It turned out that my nails were in rough shape and needed to be removed. (I kind of suspected that already, so I don't think they were trying to pull one over on me.) So I settled in for a long service...and it ended up being about the same amount of time I would have spent for a regular fill. She was efficient. The lady who did my nails was kind and we were able to have small exchanges through our different languages. She checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with my nails and genuinely seemed to care that I was satisfied. Then, when we realized that the shade of red I selected wasn't quite right, she happily pulled a few other options and made a recommendation that was perfect. As I checked out, they gave me a gift-a lovely green tea hand lotion. I felt like a superstar and was very happy with my nails.

They are very busy and I'm happy that they get a lot of customers. Sometimes I go on a whim and my wait time is not bad without an appointment. Several times I've been here for pedis with an appointment and they are consistently timely. I appreciate that this salon is clean and the tools they use have been sanitized prior to use. I also appreciate the excellent massage chair while I'm getting the relaxing pedi. They have always been very gentle on my toes when trimming the cuticles. Once, when I was not careful leaving the salon and getting into my car, I accidentally smudged the fresh paint on my toe. I went back in and they graciously redid that toe nail polish without charging me :) Based on my observation, business is good and it appears that their "regular" customers are happy with the nail service they provide. Easy to find and lots of free parking, check them out.

I loved coming here for a quick pedicure they would do an amazing job until this last time I went,…read morethe guy didn't really paint my nails so good it felt like I myself painted them in a rush, worse part he left a dent on my natural nail and hurts badly until this day, I didn't notice the dent until my regular nail tech notice for me, she was taking the white color I had gotten when it started to hurt, she wasn't able to take it off fully with the driller so she got some nail polish removal and took it off looked closely and let me know they had left a dent, she couldn't even finish doing her work due to the dent and how bad it was hurting, I wouldn't recommend coming here for a pedicure unless you wanna get your natural nail damaged like I did and pay almost $60 for that.
