I got a pedicure and was pretty disappointed in the outcome. I showed an exact picture of what I wanted and the result looks like a "Pinterest fail". He also didn't file my nails after trimming them even though I specifically asked him to shape my nails. And he got nail polish all over my toes. Their price for a basic pedicure is cheap at $22 but they charged me 5 bucks just to add a swipe of glitter polish on half of each toe! That's a rip off if you ask me. Especially when the end result is so bad. And the callus removal lasted about 5 seconds per foot. There was also a girl who had just finished a pedicure when I walked in. The nail tech who was with her started on my pedicure right away and only 2/3 through it did the girl finally say something about waiting for her manicure. She had come in for a pedicure and manicure and they stopped right in between so that they could do mine. That's really disrespectful! She was waiting around forever! He finally got back to her when he was done with my pedicure and didn't even sit down the whole time. He was standing, slapping some polish on her nails and rushing her out. although my nails ended up looking decent, the customer service was not up to par. I walked in and no employees said anything to me, just pointed to an iPad and told me to sign in. I had called the day before and set up a mani/pedi, and ended up having to wait about 30 minutes. they ended up just rushing through the manicure and never asked about or gave me a pedicure, so I just left because I was over it at that point. pretty disappointed. read more

I came here a few days ago as a last minute walk-in appointment for a pedicure. I only had to wait about 5 minutes before they got me set up at the pedicure chair. The color selection of polishes they had was great, they had a lot of pretty colors to choose from. All of their equipment was updated and newer looking. Everything looked very high quality. The pedicure I received was fantastic, I believe the girl's name who did it was Ann. She was very thorough and gave a nice massage. They even gave me a little Christmas present at checkout which I thought was a nice touch. I will definitely be coming back in the future for nail services. read more

Went in there with my two little cousins to get pedis, we had no wait, they were very professional and did all three of us at the same time. They also started on my manicure while they were doing my pedi, so the girls didn't have to wait for me to get that done after! My nails look perfect and the prices were great. I loved it here and will definitely be back when I'm in the Draper area. read more

Went to get a gel set yesterday made an apt at 2:30 got there waited an hour finally got in. Then the whole time the lady is doing my nails she's answering phones and having my hold her drill while she schedules people down. I've never felt so rushed getting my nails done. Terrible customer service and just slapped the color on my nails. They look really messy when I left not worth 45$ at all. Came back today to have them fixed waited 45 min just to have her file the nail when I originally wanted her to redo the whole nail. read more

This is an absolutely amazing place! They were gentle and kept a conversation going.. She asked me if I liked my nails every time she changed something. Horrible! I have been there twice the owner (mom) was trying to push me into getting gel. Well I can't get gel because I'm allergic to something in it. So I kindly said no thank you she kept pushing I kept telling her no by the end I was so frustrated so I belted NO thank you, SI'm allergic I can't get gel. She looked annoyed and I was certainly annoyed. At the end of my visit she put on a top coat after the polish I was not watching very close so I'm not sure what kind she put but after my visit it took over 3 hours for my nails to dry and they itched extremely bad. So I'm assuming she put a gel top coat on just for fun. She was also saying how Americans don't care about others and was talking bad about the only white girl that works there saying she didn't like her hair and makeup and that Americans have to wear tons of makeup and hair extensions and her daughters don't wear very much and that's more beautiful. Really lady? Apparently she didn't realize I am an American. I decided maybe she was just having a bad day and I would give them another shot. I went there to get my nails filled again HUGE mistake. They had a guy doing my nails and from the start I knew he had no idea what he was doing I should have followed my instincts. instead I asked him if he was new or if doesn't come in often he replied with oh yeah I'm here 3 days a week so I thought ok well I will just shut up then and see what happens. Well, he took over an hour and barely filled in my nails where they were growing out and filed down my nails at the tips very thin! I said don't you think they are going to break he assured me they would be fine but I already knew otherwise. That night of course one of my nails broke on the side of the nail at the tip so I went back the next day they sat me with the same man and he barely put enough fill to cover where the break was because I still had real nail left then he painted it and sent me on my way of course for the next few days I had 5 more break and I never went back again to have them fixed because I am busy and don't have time to spend everyday in a nail shop that has no idea what they are doing! On top of all that there was a blond lady (customer) in there and I know the mom and dad that own the shop were talking crap about her because the dad was standing behind the lady as the mom did her nails looking at her up and down shaking his head and talking in a a language I didn't understand and the mom looked at him and laughed then said something in a different language they both saw I was watching and immediately stopped then started to try and smile and talk to me. I asked to get my nails buffed, they asked if I wanted them to use the machine, I said no, a regular buff with a nail file buff and they didn't know what I was talking about. They ended up only cutting my nails but not buffing them. How does a nail salon not know how to buff nails. I felt like showing them a you tube video with instructions. read more

Worst pedicure in the area for the money. Basically $22 for foot soak and a polish change. No foot massage, salt scrub, or lotion. Super disappointed. Will not go back. read more

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten!!! I went in this morning for my friends birthday so we could all get pedicures. They got us all seated very fast which was good, but the lady doing my pedicure was not pleasant at all. She didn't say one word to me the whole time and her long sharp acrylic nails were stabbing into my feet. She seemed very rushed the entire time and it clearly shows in the nail polish. Parts of my toenails aren't even painted and there is excess polish all over skin. My nails weren't even filed down to be smooth. They were jagged and just awful looking. I could have just painted them myself and done a better job. I was very disappointed. Also my massage chair was broken. I will not be going back. read more
