My wife got the fried rice that had the peanut sauce. It was just middle of the road for me. And she got eggrolls and said they were great. Maybe borderline too hot to grab, just something to note. My pad tom yum was served with fresh bean sprouts and a slice of lime, which I quickly squeezed on to the noodles. The dish was great, and while I didn't exactly taste as much tom yum flavor as I expected, I had zero complaints about the freshness of the ingredients. The pork was perfectly cooked and the noodles were springy and had a great texture. The spice level was also perfect for me. For what I paid, it was also a pretty big portion, and I had leftovers. Since it was a pretty hot afternoon, there were only a few other people at Park the Carts, which meant we had a quiet dining experience.
