Traveled to Paris for vacation from the bay area, CA. We stumbled upon this hip restaurant randomly and decided to give it a try.
The restaurant is fairly new, and the interior is modern, a bit quaint, with nice music. The chairs were really comfortable. We came at around 2pm and it was not busy, might be busier during peak hours.
The service was outstanding. Our waiter described our dishes in detail, and even made a special coffee drink for me that was really great.
The food is Asian fusion, but I would say there is something on the menu even if you don't enjoy Asian food much
We ordered the tiger prawn appetizer. It came with 4 large fried prawns with dipping sauce. The prawns were fried really well, with a piece of basil inside. Overall really good appetizer.
For entree we had the Delta Salad and Tahitian raw fish.
The Delta Salad was a cold noodle salad with tofu and a yuzu dressing. The yuzu flavor was strong and the noodles cooked well. The tofu and tuna were cooked nicely and had a sesame flavor to them. Overall really good dish.
The Tahitian Raw fish salad was chunks of tuna in coconut milk with vegetables. I didn't think it would work, but I was surprised by the flavors. The onions, coconut milk, cilantro and other vegetables either together really nicely. Lots of tuna fish too.
Overall this restaurant was a nice surprise with great service. If I was in Paris I would go back again. read more
