Had a very outrageous customer service with one of the employees on the Katella & Euclid branch. Her name is Pat rice. She was so rude, and very unprofessional. I still cannot believe that someone Can be that offensive to a client. I was making 3 different purchases for my guests so I asked her if she could put the receipts in the various bags as she was charging. After the 1st charge she rudely handed me the receipt and my change and she told "DO IT YOURSELF AM GIVING YOU CHANGE BACK ANYWAY." I was baffled and I put the receipt in the bag. I asked her could you please put the other receipts in the bag? She rudely responded "I DON'T HAVE FIVE HANDS TO SERVE YOU." I told her you are so rude. She responded you think am rude because I will not put your receipts in the bag? I told her not just that, the way you communicate is so rude.She responded, I don't get paid enough to put receipts in the bag. I told her I would like to talk to the store Manager. She rudely responded she is right there and by the way my name is Pat rice. She then went ahead and started conversing with her manager is Spanish. I then realized I can't even complain to the manager, I don't even know what they are conversing about since they were conversing in Spanish. I went to the manager and asked her who else can I complain to about Pat rice? She told me to call 1800ROSS. I will definetely be doing that. This place has great prices but the employees make shopping there a bad experience. I like shopping around the last hour before they close, less people at that time, but the employees keep hounding you that they are gonna close soon. Beyond that they keep announcing how many mins left to close but it's wrong. They are trying to get people out of the store quicker by telling them they close in 10 mins but they really close in 20 mins. They lie to customers !!! That is really bad business! !! read more

I love the clothes here and the prices, but as stated in other reviews I came here on Sunday evening at 8PM and they announced they were closing in 15 minutes when clearly they close at 8:30 and NOT 8:15PM. I asked the lady about it and the security guard just mumbled an answer and I said that is not a valid statement to tell me for whatever he said. I emailed their corporate so hopefully they talked to the manager about this and I actually may go back to talk tocthe manager because that is not right that they do that. read more

DD's has very low prices. I understand the quality of the items reflects the prices. Some of the stuff don't work so I returned it. But as of June 2018 you can't return only exchange or store credit, even with a receipt. Very disappointed. The store is always duty, clothes always on the floor, and it has a smell. read more

It was a horrible experience my first and last time going..DO NOT RECOMMEND. They didn't greet or smile. 2 employees who where having a conversation used the word fuck several times.I had my toddler wanted to get him cloths we went to try some suits on and as soon as we came out of the dressing room they approach me as if i was trying to steal something honestly I felt embarrassed for a moment i didn't know what was going on my husband saw everything but never though yhey where after me.We left our cart fool of things that we got for wedding and just walk out..these people should be ashame or they should be properly trained ...i will make sure none of my friends ever go there it also stinks and the dressing rooms where dirty. This place is hit or miss. Awesome or weak. It honestly is a roll of dice. They are always good for some socks, boxer briefs, aframes basics. T he people that work there the one on magnolia and ball are super nice , the manager always reconize me when I come in , great customer service. This store is similar to Ross, Marshall's and TJ Maxx, but WAAAAAY CHEAPER! and they carry most of the items those other stores carry. It's a lot cleaner, a lot more organized, and their employee staff is very friendly. You can find a more variety of items here. read more

Similar to Marshalls and Ross. Been there once during the week the clothes is super cute and cheaper than Marshalls a lot of styles. Store is kind of messy with clothes scattered on the floor. Make sure to check the products because some might be damaged. Other than being messy, its good and have cheap prices. Will go back again. read more

The deals are fantastic. I fully outfitted my kid for this years' school year for about $80. That being said, our good experience ended at the checkout. An employee named Johnson was asking each customer for a donation. If they donated he made an announcement to the whole store. Unfortunately I found out what happens if they don't donate. I donate to various charities that I connect with, so I don't typically make in-store donations. When I turned him down he asked me if I was sure I didn't want to have my name announced. I told him I was sure, but he persisted and asked me another 9 times if I would please donate even a quarter. It became obvious that he makes a bonus based on donations, which made me even more determined not to donate. I finally told him if he asked again I was going to need to speak to his manager. He said "ok, I'll stop." Then took my money and asked me again when he gave me my change and AGAIN while I was walking out the door! This was my first time at this location and I was excited because it's so big! Sadly, though, Johnson ruined my experience and I won't likely be back. read more

Not only because it has a lot of inventory (I say I'm just going to buy a shirt and walk out with way more stuff), but because the employees are really nice.
