Service was great, fast turn around and my clothes were clean and smelled amazing .18 lbs at 20 dollars not bad

I used this service about 4-5 times. Always an issue. Most recently they picked up two full bags of laundry on May 15th. The same laundry that normally cost about $75 cost $42. They kept half of my laundry! I called 3-4 times, sent messages and no call back from anyone. I am livid. My granddaughter's clothes are gone. Never use this service. My entire white load of laundry came back yellowed! (Socks, shirts, dresses and pants) There were a few pieces of clothing that were brand new, never worn before, bright white clothing and I received them back off-white yellow/brownish. I don't know if they don't sort laundry like they say they do or used the wrong products but I pre sorted all the whites, darks, and colors. so there's no reason to have received yellow stained clothing. This was probably the easiest thing I've ever done in my life. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. I basically took my teenagers entire room to them. All the clothes, sheets, quilts, everything! They weighed, I paid. I checked around and they were the cheapest. The uniforms were on hangers. The clothes were folded neatly. They even matched socks, well the ones that had matches. I took a king size comforter in for annual cleaning. The comforter is very heavy and it's more of a tapestry. I received outrageous quotes from other dry cleaners and stumbled upon this easy wash and fold on you guessed it. Yelp! We used this service when our dryer broke and it was amazing. The clothes, towels, and sheets were picked up and returned the following day so nicely folded and laundered. We kind of wish our dryer was never repaired. Highly recommend. read more

After buying a new house & waiting for our new washer to be repaired, we turned to Yelp to help in washing our clothes. First I called yesterday to inquire about delivery services but found out we live beyond their radius for delivery wash. But I was highly impressed whoever I spoke with which led to taking a 30minute drive here. 30 minutes?!? You say? Well yes. Because I read that this facility was new and clean which is HUGE for me. If you are wondering, yes this facility is VERY clean. Spotless actually & it smells clean. I have not done laundry outside the comfort of my home in over 20 years so it was very important that any laundry facility I were to use, be sanitary. I am so grateful for the other two reviewers that took the time to review. Oh, and thank you to tje staff here. Job well done and worth the expense both in laundry coins & gas. Not so nice to people washing in the laundromat. I've see the machine kept pe money on many occasions and the employer telling people to put more money in with a very nasty attitude. The employees are all Spanish and I observe them only being nasty to black people. One Spanish lady even went off on me because I told the Spanish employe she was being rude. They also recorded me for no reason and I have threatened to file a lawsuit if I see any recording of me anywhere on the internet. I've spoke to a few people who keep loosing money at this laundry because of the poor in house service. However I always see tons of clothes folded so maybe if I was dropping off I'd have a better revie. I WONT BE GOING BACK HERE read more

Scheduling a pickup is very easy. Just call or text. You can choose scented or free and clear detergent. I cannot express how THRILLED I am to have found Easy Wash & Fold. I despise doing laundry, and had let a very large amount pile up. Peter (one of the owners) picked up 10 trash bags full of clothes & linens from my house at 7 p.m., and had them cleaned, folded and returned by 11 a.m. the next day! He even re-washed some things due to a large of amount of pet hair on them, without charging any extra. All the clothes were neatly folded or on hangers, and even grouped together by type. We just met with the guys from the company and first thing that came to mind was how refreshing it was to meet PROFESSIONAL people in the wash and fold industry. The guys were so great and even got our laundry back in the same day. AND they are competitively priced (if anything priced less than some of the these other places that charge more for an unprofessional attitude). Easy Wash And Fold is AMAZING, and their customer service is top notch!!! We had a terrible week that included a sick toddler followed by our washer leaking and flooding our apartment the next day. Our bathtub was filled with our soaking wet clothes. Our hampers were full to the brim, and I was having a small break down about how to handle it all. I contacted them at 2:30 in the morning thinking it was a long shot that I could have my laundry picked up later that day, but they got back to me a few hours later and said they would be by to pick it up! They gave me an initial 2-hour window, and texted again with a more exact time. The pick up guy was so nice and didn't mind waiting a few minutes for my husband to get back with trash bags to finish bagging the soaking laundry. They had it back to us all clean and folded the next morning! It was a godsend for a terrible week. I will definitely use them in the future, if only to treat myself next time, and give me a break from all of the laundry. ;) Worth every penny!! read more
