DV8 Offroad was an absolute failure from start to finish. I installed one of their bumpers several…read moreyears ago, and it was a mess immediately. The product showed up with missing parts, did not fit my Ford Bronco despite being advertised as compatible, and damaged my parking sensor wiring during installation. While DV8 eventually issued a refund, that did nothing to fix the damage or the ongoing problems caused by their product. I dealt with these issues for years. Then, after a recent front-end collision, the bumper completely collapsed. It ripped out of the frame, provided zero protection, and directly contributed to my Bronco being totaled. A bumper that fails this badly isn't just low quality -- it's dangerous. On top of the product failure, DV8 Offroad's website cannot be trusted for honest customer feedback. They use Judge.me review screening to filter out negative reviews, creating a falsely positive image of their products and misleading potential buyers. This experience shows a complete lack of quality control, accountability, and transparency: * Missing components and poor manufacturing quality * False fitment claims * Damage caused during installation * Total failure during a real-world accident * Suppression of negative customer reviews DV8 Offroad sells safety-critical parts that do not perform as advertised and actively hides negative feedback. I strongly recommend avoiding this company entirely.

The dressing room doors were wide open when I went in and I didn't see the sign on the inside of the door until I had already undressed. Employee rapped on the door to ask how many items I had. I told her a dozen, she said only 6! and asked me to give her the ones I didn't want. So on the spot, I re-dressed to open the door and hand her items. Later, I was on the other side of the store when she yelled MAM, are these your clothes in the dressing room? They weren't. I had mine in a cart or had hung any leftovers on the return rack. When I went back to the dressing room a 2nd time, she told me to put my cart in a certain spot, then she moved it further after I went in the dressing room! When I checked out at the register, she approached the counter and turned attendants attention to her, as a result he had his back to me and carried on a conversation about items left on the back shelf ; a yellow ticket and employee purchase. I stood there waiting for him to continue ringing up my items and then as it turned out, he forgot to ring up my 2 pairs of shoes after I had already paid and needed to do another transaction, (because he had been distracted). When I left she called out, Bye mam, thanks for coming in, have a nice day! I just felt harassed by this employee. I spent $200 there today but I won't shop there again if I see that she's on duty.

They looked my info up in the computer and saw that my current battery was a little over 2yrs into a 3yr warranty and I got a full replacement.
