I love Del Taco. Cheap family boxes are amazing for quick food on a budget. Their guacamole is also pretty good considering it's a fast food restaurant. read more

I ordered a meal on uber eats for my girlfriend, the food was fine BUT there was a staple in her tostada. which is unacceptable.

The new jumbo shrimp tacos are so good and fresh! They even came with a fresh lime wedge. 2 tacos for $6, you can't beat it.

OMG! I've never waited so long for a taco. 3rd in line, excruciating wait! Is this a one person show? My first (and last) visit. Didn't particularly like the taste. I wish them luck...won't check in to find out. "Tex-Mex NOT my choice. They MADE me add a star. read more

What the...? Spicy chicken burrito combo was a hot mess with two small chunks of bland chicken, steamed white rice, refried beans and a smattering of cheese in an open-ended tortilla. And you get a sleeve of greasy, not cooked through fries that aren't seasoned - lucky you! Even the coke tasted and smelled funky (mold?) read more

I got here to del taco at 11:53pm and no one was assisting they say they close at 12:00 am I just wanted to get a soda And the crew was all outside smoke weed how horrible Washington sucks ! You guys need to shut down ASAP or put new workers who actually care about their job read more

Ordered through Dash and it was the very first and very last time I will EVER eat at a Del Taco. Was initially going over menu and getting quite excited seeing the choices of items, something new and different for us. Lots of chicken choices as beef is usually the norm, and even fries to satisfy the kids? Should be awesome. Order five meals and it comes out to a whopping $55. Ok should be a decent meal for the fam. Imagine our disappointment when we receive one small bag with all five meals in it. Let me rephrase. ALL FIVE meals, all 18 menu items, not including the 5 drinks fit in one lunch bag sized bag. That was just the start. The tacos? Half full tortillas or shells. Their premium tacos? Maybe 1/3 full of filling, the wrap just rubber tortillas. The expensive premium burrito? Half full and bland. Bland. Bland. For a place that touts fresh made they forgot what seasoning is. Salt is a thing, should try it. We essentially spent $55 for a few tortillas, less than a chicken breast TOTAL or chicken, some beans, flavorless rice and a half cup of soggy fries. The sodas were the only thing that tasted decent considering we rarely have soda. Absolutely horrible first impression, and will never waste my time nor effort to return to any establishment of this name. read more

Ordered in the drive through this evening. We spent over $50 on our order and they both didn't include items we ordered and put cheese and sour cream on stuff that was specifically for someone with a dairy allergy. The receipt reads correct but the order was horribly wrong. We live in south Kennewick so driving back to have our order fixed is not an option. If I could leave zero stars for this visit I wouldn't hesitate. Over $15 dollars of our order was either missing or completely incorrect. Update: the manager on shift Ashley made this right by my family and I read more

In a place I expect to get heartburn after I leave, I was still let down. First fail - 230 in the afternoon and the pump ketsup and mild salsa were empty. Second fail - temperature in the dining room was under 65. My nose started running. Third fail - cup of rice ordered without pico. It had a red tint on top so it was clear they had removed the pico. The basic taco was ok. read more

During Lent and various Fridays, we like to get their fish/ shrimp options and veggie burritos. Those I give four stars for. Minus one star for fries/tots that can be subpar. Kudos for adding a slice of fresh lime to our order. read more

Horrible service and food every single time we have gone. We tried again after months thinking maybe we needed to give it another try- fail. We waited 15 minutes for food and it never came out. Had to drive through and wait another 5 minutes for a refund. Horrible customer service and this food will definitely make you sick. Congrats tri cities for ruining Del Taco! read more

New restaurant in Richland. Normally I would never come in on the first day. I am so glad I did. Prices are great and the food is even better. If you like it hot they got it. I'll come back again to test the service but for now it's to be expected. Come check it out! read more

Tried for the first time last night 5/12/21 @ 9:30pm. What a disappointment. The fries were cold, limp and no salt. The burrito was cold and the root beer was fizz water They say made fresh. They want15 an hour to do this? Looks like they would take some pride in their work. They were nice but also no napkins, or receipt. The only reason we went through is because Tumbleweeds was closed. Which you always get good hot food their. Probably won't go back. read more

Once again I sit here in the drive-through. This is the Slowest Pl., I've ever been to. If you wanna order from here and get food that's never hot always cold. Then you need to bring a book to read or something because you're gonna wait and wait and wait and wait. Forever read more

