    First off, before you have to read all the way through this saga, I will simply say this…read more NORTHSIDE AUTO IS THE VERY BEST. I was involved in a serious deer strike. The deer went airborne and struck the center front of my sedan. At the scene, the responding officer and I discussed the likelihood of the vehicle being totaled. It was towed to Northside, a shop I had no prior awareness of as a repair facility. I arrived the next morning close to opening to discuss what I thought was the end of my new car. Josh met me, immediately knew which vehicle I was there for, then walked me out to review what he believed were the major concerns. My insurance company demanded that no work begin until the police report was released, a process estimated at 7-14 business days not including an upcoming midweek holiday. Josh spoke directly with the adjuster, was able to get the rental process moving, then began a tear-down to start the estimate while we waited on insurance. Throughout the entire repair, Josh and the team regularly contacted me to advise on concerns, delays, or insurance red tape that needed attention. The Northside team handled the insurance company so thoroughly that I never heard from the adjuster again beyond the initial estimate. Let's talk about the repairs. All OEM parts. Paint is flawless. Fit, gap and adjustments are fully dialed in. While completing the project and calibrating the entire new front-end sensor system, Josh called to advise that a fault code was being thrown. This was one I had previously visited the dealership for. The Northside team traced the cause to a corroded electrical connector, ordered a replacement, then ensured all applications, sensors, electrical components, plus cosmetic details were corrected properly. While the car was there, I asked for a few minor cosmetic corrections outside the scope of the accident work. These issues were handled separately and completed with the same level of flawless workmanship. Pick up I arrived at the shop and turned over my rental vehicle to them, yes they also assist with rentals. Josh walked me through the completed repairs. My car had been fully detailed, and a Northside Autobody care package was waiting inside. All in all, while the experience of hitting a deer with my new car was horrendous, everything from Redl's tow with Greg through the complete project at Northside, plus Josh's professional approach, made the entire experience far easier and honestly a bit enjoyable. Top-notch work. Top-notch people. You will not find a cleaner repair facility.

Thank you…read more My name is Steve , the day you took over from John L, I went to you before you were even open and spoke with Brian about being a lifelong customer of John's, and wanting to keep relations alive. When you opened, i had my son bring his Subaru cross trek and Brian was the one preformed the body work and repainting and we were very satisfied. My other son and I also have a Durango SRT which we show in competitions. I came back a few weeks ago and spoke with Lindsay as Brian was gone, which was to install and adjust a carbon fiber hood and installing the vents in the hood as well as a carbon fiber trunk wing. I provided phone numbers/ Names of who to call for any questions or issues since this isn't a "everyday thing" shops around here do and in total spent 45 min at your shop going over everything so they're are no issues or problems The vehicle was there for over 1 week and during that time multiple attempts to contact the shop were made to make sure things were moving along and and the only call I received was 2 days before I picked it up to say 3M tape needed to be ordered. The shop phone is NOT monitor and there is always a full voicemailbox. I eventually had to drive over to the shop to ask about it's status and on the day we were instructed to pick it up, when we arrived we were told it was NOT completed and Lindsay was misinformed. The day we actually picked it up, my son went over the car and they're were several issues. The trim from under where the trunk wing spoiler was taken off and left lying in the trunk for whatever reason. I was told they were looking to see if they could drill holes to attach the accessory wing which I'm glad they couldn't because that would've not only destroyed my original wing but the $1,000 carbon fiber wing as well and is NOT how its supposed to be installed as I provided documentation on how to properly install it which involved 3M taped and silicone. It was installed using the 3M tape ONLY. The hood is installed very far forward, the vents were not installed correctly by not having the clips under the fiber layer, and make screw mounting hole elongated, if not aligned. On top of that the packing tape from transportation was never removed and now I have to clean off tape residue. Again no one called tech support to confirmed installation and how it should look. The windshield wiper sprayers had to be relocated into the Cowell, which not reinstalled correctly and now water can get in around arm gasket not making it sealed. When asked about this issues, Lindsay stated she had trouble aligning the drain vents in the cowell, I then asked if she contacted the company for questions to which she replied "no" and that someone watched how to install them on YOUTUBE. In my opinion, as a paying customer who's frequent this shop for 40+ years the treatment and service I received is 100% unacceptable. Prior to leaving your shop I expressed my concerns and frustrations to Lindsay to which I recieved excuses and frustration from her which included "we don't do this" to "I didn't charge you alot because we don't normally do this" and my personal favorite which was "well maybe you should have taken it to a custom shop" To which I say both are inexcusable and completely unprofessional since this was a task she took on and if she felt she couldn't do it she should have stated so. I had very high hopes of bragging about your Shop at the shows and how a local business now has custom experience that would open new venues. Before I left, Lindsay did get to a point where she said she would give me our money back for the issues and frustration. I was hoping this could be rectified and just Fixed. But I have given it serious consideration and I unfortunately can not let this slide. I do not feel secure returning this car there again to have issues rectified. The car has been taken elsewhere to be redone by a shop who has experience which is not local and because of this I would like a refund. I really wish things had turned out better in this situation because not only have you lost local business but a returing local and loyal customer of over 40 years. Thank you. . For this consideration, we will not leave any reviews or talk ill of your business as we understand mistakes were made and an attempt to rectify the situation are yet to be made This was what was sent to the business and They never responded.... SO Let the Reviews Begin.... Under new ownership, and I would not recommend them....
