Let's start off by saying I'm pregnant. Like real pregnant, 39 almost 40 weeks pregnant lol. I wanted to get my nails done before I had my baby because I knew that all my attention would be on him. Now I like to think of myself as a simple girl however I do expect a certain level of customer service especially when paying my money! So I got there early, only one other lady in the shop. Several technicians however I was barely greeted, I let it slide. I brought my own polish for my hands but was hoping to find the red I was looking for there. Now I did find a red I settled for, however people be advised they did not have a big selection. So either bring your own or be prepared to compromise if need be. After choosing my polish, I was waved to the back with no direction. I walked back hoping there was someone waiting for me there. There was a technician there she greeted me as she was finishing get the pedicure station together. She was friendly enough, gave me hope that I would have a decent experience. Since I was also getting a manicure, I asked if she would let my feet soak and do the manicure first. (Why they don't do this anyway is beyond me) She was hesitant but proceeded as asked. Now I shared with her that I was expecting and about 15 minutes into the manicure I'm realizing something is missing, she never turned the seat massage on. Now don't get me wrong it wouldn't have made much difference but to not even ask is not ok. The manicure was not awe inspiring but I let it slide because I was really there for my feet. My polish has small bubbles in it. I got no top coat. (She tried to offer it as I was walking out! Really ma'am! Smh) And several times she cut me and I bled. Hmmm not ok. Moving on. Pedicure! The reason I came. The pedicure was actually good. In a pinch and short on time and money, I would come back. Now I don't know about anybody else but I go get pedicures mainly to remove dead skin, why has it become a trend in nail salons to charge extra for this? 5 dollars more to clean your feet, wtf! But ok, fine...bring it on because that's why I'm here. She did however begin to look a little annoyed by my requests. It is my body and my money, just saying. No real complaints on the pedicure, that's why I was able to give the 2 stars I did. Now lastly I needed to get my eyebrows done. Let's just say I walked away with more of my blood on the outside of my body! First I had to ask for a new stick to be used. The wax had been left open so I said a silent prayer over it and sat down. Now I explained the shape I wanted and she kinda blew it off like she knew best, hmmm. She begin the waxing but instead of applying the wax to one section and then taking it off. She applied the wax to the top and bottom of my eyebrow. She is taking her time doing the applying so the wax is drying on my face! And then she finally applies the cloth and needless to say when she went to remove it, it hurt like hell! Why?! Because she waxed my skin along with it! And had the nerve to say, ooo lot of hair! I'm like no ma'am, that was skin! This abuse was repeated on the other eyebrow and in the middle. In the middle of my face I have a red dot....OF DRIED BLOOD! This is from where she ripped my skin off! Guys this is just my experience. I wouldn't go back. I didn't really feel like they wanted me to anyway. Not a very customer friendly place. I went on Monday to get Shellac. The lady that did my nails was more concerned with making a Skype phone call than doing my nails. My nail beds look atrocious, there is polish all over my fingers and they have already started to chip. If you want to have to go back to get something redone then this is the place for you. If you want quality work done by kind people then avoid this place at all costs. read more

Before I got this app back I seen my review wasnt recommended. was it because I spoke the truth? So I just got a full set this last Friday. Yesterday(monday) one popped off while I was fixing my son's bed. Really?? When I first walked Into the salon, I was quickly seated with a young male. His station was filthy. Nail clippings and all. I asked for Flare tips and he looked at me like I was stupid. He didn't know what they were. So he glued the tips on and I told him what length I wanted. He cut them about 3 times before getting it right. After that, without saying anything, he left his desk. He went to help a woman with one of her customers so I sat there not knowing what was going on for about 10 minutes. He finally came back to me and told me to sit at another station and someone would be with me. Sat down for aboout 10 mins and another customer walked in. The woman I was told was supposed to help me helped the new customer. So I waited patiently again. Finally after 15 mins I decide to get up and walk out. I was gonna have someone else do my nails. One of the ladies chased after me. She told me she was doing my nails. I asked if she could take off the glued tips so i can go elsewear. She told me shed do them. She repeated herself about 5 times. I didnt feel like arguing so i just let her do them. She started on my nails and about halfway through she walks to the back for something, and as shes walking by a group of coworkers she says something, they all laugh and just stare at me. Obviously she said something. Probably not happy with how i walked out and complained. But hello? I had been there about an hour before someone actually started my nail color. This place was discusting. Not a clean station, hardly any decoration, no entertainment (televsion or anything). This place looked run down. The "waxing" station is a clutter. Wax is everywhere. Everything is piled on top of eachother. This place made me feel so uncomfortable. I wanted a pedicure that day but quickly changed my mind about getting one there. Terrible service, Unorganized, unsanitary. I never leave reviews of any kind but this place needed it. I wish I would have read reviews before walking in. Never again. Im sorry but a place who lays my hands down on fingernail clippings and nail dust doesn deserve a good review. So gross. read more

