I am really disappointed with the quality of service I received from Delta Plumbing. My first interaction with Delta was when they uninstalled my toilets. I understand that plumbers often have long days and multiple jobs to complete, but that should not be an excuse to place my toilet seats in front of my front door out of frustration, leaving residue on my patio. My second interaction was for the installation of the new toilets. The plumber arrived at my house and immediately attempted to give every excuse as to why he couldn't install them. After speaking with his boss, he came back and said he would install them, but not before explaining that there was new staff working at their call center who didn't know what they were doing and that the details of the job had been explained incorrectly to me. At that point, I honestly just wanted the toilets installed, so I offered to show him my work order. He responded by saying, "I'm not here to argue," and walked away. He then installed the toilets, and when he was finished, he asked me to inspect them. He still appeared frustrated as I walked through the house to look at the work. The brand-new toilets and my floors had a significant amount of residue on them from the installation, but that was not my main concern. One of the toilets was installed at an obvious angle. I am not being picky--it was clearly crooked. I asked if he could straighten it out. Frustrated, he told me the toilet flange was off and that if I wanted it fixed, it would cost $4,500. He then told me to sign off on the job. I also asked him to take the sink that I had paid for him to remove from the house. He refused, stating that it would be a "liability." He said they would simply refund me instead. He then left, leaving behind both the sink and the trash. I admit that I knowingly signed the paperwork because I did not trust the company to properly correct the issue. I later had another plumber come out to inspect and fix the work. He told me there was nothing wrong with the flange and that the crooked installation was most likely the result of laziness. Over the years, I have had many positive experiences with tradesmen and have great respect for the hard work and effort they put into their jobs. Unfortunately, this company did not reflect that level of professionalism or workmanship, and I am truly shocked by the experience I had. read more

On February 19, I called Delta to check the water line and system for a leak. The water usage had shot up hence the concern for a leak. A Delta tech came with special equipment and stated he had detected a water leak under the concrete driveway. Based on his indication that a leak was under the driveway we proceeded to cut out a section of the driveway and uncover the waterline. There was no leak found. Soon after, another plumber came, conducted thorough tests and confirmed there was no leak anywhere in the water system of the house. His results were documented. Delta offered to refund half their fee of $88 for this service and resulting error. I'm out over $1600. read more

It was a Sunday morning when I checked our water bill and saw it slowly going up over the months. I knew we had a leak in an area and stopped using that one bathroom entirely to see if the bill would go down. It didn't. So I put the call out to multiple plummers so I could start the leak detection on Monday. In 10 minutes Delta plumbing called me right back. They had a $88 leak detection special and said they can be out within an hour. In one hour the plumber arrived and we showed him where we thought it was leaking. He went to work studying the main valve and inspecting all the pipes. He found multiple leaks and a horrible setup to the bathroom. He quotes us a great price to re-pipe and fix all the leaks. He did it with the next hour after he returned with the equipment. When he was finished he called us out to show us everything was fixed and there were no more leaks. It looked great. However, he then added he was not happy with a fitting that he did not think would last very long and wanted to get another fitting to fit better and give us a more structural and lasting option. So he asked to come back the next day and fix it again to not only stop the leak, but insure we should not have any issues in the future. Wow. He could have totally walked away doing the work he did and I would not have been any wiser. But he had so much pride in his work, he wanted it done right. Such a rare thing these days. The next day he came back and it did not take him very long at all. Again we inspected the work and paid the original quoted price. It was amazing. Clean, excellent work and honest. Price was very fair and the problem is fixed. You can't go wrong with Delta. They will treat you right and do excellent quality work. read more

I cannot recommend this company. I initially called to request a hydrojet service with camera inspection. They arrived the same day, only to occupy my entire day before informing me their hydrojet equipment was unavailable. Two days later, they returned and flushed a few drains--creating a mess and failing to trace the drain lines properly. I was then told they didn't have a camera available, despite having scheduled appointments on two separate days--neither of which they showed up for. Eventually, a technician arrived with a camera and another person with a snake, but they were unable to get through. The camera stopped at a certain point, and they couldn't identify the blockage. Instead, they speculated the line was clogged and quoted nearly $5,000 to repair a section of pipe in a direction that doesn't even exist. At no point did I receive a full hydrojet service or a proper diagnostic. What I got was a vague estimate for a nonexistent line and zero resolution. Based on this experience, I find them unreliable and impossible to trust. Avoid using them. read more

Being totally honest, my very first experience with delta left a lot to be desired in terms of communication. Enough so, it had me looking in other places to get my project done. I only mention this because of how remarkably they made right on the situation. Daniel reached out to me, wanting to make amends, and we came to an agreement for him to make things right and get our job completed for us. We wanted to add a second shower head, and second water control valve to our shower. When Daniel reached out, he was very thoughtful, and assured me that this isn't how they did business, and wanted the opportunity to prove that and make it right. Before the technician came out, I was given a text and a call letting me know his ETA, as well as a map to see how far away he was. Today, technician Fernando, came out at about 11AM. He spent the entire day here. Literally the entire day, leaving at about 11PM. Due to my work schedule, it is super hard to spend days at the house, and between Daniel and Fernando, they made sure we got this project done in 1 day. This project involved running new, bigger waterlines through our attic, since the small half inch lines in our slab would've left a lot to be desired for water pressure. Fernando was very meticulous as he was working, being sure to keep everything as clean as can be, vacuuming as he was cutting tile/drywall. He was very thorough and checked all of his work, making sure there were no leaks, and calibrated the water valve temperature selection, and ensured I was happy with the water pressure and how things turned out. What really stood out to me, is Daniel personally stopped by to check on how things were going, and made sure things were looking good. The other thing that stood out to me was Fernando's persistence. He got the job done, staying late just to make sure we got it done today, and it looks like a million bucks. Moral of the story, these guys are pros. I really do think what happened in our first negative experience with delta, truly was a fluke. After my experience today, with Daniel and Fernando, I wouldn't hesitate to use Delta again. Their professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. read more

These folks are absolutely fantastic. I had a clogged toilet over the weekend that I simply could not take care of myself after hours of trying. I reached out to several local plumbers, none of which would even give me a ballpark idea of pricing. When I called Delta, I was greeted on the phone with a warm greeting and the phrase, "How can I put a smile on your face today?" I'm not even kidding. Who does that? But they back it up with their superior service. Jordan, their tech, showed up about 90 minutes later and had our problem fixed in about 10 minutes.
