I called the company and the tow truck operator price gouged me on New Year's Day. He charged me $175 bucks for a tow to a local garage that was closed. I didn't mind paying the $125 for the tow. He charged me $50 for a storage fee. The car was towed at 9:00 am and was still on the truck when I arrived at 11:30. The tow truck driver claimed that he had to store the car on his truck and that justified him charging me a $50 same-day storage fee. This Towing Company and it's towing operator are rip-off specialists. Be careful, don't call then. They may charge you another fee if it is snowing or raining. Happy New Year!!

The next day, after driving it less than 40 miles, the transmission hose which they replaced, became detached causing my engine to catch on fire. My van was a TOTAL LOSS. When I went to the garage to speak to them about it, Rich, the garage supervisor would have nothing to do with me acting as if I wasn't there. Jerry Erichsen, the owner, also wanted nothing to do with me. In addition, he wanted to charge my insurance company a storage of $1500.00!!!!!