Brand new and rocking. Food is fantastic. Be prepared to wait as the place gets very busy. What's really nice to see is, everyone is working their tails off, and are super friendly! Thumbs up to the new Del Taco team! read more

Your morning crew is amazing! Stevie was on top of getting my order down, Janet was wonderful taking my order and Desaree is a great manager!! I love the friendliness. Came back later in the day and your front counter girl was very rude and disrespectful towards management. I believe her name was Anna.... she makes me not want to come back. She is not a very pleasant person yo have in your restaurant. read more

The food was, well, flat out gross. The bean burritos taste like chemicals and the refried beans that were inside of them were super old. I threw my food away. But the young man working the drive thru was extremely nice. read more

Was just trapped in the drive-through line for 45 minutes. Two cars at the tail end of the line left. They weren't busy inside, so that's not an excuse. Asked why it took so long and was told (with attitude) someone called out sick. I didn't realize until we left that I wasn't even given a receipt. The taco was a little stale and the carne Asada fries was not worth it. So. That's nice. read more

Online the time says you close @ 12am. We get in line at 10:46pm and wait for one car to get done ordering. As we pull up to order the speaker says sorry we are closed. We did get to talk to a manager but all she could say is sorry but our grill has been of or a while now. She also said that the time is wrong online it's suppose to say 11pm. Won't be coming back! read more

I have been to this location twice since they have opened and I have been disappointed both times. First time was in the drive thru. I waited so long my fries were cold and had to go back into the restaurant to get warm fries and by than I wasn't even hungry. The second time I was in the restaurant and I waited almost 20 minutes for my food and I heard line/prep cooks cussing, I even witnessed an employee take his hat off, scratch his head, put his hat back on and then continue making food. You'd think after waiting 20 minutes for food it would be hot and correct, but no... tacos were cold and with hard flour tortillas, along with other things wrong with the order. I grew up in Southern California and couldn't wait for this location to open, I don't know if I'll go here again. I think I'll just continue to go to the one in Post Falls when I pick up my daughter. read more

This place is extremely slow. Sat in line in the drive through for 33 minutes. And they messed up our order.

We wanted to try out the food and they are currently running a Tamale special. We ordered at the drive thru at 7:30pm and was told they were out of Tamales. So we settled for another menu item. It took 20 minutes to get to the cashier window. We waited another 5 minutes and no one came to the window to let us know what was going on? We decided to leave and get food at another place. As we were leaving the lady taking out the trash from the store was smoking a cigarette. Not going back. read more

I was so excited when I heard Del Taco was coming to Tri-Cities. The one in College Place had my expectations super high. Unfortunately, this Del Taco drops the ball on so many levels. We've been to this Del Taco twice and will no longer eat here. The food was ok on the first visit, but the staff wasn't overly friendly. Sure, I could get over the staff and the ok food, but not the lack of training and regard for food safety. One employee was cleaning the sauce dispensers, removed the plungers, set them on someone's dirty tray at the tray collection, and then stuck them back into the sauce. Talk about disgusting! Many months later, we tried it again going through the drive through. The employee handed me the food and my credit card and said "here's your card and receipt" and then ran off. Only problem? They never gave me a receipt and never came back to the window, even after I honked and made eye contact with the employee. In addition, the food was cold and both of the burritos were extremely messy. As we left, the employees were outside running around. Sure, I can respect the need for sunshine, but they were clearly goofing off. Had high hopes for this place. Never again. Only a matter of time before the health department shuts this place down or they go under because of their staff. read more

I'm so bothered with the service we received tonight. I'm from out of state and was excited to eat cheap delicious food. I went through the drive through. I ordered 12 crunchy snack tacos and the man asked if I wanted sour cream on them and I said I just wanted the snack tacos. He proceeds to ask if we want sour cream on them so I finally just said yes thinking that maybe they had already made extra and that's why he was so persistent on us getting tacos with sour cream. and then he told me it was $20. Lol so I told him again we don't want sour cream and he seemed upset. I'm so confused on why someone working for fast food is trying to upsell me? It ridiculous and I've never had an experience like this at other Del tacos in Utah. I wouldn't bother going to this location. They'll trick you into spending more than what you anticipated. And according to other reviews this location is definitely a miss. :) read more

Amazing food, they worked out all of the kinks. Fast and friendly, accurate, and most important fresh.

Not too bad. The beef tacos are good, the bean burritos are fair (Taco Bell's are better). We nearly choked when we discovered they had put mayo on the chicken tacos, this is a very bad idea. Service is good however. read more
