I've been coming here for so long, I almost feel obligated to write a review…read more I've been going to Neet 'N Kleen for my my dry cleaning and alteration needs for over 25 years now. Wow! This place has been owned/operated by the same couple, I believe, for over 30 years now and for any small business to be around for that long, you know they're doing something right. In the case of Neet 'N Kleen...they're doing everything right! My wife and my clothes come back clean and consistently pressed, without issue and by the promise date - every single time. They're great with alterations too! I've never had reason to go elsewhere, except this one time when I had to get my clothes dry cleaned in a different state while traveling for business. It was one of those $1.99 for any item places. The $1.99 place shrunk and faded my sweater and over-pressed my dress shirt, leaving the shirt "crispy" (I'm not talking about starch...you could feel the burnt texture across the material of my shirt), not to mention the shirt had super deep ironed crease marks stretching across the entire back of the shirt where there shouldn't be creases. Never again. At my age, I've learned that you get what you pay for. It's just not worth the hassle and headache dealing with a bad dry cleaners. If you're looking for your clothes to come out consistently clean, with all your stains removed, on-time and always done right, look no further than Neet 'N Kleen - my go-to place for over a quarter century now!!

Pretty decent and quick service…read more I thought the pricing for dry cleaning was good. Since this is my first dry cleaning experience in the area, I cannot compare it to other places. But, the cost for three shirts, two suit jackets, and one pair of pants was about $37. Also, extra points because my items were ready first thing the following day. I'll admit that I originally came here because I needed a pair of pants altered. Unfortunately, I could not use the alteration services because I need 2- to 3-business day turnaround. While I have not tried a lot of dry cleaning places in the area, I have a feeling this will be my go to spot.

I could track everything in the app and the receipt was sent to me via email with the breakdown. My weight (of clothes) matched theirs and I was not surprised by the bill. Overall, I would do it again!
