrageous. When I was shocked at the total, he dropped it ten dollars. Hmmmm. The quality of my pedicure is the worst I have ever had. They charged my daughter 40 bucks just to paint her hands and feet with regular polish. Rip off. Went in today and got a basic pedicure. They got me in right way and I had one of the best pedicures I have ever had. She took her time rubbing my legs and did a fantastic job cleaning up the dead skin on my feet. I will be back for sure. read more

I've been coming here for a few years and absolutely loved my nail Tech, Daniel. He was absolutely Amazing, always made sure he was ready for me by the time I got there, did a phenomenal job and his nails never chipped or lifted even after 3 weeks of wear and tear! Daniel recently left and ever since, my satisfaction with creative nails has severely decreased. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or don't know what time management means, but every time I go in I end up waiting for 20-40 minutes before I'm even sitting in the chair getting my nails done. I recently called and made an appointment more than a week in advance to have Kat do my nails (she was referred to me after Daniel left). I got there early, let them know I was there to see Kat, and was met with blank stares and the realization that Kat had just started on someone else's nails. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was getting ready to leave when the owner of the salon called me over and said she was going to start my nails . After shaping my nails and removing most of the top layer, I was then bounced over to someone else, as Kat was still doing someone else's nails. I was told Rose would now be doing my nails, 40 minutes late and not the nail tech I requested. Rose did a lovely job, but I was charged $20 extra for a design on my nails, and was offered a cuticle trim for an extra $15 (I declined). $90 later and 40 minutes late, I was on my way home, only to have my nails lift and chip a week and a half later I'm extremely disappointed with the way they treat customers at Creative Nails. They either need to learn how to manage their time more efficiently and not overbook, or hire more employees to deal with their influx of customers. Honestly, this is just bad business read more

This was my second time to get a pedicure. Just like the first time they cut my foot to the point that it was bleeding enough that they had to use liquid band aid. My total time from when she started was 25 minutes for a $40 dollar service. The water was cold and when I asked for some warm water she was annoyed. Then she trimmed my nails and cut it so short that she got a lot of flesh. She massaged for total of seven minutes. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Incredibly disappointing. They overcharge, underdeliver, and are RUDE. After visiting my go-to salon to find they had a 3 hr wait, I called Creative Nails to ask if they could accommodate 3 people. They said they could - so we drove there only to find that we had to wait. BAD BAD BAD The salon that I typically go to was closed for the holiday and I really needed my nails done so i tried this place. They told me that they offered dip nail services however they started getting out gel polish and a UV light. I told them that my nails never work well with gel and I did not want the service if I would have to cure my nails in the UV light, as the salon that I typically go to does not use any UV light for their dip powder. They appeared frustrated and tried to convince me to use the gel top and when I told them I wouldn't do the service if that was the only thing they offered they told me they would use the "old way" and not use the gel. Sure enough at the end of the service she topped my nails with gel and cured them in a UV light. I don't know a ton about nails so I went with it and paid which was my mistake. When I got to my car I noticed my nails were bumpy and had Jell-O bubbles on the top and looked scratched and dirty. I went back in and politely asked them to please fix my nails and she tried to use the gel again. Then they put a normal top coat which smudged l over everything. At this point I had been there for two hours and I had to leave to get my baby. My nails were a disaster and i asked to please receive a refund as i didn't have time for them to start over. They were talking about me and being very rude. They called the manager and he refused to make it right. He would not return my money. I will never recommend anyone to this salon. I usually like it here but the customer service was so horrible today. My nail lady was nice but when she asked me a few questions about my nails after two seconds the nail lady next to us repeated her question very rudely like I was dumb. She didn't even give me a couple seconds to think about what I wanted, and I could understand my nail lady perfect fine! I wasn't really annoyed the first time but after it kept happening I was so surprised with how bad the customer services was considering the other times I went everyone was very nice and helped me decide what I wanted. My real nails are cut so short the are raw, I knew at the appointment they were cut to short but the now they and red and raw and soo painful. read more

Let me start by saying I wish I could give zero stars. I have been going to Creative Nails for years. I go quite regularly, every two weeks. I always see Stacie. She really is great. I've had my eyelashes and brows done there, but ultimately had to stop because the back room is just too dirty, and the workers nap in the room in between people. My complaint right now is when I went in today, with my two daughters I could not get in with Stacie. Kim (the owner) asked if someone else could do my nails today and I replied yes. I very specifically asked for POLISH, not gel. I was enjoying the company of my daughters and didn't notice they were using gel. As soon as I noticed I said something. When I said something Kim , she replied that we would have to have all the gel filed off and repolished. At this point it really would have taken quite a bit of time to file all the gel off and have a redo. When I spoke to Kim she said her nail technician had made a mistake, but that I would need to pay for the gel. I'm really sad and disappointed that she had made that decision. When Kim first purchased the salon she asked me to help bring in clients. I have brought in family and friends. I've been going there for several years. I'm really sorry Kim chose to charge me for her mistake and let me leave so unhappy .She doesn't care about loyalty, just the bottom dollar. For me it wasn't about the extra charge, it was that she really didn't care at all. I'm sad to leave her business but between the dirty back room and the extra charge today, I just won't go back. She doesn't care about her clients. I just don't feel that I should pay for their mistake. read more

Got a bunch of girls in for a manicure, and we had a very bad experience. There is one in particular that was absolutely awful, she kept bouncing between clients and not sanitizing. The nails look like stick on from the local dollar store and her fingers are jammed. Took personal calls during the appointment and blamed all the problems with the nails on the client and then charged full price and it was more expensive then people who actually did a good job. read more

I saw the employees go from one client to the next without sanitizing the area or washing their hands. The technician doing my nails was swamped and answered the phone during my service about a dozen times. At one point even calling an employee on her personal phone asking them to come in and assist an elderly client. I assume they declined because they never arrived. The elderly client waited more than 30 minutes past her scheduled appointment until the technician was finished with my nails. The technician did not wash her hands or sanitize the station from doing my nails and the elderly clients nails. The employee rushed through my nail appointment, it was very painful when she filed my nails and they were very sore and tender for several days. Some of the nails were over filed on one side so they're crooked. She left a bunch of acrylic chunks under my nails and the edges are uneven and bumpy in some areas. Needless to say, due to my concern of the overall care and sanitation I witnessed at Creative Nails I will not be returning. read more

I showed the person doing my nails what I wanted and the designs I wanted on them as well, they were shorter than what I had asked for and the designs were not as good as the picture and I was charged 80 dollars ! For the set. Even if I had gotten the length that I had asked for ( I got oval shaped ) it still wouldn't have been worth 80 dollars ! Bad experience here. read more

I did not have a good experience here. If you do end up going, pay attention to the cleanliness of the establishment; this is where you can find a flop or a diamond in the rough. I had a gut feeling we should have left before they came over, but I kept talking myself out of it. They don't sterilize...let's be honest, they don't even sanitize their appliances between clients, and one of the guys that works there just took some "cleaning substance" I'm assuming glass cleaner and sprayed down one of the pedicure bowls and just let it sit there and 2 minutes later filled it with more water for his next client. Disgusting! I truly am surprised I didn't end up with an infection yet, because I'm sure he is not the only one being so careless. Then the woman working on my pedicure was fairly nice when she came over, but when I told her I was going to do the cheapest pedicure, she was horrible. They don't massage your feet, my pedicure looked like I had a child try out painting nails for the first time on my feet, and it lasted for a week. All in all the customer service is sorely lacking, and it is one of the dirtiest cesspools I've ever endured, and I am kicking myself for staying. read more
