I had a mixed experience. The first time Bo came out to give a quote to install a gas pipe in the kitchen it was a good experience and the quote was reasonable. When he came back, it was a different experience. The wrong type of tape and pipe connector was used for a gas pipe that he installed in our kitchen. He used a type tape and a connector for water not gas. The wrong pipe connector type was not noticed until maintenance was being done. Bo discussed personal and political issues which isn't professional. He was there to do a job. He left the work area a mess and didn't attempt to clean up. Bo didn't appear to want to work. When he first arrived, he said he was unable to shut the main gas line off. We had to do it. He didn't have any WD-40 or other type of lubricant to complete the job, fortunately we had some available. read more

Needed 9 shut off valves replaced (old ones wouldn't close). They came out for a quote when they said they would and I hired them on the spot as they were able to complete the work later that day for a price comparable to another quote a I received. They came back a few hours later and in about 1.5 hrs the 2 guys finished the job. They even attempted to put in a new faucet cartridge that I was going to replace myself. They weren't able to because the old one broke off inside the faucet well so they recommended I get a new faucet. I was able to get it all out and do it myself though. read more

I highly recommend Fast Layne if you are in need of a plumber. Our sewer line issue started late Friday but someone still came out and got us running for the night. The following day they were right on time for the camera service we scheduled. Unfortunately, they needed to dig out a section of pipe due to tree roots, but all said and done the work was completed by Sunday evening. Everyone we dealt with was friendly & professional. I chose Fast Layne Plumbing after getting several estimates to replace a standard water heater that was under warranty. Most of the other companies wanted me to take the water heater back to a distributor to get a credit on a new one. That was way too much effort. I originally paid about $1K for the earlier replacement with Bishop Plumbing but he did not respond after I tried calling several times. Fast Layne Plumbing had mostly 5 star reviews so I felt pretty comfortable with them. The installer, Jesse, was super friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up his work. Plumber was making personal calls throughout the 4 hours he was at my house. Which was surprising after selecting fast Layne based off reviews. Probably why 2 of my sinks were crooked I noticed after he left. He was distracted. Appeared to be a completely routine thing making personal calls while in customers houses. I'm guessing most of there plumbers don't make personal calls while in peoples houses based off there good reviews but grey clearly was not one of them. Was renting out an air bnb in Phoenix and came back from dinner and found the entire garage flooded with water. Contacted my air bnb host and they sent out Fast Layne Plumbing, I was pleasantly surprised in how fast David arrived and he let me know step by step how everything was going too happen so I wouldn't be surprised by anything. 30 minutes later he had fixed the leaking water heater connection up on the top and had all the water in the garage swept and cleaned out. I was more impressed by FLP then the air bnb host too be honest. I called this company when we had no hot water. They were prompt in responding and replacing the water heater. The tankless water heater we had installed less than two years prior was defective and the original plumber was out of town until the following week. They replaced the water heater using the original plumbing so that we had hot water again and charged us $4200. We later discovered that we were grossly overcharged and, because the water heater was under warranty, they should have contacted the manufacturer. The owner told us he would contact his rep to see what they could do for us. After being continually told that he was still working on it, we found out who the rep was and contacted him directly. According to him, he was never contacted by the company owner. I attempted to get some resolution from the owner and either could not reach him or was told he was still working on it. After over four months of dealing with him and getting no resolution, I finally gave up. He also told us the product had a warranty guaranteed by him, it is worthless to us as we would be sceptical about calling him again to do any work for us even though they appeared to do a good job. As an elderly couple on a fixed income, we feel that we were taken advantage of and grossly overcharged for the service we received and eventually just "ghosted" by the owner. read more

Just moved into our new place within the last 2 months. Still trying to get used to things. I dropped a smaller sink stopped in the master bathroom drain and it was lodged in there. I couldn't get it out. Booked an appointment, stating it was not urgent, but they were able to come out the next day.
