DeBary breakfast wrap is AMAZING! I dip it in their homemade ranch.

Good hometown vibes. Love the respect that is shown for our military. Menu is good and it's always busy every time my little family and I come in. We followed our server Tammie as she is the very best! I do love that when we sit down our drink order is immediately taken by whomever comes near our table.

New ownership so I thought I would give them another try. The positive: Best breakfast potatoes I've had in the state. Sliced red potatoes cooked with onions and SEASONING! Veggie omelet was heavy on the onion and peppers, spinach was minimal and mushrooms weren't to be seen. However the Swiss cheese was plentiful. The negative: Horrible service. Walked in and ignored. Didn't see a sign so asked if it was open seating. The response was "yeah". At the time only three other tables had customers so it wasn't busy. My empty coffee cup was refilled when my food arrived and never again. I had to ask for jelly for my toast as they don't keep it on the table and the server didn't bother to ask if I needed anything when she delivered my meal. My bill was dropped off without a word (and without a coffee refill) while I was still eating. Two different totals were on the check, cash was one price, credit the other. Restaurant was clean but due to the server I didn't feel welcome and won't bother to come back.

Best Breakfast! Service and Ambience was great. We had the chicken and biscuits with sausage gravy and hash browns, delicious! The cooks made a Mickey pancake which made for a very happy kid!

This is in a strip mall and could easily be missed. Lots of stuff to look at on the walls. Server was friendly and attentive. Large selection of breakfast options. My food was great and more than I could eat. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely go back next time I am in town.

Keto Bowl may not be put on this Yelp app yet, but I HIGHLY suggest getting it. It's both healthy AND delicious. The eggs were cooked "egg-zactly" how I wanted them to be & service from our waitress, Pam, was superb. It may have been too busy for her to be SUPER attentive, she still got our order 100% right, checked up on us while eating & was sincerely kind. WARNING: That slice of bread you see in that picture doesn't come with the Keto Bowl, it was given to me by my Dad before I took the picture. I swear, it was delish!!

Today my wife and I each had Cuban Sandwiches at the Debary Diner and the food was great. This was the first time in a few weeks we didn't have to wait 30-45 minutes to get A seat, I guess we got there at a perfect time. Will be back.

We always wanted to stop here. I had the Cuban eggs Benedict. It was Cuban bread with mojo pulled pork ham Swiss cheese. It was soooo good I would definitely go back to get this again. The corn beef hash though it was canned it was so crispy on the outside it was yummy! The pancake was so fluffy and large the size of the plates. The best was the hash browns where triangles shape and the best part was it had so much potato in the middle one of the best hash browns. I would recommend this place and love that it is family owned!

Packed as usual.. 5 min wait, service is quick, food is good.

The man replied and said, "I would love it" and he added that it was the very best steak he has had anywhere and wanted Angie and Rick to know this.

I went with yellow rice, red beans, and sweet plantains. My wife ordered the chicken combo with a side of yellow rice and yuca (her first time trying yuca!). The lady helping us (pretty sure it was the owner) was incredibly friendly and patient, guiding us through the menu like old friends. We paid, grabbed a table, and dug in. My wife took one bite of the rotisserie chicken and declared it the best she's had in ages--juicy, perfectly seasoned, and falling off the bone. No surprise there; we spotted those massive rotisserie ovens spinning away, so chicken is clearly their specialty! She then tried the yuca (boiled and crispy-edged, I assume) and loved it--said it was buttery and addictive. Her yellow rice had tasty chunks of different meats mixed in, and she couldn't stop raving about the flavor. I mixed my yellow rice (a different style from hers) with the red beans on the plate--pure comfort food heaven, rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. The sweet plantains? Outstanding. Caramelized just right, sweet but not overpowering, soft inside with that ideal crisp edge. Every bite was perfection. The place had a great vibe too--clean bathrooms, lively Spanish beats playing, and a casual, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We're already planning our next visit to try more dishes (that mofongo and rotisserie chicken platter are calling our names!). If you're craving authentic Puerto Rican BBQ and sides done right, Lelo's is a must-stop. Highly recommend--5 stars all the way!

This place is really classy and authentic and isn't your everyday ordinary Cuban restaurant. This place is great if you just want to grab a sandwich or you want to have a special date night and relax while enjoying a meal you won't forget. Tey have indoor and outdoor dining, and I noticed the tabletops are made from high end Quartz with gold metal flake and the decor and lighting sets the mood for an incredible dining experience. My first time here I ordered a Cuban sandwich meal, and it was absolutely the most incredibly delicious Cuban sandwich I have ever had anywhere and the service was top notch.

We had friends visiting and decided to come in on a Saturday evening without reservations. We were…read moretold there would be a short wait, which was completely fine, and we didn't mind spending about 20 minutes upstairs on the rooftop enjoying the DJ and atmosphere. Once seated, we were placed in the second dining room and ordered drinks, four appetizers, and our entrees. Unfortunately, from the start, the table was not properly set. We had no silverware, no napkins, no side plates for sharing appetizers, no coasters, and really no table settings at all. For a party ordering multiple appetizers and drinks, this immediately made service feel disorganized and inattentive. The issue became even worse when our entrees arrived and, almost immediately after, staff started stacking chairs around us at approximately 9:12 p.m. We had only been seated maybe 15-20 minutes earlier, so as a party of five on a Saturday night, we certainly did not expect the restaurant to begin visibly shutting down while we were just starting our meal. What made it even more frustrating was that these tables were already available when we first walked in, despite being told there would be a wait. Since we were entertaining guests, we thought this would be a great opportunity to show off the rooftop, which is such a great feature for a small town like DeLand and has so much potential. Instead, the experience became embarrassing and disappointing. Having staff stack chairs and place them on tabletops in the middle of our meal felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made us feel rushed out rather than welcomed. When we asked to speak with a manager, the response we received was that "the servers have to go home." That explanation was unacceptable. Paying customers should never be made to feel like an inconvenience, especially while actively dining. With my own background in restaurant service and management, I found both the handling of the situation and the manager's response to be extremely poor. As a DeLand local, this was especially disappointing because this restaurant has been making improvements and adding entertainment, which we were excited to support. Unfortunately, the poor service and lack of professionalism completely overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable night out.

Our drinks were served quickly-I got a glass of sangria which was crisp and light, not overly sweet. The food was freshly prepared and served hot. Everyone raved about their choices. I got the vegan enchiladas and my husband got the nachos. Both were delicious. The enchiladas were topped with fresh shredded cabbage and tomatoes which gave enchiladas a nice crunch in each bite. The nachos were light-not overly drenched in cheese or cheese sauce like you find in most pubs nowadays. You could taste the vegetables. The dining room is cozy with a good view of the street. What an incredible gem in Deland!…read more Parva is a delightful restaurant, bar, and bakery right on Woodland Blvd. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our time here. We arrived early for our reservation and grabbed seats at the bar. We were immediately greeted with a smile and extensive menus! This menu is so vast, it reminded me of the Cheesecake Factory in the best way. There is truly something for everyone here. Carnivores, vegetarians, vegans, you name it. I opted for the vegetarian "Vegetable Bowl" and my husband went for the fajitas after another guest recommended both items. The cilantro sauce and the caramelized plantains were my favorite part of the Vegetable bowl, and my husband loved every bite of his fajitas. Everything was hot, fresh, and it arrived quickly. There are a number of different dining areas here and we loved sitting in the back dining room in a comfy booth. Even though other diners were present, it felt like we had the place to ourselves because the tables are spaced far enough apart that there's plenty of personal space. No need to shout to hear your dining companions. All in all we loved Parva and look forward to coming back on our next trip to Deland.
