I wouldn't even give this Deli D one star! Ordered a 29 lettuce wrap and they forget 2 of the main ingredients. I call them and the girl who answered the phone doesn't have any clue what's on the 29 , and when I explained to her what happened she just said sorry , which means she has no customer service skills at all ! I spent $9 for just a lettuce wrap sandwich which is a complete rip off! I should of went with pokiland ! As I may be biased as to sandwich making since I have previously worked for a sandwich shop for 6 years but with that being said I do venture out to try different places. Today I went to this location since I was in the area. Upon walk in at 130 and waiting 15 minutes in line the employees were not very friendly. The young man took my order and the sandwich I ordered had some specific fixings. As I waited another 20 minutes for my order, the girl with the long ponytail placed my order on the counter called my number. No eye contact no thank you just a look of heres your food. And the second sandwich that my brother ordered was wrong as well. His was missing fixings and they charged him for the wrong size sandwich. They never even turned around to acknowledge him til he yelled excuse me and even then no one apologized or even fixed his sandwich. Just a look of oh you ordered it. To say the least I was miffed with this location. There's far better ones with friendlier customer service and a lot faster. The days of mom and pop shops are gone and there's no real acknowledgement. A smile, thank you and eye contact aren't that hard to ask for. read more

I recently came to this Deli Delicious location and was surprised by my experience because I normally have great service here. The woman who took my order was older and rude, and seemed to be very irritated while I was ordering. I also witnessed her giving her employees a lot of attitude while I was waiting for my order to be ready. To make things worse, I saw her fix a trash can and continue to use the same gloves for other tasks she was finishing. I will NOT be back to this location. I do have to add that my sandwich still tasted great as always. read more

The chipotle chicken sandwich I ordered was surprisingly good, nice warm bread, with generously portioned vegetables and meat, but most importantly is the first bite, which was really heaven. Was my first time trying it and I loved it. Way better than subway in taste and quality. I never understood the difference but now I do. Good sandwiches compared to Subway. I especially love that I can get sprouts, however unless the owner is here they are super slow. You can watch the employees work in slow motion, talk to each other instead of working, or simply leave the sandwiches they are working on to go in the back and talk. I drove out of my way to come get a sandwich on my lunch break, and my experience was horrible to say the least. The last two times I've been here they didn't have smoked turkey. Fine, I asked for tri-tip, they didn't have that either. At this point, I'm incredibly frustrated, but I had already driven here and waited in line. So I decide I'd get a chicken sandwich, and lo and behold, they're out of that as well. The older woman who took my order didn't apologize or have any explanation, which further irritated me. She didn't seem to know what she was doing or what was going on. I ended up leaving, and not getting anything. It was a complete waste of my time. I had to get Rubio's from next door instead since I had already wasted my time driving to this area and waiting in line. This location used to be my go-to but the last few times I've come here in the past month and a half or so, my experience has not been good. They constantly seem to be out of things, and the workers seem to be unhappy. The sandwiches are good at Deli Delicious, I would just suggest going to a different location with better management that actually have the products they sell. read more

Great service from Jenna. Me and my wife love Deli Delicious. We came in today around 2pm and there was a long line. Jenna was doing a great job by herself making food while taking orders in between. I looked around to see if there was a second employee and noticed one sitting at a table on her phone which looked like she was on her break. I wondered why the employee would not get up to help Jenna get through this long line of people. After a while the employee on her break got up to take a few orders. I heard her ask Jenna if she needed help because she had 12 more minutes left on her break. She ended up sitting back down at the table while Jenna continued to make everyone's food. It was very painful to watch, I thought why doesn't the employee on her break, get up and help Jenna get through the rush and then when everything has calmed down, continue her 12 minute break!!??... poor lack of teamwork on the girl that was onher break. Technically I guess that employee was on her break but man, that was painful to watch. Great job to Jenna, the food turned out great!I'm going to give a four star because everything was great and Jenna was awesome. read more

Every table was sticky filthy!!! Not one person in there and 3 people I could see working! 3 o'clock in the afternoon so wasn't the lunch rush! Just filthy everywhere and saw us checking each table then laying napkins all over it to even put our food on!!! No excuses!! read more

Good food. Awful service. Banging music gave me a headache plus cashier couldn't tell me how much more it was for a meal.

If you're in a hurry don't go! First thing that irritated me was the cashier. My order came to $7.40. I gave him a $20 and he had to use his calculator twice to figure out my change. There was a tip jar labeled college fund. Hmmm.... I asked for my sandwich to go. After a 15 minute wait they call out a wrong name with sandwich in a basket. I told the guy I think that's mine and he said no. After another 5 minutes they figured out it was mine and put it to go. Only reason for 3 stars was that the sandwich was good. read more

This is the worst location for customer service I've ever experienced and everyone should avoid this store. I had just finished working a 14 hour shift and needed a quick meal to take home and just relax for the evening. I came into the store at 7:30 pm and I knew with their closing time at 8:00 pm I should have not risked it. But I've had good experiences at other stores so I place my order for a simple #31 roast beef dip with a side of regular fries. The whole time I'm waiting for my order the staff is going on about another customer who called to complain about not getting enough avocado on their sandwich. They thought it very funny how this customer wanted to talk to the district manager and how stupid the customer was for making that request. Anyway, I finally get handed my order and I head out the door. I admit, I didn't check to make sure everything was in the bag and I get just a little way out of the parking lot when I realize they never gave me my order of fries. I turn around and drive back to the store. When I show back up at the register they tell me they threw out the fries because they didn't want to serve them to me cold. This is a lie. The truth was, they never started the order of fries because they were too busy bitching about the other customer, they forgot to take care of my order. I'm also pretty confident they had a good laugh at my expense because I was so stupid as to not make sure I had my whole order before leaving the store. At this point, I'm so tired I just turned around and walked out of the store. I'm sure I provided them with more entertainment for their bitch fest about their customers. These are the kinds of employees who will drop your food on the floor and laugh as they hand the food to you knowing your going to eat it without knowing. Deli Delicious can keep the $3 for the fries they never made and then lied to me about. I'll call it an investment in knowing where not to go for a meal. Hope this review is funny enough they can post it at their site and every employee their can have a good laugh at it like they do for their other customers whose regard the have so little care for. read more

Ok, I know this is not a Piedmontes or Sams deli. But, the hot pastrami sandwich is subpar. Looks and tastes like Oscar Meyer lunch meat. Even Port of Subs and Subway serve real pastrami. This is not the place to go if you're looking for a pastrami sandwich. read more

Went there today, always order the same sandwich, only difference was that today the sandwich had almost 50% less meat that what it usually has, still the same price. Not impressed. I have eaten at other Deli Delicious locations and never had a bad experience which is unfortunate as this location is close to my house and the hotel that I work at, I won't be recommending that any of my guests eat here and I will go to the Shaw Ave location in future. read more

I was very hesitant with coming here because I have heard some things about the Deli Delicious' but it is off the chain! I make it a regular spot of mine to eat during the week when I'm in town. The brown girl always has a big smile and is very welcoming and makes the best sandwiches. I only eat there when she is making my sandwich! LOL read more
