I've used this dry cleaners occasionally for the past 3-4 years. I've always liked their work, but…read moremy most recent experience left me a bit disappointed. I dropped off three pairs of jeans to be taken in at the waist since I've lost weight and wanted them to fit better. I also needed the legs shortened a bit, and one needed a pocket replaced. They quoted me a price of about $160 and I left. When I returned to pick them up a week later, they told me the price was about $30 more. They explained that one pair needed the crotch mended, and they also washed them. They had my phone number, but didn't call me to authorize the additional work! They just went ahead and performed it. I would have authorized the crotch repair, but I question the need to wash them, as I knew they had a policy that they'd only mend clean clothes, so I washed them first. I honestly wonder if it's even legal to perform unauthorized work and bill for it. I'm not going to file a claim with the appropriate government agency since it's only about $30, but it strikes me as a variant on "bait and switch". It's also worth pointing out that they don't take credit or debit cards. I'm unsure if they'll take checks, but I had planned to pay cash. I had enough to pay the original amount plus a bit more, but I was about $6 short. Perhaps they realized I was annoyed already, since they let the amount slide. I'll probably still use them since they're very convenient to my home, but I'm less enthusiastic than before.

Hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM Monday through Saturday. Sunday 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM machines take quarters and credit cards.

I went to their website, downloaded the app, and scheduled a pickup for the next day. I was meticulous and bagged my items by type (40 degrees, 30 degrees, and gentle cycle). I used trash bags and then weighed them. The driver called me the day of and gave me a window of time and came directly to my 8th floor apartment door with a giant, rolling bin to pickup my four bags. He is the hero of this story. When the cleaners had questions, he called me. Then we picked a time for him to drop-off based on my schedule. My clothes came back in clear, plastic bags all folded and yes, smelled clean. I could track everything in the app and the receipt was sent to me via email with the breakdown. My weight (of clothes) matched theirs and I was not surprised by the bill. Overall, I would do it again!

I purchased a bottle of softener and bleach from this business, neither was sealed. I smelled the bleach, it had a faint bleach smell. So I placed my finger in it, no tingle sensation, the texture of my skin did not change. I came back to my vehicle, dropped a little on an old black T-shirt,.. the color remained the same. After which I went back into the building and she was of no help. To me, the empty containers that were used by patrons, they are taking them out and reusing them, not only reusing them, they're stretching the products with water and reselling them. I didn't accuse the woman of this. But after she couldn't look me in my face, I told her I think you know exactly what I'm talking about here and if you guys are ripping people off, that's terrible. If you're purchasing anything from this business, check before use. They've lost a customer.