My boyfriend and I were wanting to get a pedicure for weeks, and since we were in town visiting family, we both decided to get a pedicure when we had the time. My pedicure was absolutely great. I don't know the name of both technicians, but the one I was received was amazing. My boyfriend however did not receive the same great pedicure I did. The technician lightly touched his feet the whole time, as well as constantly getting up and talking on her phone the whole time. He texted me in the middle of our session and said he was about to walk out. The technician had long black hair and was very skinny. Don't let her do your feet when you come here. read more

Got a pedicure and overlay, first of all this place is filthy!! The pedicure was the worst I've ever had!! She spent more time talking over the loud horrible club music playing than actually doing my feet. While I was getting my nails done all the lady did was talk very loud in my face to another worker! My nails are horrible, they are thick and she didn't file them!! At one point I took the file and tried to do it myself! She didn't understand I didn't like the way they looked at all, she kept saying it's because of the black color powder. She didn't care and didn't try to make it right! My best friend was getting the same thing done by another worker she was not happy either!! I would not recommend this place to my dog!! read more

Well, this was my first & last visit to this nail salon. I waited 20 minutes to get to a station. I should of read reviews! My technician was the only male in the shop. His station was very dirty with previous customers nail clippings & acrylic dust covering his work area. He reached for my hand. Umm, my response was " Aren't you going to clean up from previous customer?" He immediately caught an attitude. He never spoke to me at all & glared at me. Nope, he wasn't doing my nails. Very rude! I asked for another tech. Waited another 15 min. This tech was polite & did my nails ok. She nicked cuticle areas on 5 of my 10 fingers with the dremmel tool. Polish job was ok. But a few sloppy areas. Not a very sanitary salon. Only one nail brush at sink & they use their tools over & over on customers. Never once did I see any of them change their tools. Never once did I see any of them use the sanitizer machine. Never have I been over 2 hours to get a fill & Shellac polish done. I will not return here.. read more

I was hesitant about trying a different salon, but I didn't have a choice. It was the closest one to me and I was in a hurry. First off, my mother and I waited about 50 minutes before we were called and we weren't even greeted when we walked in. There were only two people working and customers kept walking in even though they were closed, because they kept their door open. I absolutely hated my experience here and DO NOT recommend it to anyone. Reasons being: she kept talking on her phone while she was doing my manicure and pedicure, she RUSHED everything, she literally did two strokes of base and top coat on my nails, she was being very stingy with the polish (not covering my entire nail), she reused everything (the buffers etc were very old and like the polish she just lazily stroked it twice--I mean how is that considered buffing? Even with the massages! She just moved her hands up and down my legs and arms twice and that was it!), she repeatedly asked me if I wanted to cut or file my nails and I continue to say file, but she didn't file my nails at all! There was a HUGE language barrier! I don't understand how one can provide excellent customer service when you don't understand or speak English! The salon was not kept well. It was dirty. There were NOT a lot of color options for nail polishes either. While I was there I also witnessed several other customers who were very unhappy with their experience. One customer kept telling the nail technician that she wanted "fake nails" on her feet just like her "hands" waving it to her and the tech kept nodding her head but went on painting her toe nails. Unbelievable! She kept saying to the shocked customer, "Its okay, this is better for you. I know. Came to get a pedicure on Saturday. Young lady cut my big toe nail without asking. You can see the nail bed it's so short. Also, got a color change and a repair for my nails. My nail broke the very next day but the salon was already closed. Came back Monday and they charged me for the same nail I had repaired here. Another place I will avoid. I definitely would not recommend this nail salon nor will I ever go back. The nail tech spent the entire time texting and on her cell phone while doing my nails! She even left me sitting there while she stepped outside to make phone calls! I wanted to get a couple of additional services but I was so annoyed that I left after she finally finished my nails....Very unprofessional. read more
