When it arrived I noticed I was charged $19.99/gal. I called in and talk to the manager. He said there is absolutely no way they can price match for this amount. I mentioned online at this very 2nd that store had the same product listed on sale for $14.99/gal. He acknowledged that it was on sale, and still refused to adjust the pricing for my business. So even though I may spend thousands of dollars each month with them, would he saying is he is willing to sell cheaper to someone off the street than to a business that provides them regular business. So what is the reason for having a business account set up with him anyway?!? This store is a joke. :-(

Most recently, I ordered two OEM liftgate supports for my vehicle, and they arrived very quickly. When I went to pick them up, I asked the associate, Daniel G., how to install them. He explained that it was very simple and only required a flathead screwdriver to remove the old ones and snap the new ones into place. He even offered to install them for me, and it literally took about five minutes. My auto repair shop had told me it would take 30 minutes and cost $45, so I was really grateful for the help. Another time I came in with what I thought was an alternator or starter issue after receiving incorrect information from an auto repair shop nearby. Daniel let me know they had an OBD2 scanner available and helped check the codes on my car. The scan showed a battery code and not a starter code/ issue, which helped point me in the right direction. He also recommended that I purchase a good OBD2 scanner for future diagnostics and even told me where I could find one, even though they didn't have one available for sale. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency. Great service, knowledgeable staff, quality parts, and fair prices. Thank you, Daniel G.!
