I went to pick up my items the next day and despite it being quiet it took a while for anyone to notice me. I waved to someone and he immediately took a look at me and ran away. Someone else finally came up and took my ticket, judging by the quality of the afternoon shift, I decided to check my clothes before I walked out. My jacket and slacks were fine but there was a HUGE stain on the cuff of my sleeve, not just noticeable but almost comically large. I pointed it out to the older gentleman in glasses who brought me my clothes and all I got was a dead-eyed stare and then he left. Another staff member came by and I told him my problem and he said they could give it another attempt but no guarantees could be made. I picked it up the next day and the stain was still there but not as noticeable and I managed to hide it. What really gets me is the lack of service and courtesy here. The only upside is that I don't live here and I never have to go back again.

Mr. Kim is incredibly meticulous and detailed oriented. When altering skirts and dresses, he doesn't just shorten or lengthen them, he thoughtfully adjusts them with your body shape and fit in mind, which makes a huge difference. He clearly knows fabrics well and understands exactly how each material should be cleaned and handled. Although his English is not fluent, he is always friendly and professional and takes great care with everything--from everyday clothing to more delicate items.
