Installation of kitchen faucet. Fast Layne did a great job. No charge for an estimate or for just showing up! Only charged for the work done which was far below what I expected! They responded very quickly and the technician was very professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. read more

Two years ago, 1UpPlumbing installed my SpringWell water filtration system, and it's been running great ever since. However, while attempting to loosen the sediment filter housing attached to my stucco wall, the entire assembly came right off the wall. Turns out, the installer had not properly anchored the unit and only used masonry screws that only barely penetrated the stucco and with no anchors in place. Even though it was one month over the 2-year warranty period and the fact that 1UpPlumbing had since been bought out by Fast Layne Plumbing, yet still Teresa and Audrey at Fast Layne immediately dispatched a technician to my house, Greg, the same day!!! He arrived and verified the former installer had not bothered to anchor the screws into the wall nor to the studs beyond. Thus, he proceeded to effectuate repairs and this time used longer and proper wood screws to screw the housing into the framing studs on one side and used masonry anchors on the other side. Within an hour or so, the repair was completed and all is good... and no charge! They HONORED the expired warranty!!! I was amazed!!! Part of that, I'm sure, was the obvious fact that the installation had not been properly performed. But, still... they could have denied it for being past warranty by a month. I cannot thank Fast Layne Plumbing enough... and wish to especially thank Greg for the wonderful job he did as well as his great customer service and great attitude throughout. I also wish to thank both Teresa and Audrey for their wonderful service, too. Now I know I have a GREAT plumbing company on which I can rely for any future plumbing needs... and can't recommend them highly enough to everyone else! read more

I had a mixed experience. The first time Bo came out to give a quote to install a gas pipe in the kitchen it was a good experience and the quote was reasonable. When he came back, it was a different experience. The wrong type of tape and pipe connector was used for a gas pipe that he installed in our kitchen. He used a type tape and a connector for water not gas. The wrong pipe connector type was not noticed until maintenance was being done. Bo discussed personal and political issues which isn't professional. He was there to do a job. He left the work area a mess and didn't attempt to clean up. Bo didn't appear to want to work. When he first arrived, he said he was unable to shut the main gas line off. We had to do it. He didn't have any WD-40 or other type of lubricant to complete the job, fortunately we had some available. read more

Needed 9 shut off valves replaced (old ones wouldn't close). They came out for a quote when they said they would and I hired them on the spot as they were able to complete the work later that day for a price comparable to another quote a I received. They came back a few hours later and in about 1.5 hrs the 2 guys finished the job. They even attempted to put in a new faucet cartridge that I was going to replace myself. They weren't able to because the old one broke off inside the faucet well so they recommended I get a new faucet. I was able to get it all out and do it myself though. read more

TKAY just came out to help me with a slow drain issue. He checked all the components and quickly took care of the issue. Now here's what I really like. One technician came out, looked at the issue and resolved it. They didn't send a creepy sales guy out to my home that's going to try to upsell me on a water system I don't need. I'm so sick of that kind of fake service. Where the small fix I was looking for turns into $10K. read more

Nathaniel was great! He helped us install our garbage disposal very quickly and efficiently! The price was also very good!

We had a technician come and give us a free estimate and got our shower drain fixed the same day!10/10 recommend!

TKay came out same day to fix a clogged drain. He was respectful and friendly and fixed the issue quickly. Other places quoted me 10 xs the amount that they charged. read more

They quoted me $3500 to replace my water heater which I've never paid more than 1000$. I ended up passing and got it done for 1000$. I can imagine how many old people and women who have no other options end up paying.. it's a sad world when you get these kind of greedy ass companies assuming they're that valuable. 1000$ is including water heater. I usually get it done for 900 but it was kind of a "I needed it now" moment. I'm sure they do excellent work but at that price. They better be. read more

