I visited here for the first time on a Friday evening. I came here because of the very strong reviews. Located inside of a commercial shopping strip. One of the appeals that drew me in is that they have evening appointments available. I booked mine for 8pm. The kind gentleman who checked me in said they have been open since March 2023. You can tell it's been newly opened, freshly designed, etc. I noticed that the door was actually locked before I walked in. She opened it from the desk. I like that they take safety and security seriously for evening hour appointments, this is another plus. I used ClassPass (IYKYK), so booking was easy and pretty smooth for the combo 60 min massage. I arrived a bit early as I knew there would be paperwork, which there was. Soon after, we briefly discussed trouble spots. They asked if I wanted the Thai style of walking on the back. I did not feel this would be beneficial to what I needed, so I declined this. I requested a relaxation style and not the therapeutic. Service- I was brought to the room, and it was teeny. Tiny enough that I heard my massage therapist bump into the walls as she worked my body. Maybe they are trying to maximize space and create multiple rooms to be able to see more customers? I didn't mind, but I felt bad for my therapist. Micki (sp), my assigned therapist, was trying her best because of the many knots. The only downfall was that it was therapeutic and not relaxation like I wanted. I'm going to blame it on the fact that she felt she needed to work out all of the tension that she felt in my body and NOT that she refused me what I asked for. I will say I respect the fact that she gave me a full 60 min hands-on, as some places deduct getting undressed, consultation discussion, etc, from the hour. Hands down, the best massage I've ever had! I hold all my stress in my shoulders and neck with knots, on top of knots. My back, spine and lower back are always sore. I was in a state of shock and euphoria after this 60 minute massage. Afterward, I literally stumbled to the front desk struggling to stand. I felt like nerves were feeling and connecting for the first time in years. The massage was relaxing but worked on resolving the tension areas and included light stretching relevant to the complaint areas. I'll be booking another appointment this week. I heard great things about this massage place, and made an appointment for today via their website. I was very excited about trying it, but was very disappointed when I showed up and they did not have my reservation.... although I showed the gentleman at the counter the email confirming that I created my account when I clicked confirm. It even asked me for my credit card, which I provided. I have been in severe pain and was looking forward to this... but was extremely disappointed that they apparently do not keep their website updated, which is an obvious issue for a new customer booking through their portal. Although online it showed multiple appointments available within 15 minutes of each other... he claimed that there was no one available to take me and then I would have to wait for an hour for someone. I drove out of my way to go here, and I live in the suburbs....waiting around on pain was not an option. Further disappointing was the fact when I said that I would try and find another place close by, he did not show any goodwill at customer service. Although I heard wonderful things about this place, and as mentioned was very excited to try it, however, this experience left me with a bad impression in regard to customer experience. I made a appointment last week and was very excited to try a place close to home. When I got to my appointment, doors were locked and I had to wait outside for 3-4 mins before someone finally appeared to let me in. My service start was 15 mins late because someone wanted to add extra time to my given spot. When I finally was seen into my tiny room, no one talked to me or gave me direction. When my therapist arrived, she seemed very nice. The massage was not good, I kept thinking I was paying such a high price for this massage and the lady didn't even know how to massage. I was extremely disappointed with the service and especially the high price I had to pay for it. This place reminded me of the Asian foot massage places around houston, but with a hefty price tag, only difference is they are a bit more "prettier" at the front desk area and located in spring branch. read more

My massage started 15mins late because the lady at the front desk decided to take an over the phone appt for a huge party before setting me up in my room. The massage was just ok nothing special at all. The therapist was very sweet and kind but I can't believe I paid so much for what I received. Came down to Houston to visit some friends for the week and needed a massage badly after a long flight. This place looks fairly new with pretty interior, so I decided to give this spot a try. The staff was super nice upon entering and they had a walk-in time available for me. The person who massaged me was really professional, attentive and went deep in my muscles.