I contacted Fast Layne Plumbing after returning home from a weekend trip and discovering a leak under my kitchen sink. Instead of focusing on the water leak, Adrian Sandersius told me he detected what he believed to be a natural gas leak. After inspecting my home, he described the situation as urgent and presented me with an estimate of approximately $41,000. For context, I had previously hired this company for a major plumbing project earlier this year that cost approximately $70,000. Hearing that another major repair was allegedly needed was overwhelming. I became emotional about the constant costs of my home, so the technician then called the company's founder, David Layne, to perform a second inspection. After completing his inspection, David Layne also concluded that the work was necessary but reduced the estimate to approximately $25,000. I was confused by the large difference between the two estimates. I repeatedly expressed that I wanted to obtain a second opinion before moving forward. I was told that gas work requires specialized expertise, that permits contributed significantly to the cost, and that other companies might not be willing to perform the work. Feeling that the situation was urgent, I signed the contract. About an hour later, I became uncomfortable with the situation and called to pause the job so I could seek additional opinions. I then had three independent plumbing companies inspect my home. All three told me they did not detect a natural gas leak. Instead, they concluded that the odor was related to the moisture and conditions created by the leak under my sink, and none recommended the extensive gas-related repairs I had been quoted. Based on my experience, I no longer have confidence in the recommendations I received from Fast Layne Plumbing. I felt pressured to make a costly decision before I had the opportunity to verify the diagnosis, and the findings from three independent plumbers were completely different from what I was initially told. For that reason, I cannot recommend this company and encourage anyone facing a major repair to obtain multiple independent opinions before signing a contract. ESPECIALLY if you are a young female living alone. read more

Fast service and a fair price for drain clearing too! Service technician was honest and did a great job. Didn't make a mess either.

I highly recommend Fast Layne if you are in need of a plumber. Our sewer line issue started late Friday but someone still came out and got us running for the night. The following day they were right on time for the camera service we scheduled. Unfortunately, they needed to dig out a section of pipe due to tree roots, but all said and done the work was completed by Sunday evening. Everyone we dealt with was friendly & professional. From the guys working in our yard to the office staff, everyone was helpful during a stressful time for us. read more

I had a clogged main. They came out to fix it on a Saturday. On time, great guy, only $33

Started off well, ended up being a wormhole of a problem. I'm not one to write bad reviews, in fact I don't think I ever have but alas I must here. 1. They have me the expectation that they'd come out same day of the call, that didn't happen and nobody called me back to tell me they weren't coming out after they said they were. 2. they came out, nice guy, put a camera down my pipes, said they needed to be flushed because they were trash, waited another day for them to flush them out. I was instructed by two individuals to then not use my sinks until somebody came back out to re camera them. 3. The big issues was that I waited over 2 DAYS for them to tell me just to use my sinks (so I was essentially charged $1200 for an incomplete service). 4. My biggest issue with the statement above was that I called 8 times over the span of two days with people telling me I was next on the the route and service requests had been put in. Only for me to be called off a random workers number saying I was good to just use my pipes again. My biggest problem was lack of communication and over promising/under delivering on expectations. That's now I do business so I sadly lost alot of respect and would love some kind of partial refund for this if possible as I waited for over 4 days for service to be completed. If I had to do it again, I would have used a different service honestly. Sorry to rip on you guys, and again I don't make bad reviews, but I have to call this one out here. read more

I called to have them come out to give an estimate on quite a lot of work (replace pipes, fix a leak, etc.). The girl said that they just come out when they have time to fit me in for estimates. They could literally show up whenever. No thanks. I'll choose someone who cares about customers. read more

I chose Fast Layne Plumbing after getting several estimates to replace a standard water heater that was under warranty. Most of the other companies wanted me to take the water heater back to a distributor to get a credit on a new one. That was way too much effort. I originally paid about $1K for the earlier replacement with Bishop Plumbing but he did not respond after I tried calling several times. Fast Layne Plumbing had mostly 5 star reviews so I felt pretty comfortable with them. The installer, Jesse, was super friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up his work. I ended up installing a tankless system and am super glad I did. See pic below. read more

We had some clogged drains at our church that we needed unclogged. We called Fast Layne out and they went up on the roof and Hydro-jetted the pipes for about $3,050 (including cameras down the pipes that we were told we would get footage from but never did.). The following day our custodian took a look and noticed that the drains in our kitchen and closet were still very clogged. We called Fast Layne out again and they said this time around the drains were so clogged they couldn't get the camera through, and they needed to jackhammer up the concrete to fix the issues, estimating the cost to be around $8,500. Before we did so, we had our custodian attempt to figure out the issue. It turns out there was a small metal cap stuck in the pipe, in which he drilled through it and completely solved the issue. Fast Layne was very kind and responsive, but I do not find that we received an adequate solution for the price we paid. We were also supposed to receive a final invoice as our payment was split in half. We received the first invoice, but never received the other. read more

Fast Layne Plumbing was fast, efficient, and handled a messy sewer backup at my townhome like pros -- even with a difficult neighbor in the mix. Everyone I dealt with was professional, kind, and clearly knew their stuff. Owner David personally came out to walk me through next steps after a Level 3 contamination (yep, it was that bad), and made sure I understood everything. That kind of service is rare. When they say they've got your back, they mean it. Highly recommend. read more

I needed a softener and RO system. They came out promptly to give me an estimate, and they beat the other estimates I got for the project. Scheduling was easy, and they showed up on time for the install. They did a great job! One company was going to run water lines along my ceiling and walls, and told me I'd need to patch some drywall when they were done. Not Fast Layne. Everything looks really professional. So, if having work done on time, professionally, and for the lowest price matters to you, I'd give them a call. Five stars all day long. read more

Quick response. Came out the next day. Replaced a faucet and a toilet efficiently and at a reasonable price.

Was renting out an air bnb in Phoenix and came back from dinner and found the entire garage flooded with water. Contacted my air bnb host and they sent out Fast Layne Plumbing, I was pleasantly surprised in how fast David arrived and he let me know step by step how everything was going too happen so I wouldn't be surprised by anything. 30 minutes later he had fixed the leaking water heater connection up on the top and had all the water in the garage swept and cleaned out. I was more impressed by FLP then the air bnb host too be honest. Before leaving they let me know where all the emergency shut offs were, (water & gas) in case we had another emergency in this house during our stay ! read more

Brandon came out to help me with a plumbing issue. I ended up needing a new water softener and water heater ( visible water in the pan). Plumber was making personal calls throughout the 4 hours he was at my house. Which was surprising after selecting fast Layne based off reviews. Probably why 2 of my sinks were crooked I noticed after he left. He was distracted. Appeared to be a completely routine thing making personal calls while in customers houses. I'm guessing most of there plumbers don't make personal calls while in peoples houses based off there good reviews but grey clearly was not one of them. I will not be using fast Layne ever again read more

I don't know the first thing about plumbing. So when David showed up to assess the problem, he walked me through what needed to be done and educated me like a true professional. I was grateful he didn't make me feel stupid since plumbing is not in my wheelhouse. I was babysitting my autistic nephew at the time and came to find out that his son is autistic too! It was a breath of fresh air seeing him interact with someone the way he needed. He told me he and his wife plan to use their company to help spread awareness, and i think thats so beautiful! We need more people in the world like David and everyone at Fast Layne Plumbing. If you're looking for a quality job well done, then look no further than Fast Layne Plumbing! After another company came out and had no idea what I had agreed to on the phone for service, but did fix some of my issues, they left me to Youtube the rest since they could not fix it. My toilet was not working and although I diagnosed the issue correctly, I could not fix it (even with the help of Youtube). I then contacted Fast Layne. Bo came by and was prompt, professional, and informative. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in less than an hour. The price quoted was very reasonable. I have definitely found my new plumbing company (of course, I hope I don't have to call for a while, but if I do, I'm calling Fast Layne and will be asking for Bo!). read more

I called this company when we had no hot water. They were prompt in responding and replacing the water heater. The tankless water heater we had installed less than two years prior was defective and the original plumber was out of town until the following week. They replaced the water heater using the original plumbing so that we had hot water again and charged us $4200. We later discovered that we were grossly overcharged and, because the water heater was under warranty, they should have contacted the manufacturer. The owner told us he would contact his rep to see what they could do for us. After being continually told that he was still working on it, we found out who the rep was and contacted him directly. According to him, he was never contacted by the company owner. I attempted to get some resolution from the owner and either could not reach him or was told he was still working on it. After over four months of dealing with him and getting no resolution, I finally gave up. He also told us the product had a warranty guaranteed by him, it is worthless to us as we would be sceptical about calling him again to do any work for us even though they appeared to do a good job. As an elderly couple on a fixed income, we feel that we were taken advantage of and grossly overcharged for the service we received and eventually just "ghosted" by the owner. read more

I can't say enough about Fast Layne plumbing and Cody, who came out to our house. We just moved into the neighborhood and were having trouble shutting off our outdoor fireplace. Just moved into our new place within the last 2 months. Still trying to get used to things. I dropped a smaller sink stopped in the master bathroom drain and it was lodged in there. I couldn't get it out. Booked an appointment, stating it was not urgent, but they were able to come out the next day. Trevor showed up on time, and I showed him the problem and he was able to fix it fast. I also explained a couple other issues I thought were going on and he also addressed them. Trevor was very knowledgeable and personable. Was very happy with the service and the cost! I will definitely call them again if I'm in need of plumbing services! Thank you! read more
