Let me start off by saying this store is absolutely stunning!! Organized to say the least. Every piece is unique. I recently started drinking water out of copper, found the perfect piece for it. The owners are beyond kind, helpful and a good time to be around. They literally have anything and everything. You name it and they have it in copper. Prices are great! Perfect place to shop for gifts. To top it off this is a family owned and operated business. Their family has been in the copper business for 150 years, definitely says something about the quality. Long over due review as they have been here for 6 years, this month!

This place is truly a gem. One of those experiences you have that feels straight out of a book. Plus you would be supporting a family owned business. Bonus points if you meet their dog!

Not only gorgeous copper, but some superb ceramic sculptures that are only on display around Halloween for Day of the Dead. Really exquisite workmanship. We also enjoyed talking with Andrea the business owner (and one of the artists!) about how the copper is worked and how the ceramics are made. We got a sense of the deep artisanal expertise that comes from a multi-generational endeavor like this.

Amazing pieces! This is a family owned shop that has been making things in copper for 150 years!!! is that rad or what!? I've come here to buy unique great quality presents for friends and family....and ofcourse myself. Wearing Copper is sooo good for your body. While xmas shoppingI picked up this rad bangle...check them out...super nice people and also help support local small businesses.

If you're visiting Valencia Street then you need to stop by this cute specialty shop. You will find beautiful handmade copper items. You can even order custom made plaques. Ask for Don Antonio, he will answer any questions you may. Super nice gentleman.

And charged for the more expensive shark tooth when we bought the cheaper one. They don't have barcodes or SKU numbers. So it seems the employees are just guessing what the products are. Super cool store love it here But, my boyfriend and I were on a trip last week. Came for the first time and bought a bunch of stuff. They do not have Barcodes on the items, which is fine but if you're going to do that, make sure your employees know what is what. A easy mistake to make I'm sure, but they should probably fix there system style so mistakes like this are not easy to make. Sadly we didn't notice till we were already on our way home the next day, so there's not much we can do about it. Again all these could be fixed if they had barcodes or sku numbers. Other than that a super cool store, employees were friendly. But wish we were not overcharged for a cheaper item, and charged for something we did NOT get. Wish we could have got our money back but we don't live in San Fran.

Just around the corner in the same building as Tartine Manufactory is Heath Ceramics, located in the chic former industrial district called Potrero Hill. Stroll inside and you will find rows and rows of simple sturdy dinnerware that is thicker than most, and finished in a range of earthy subtle colors that can serve at a beautiful understated backdrop to the food that will be served upon it. Mind you, the prices aren't inexpensive here, but the quality is worth it, even for just a couple of pieces to cherish and take home. It's about $60/each for a dinner plate, with prices hovering around that for most pieces. Heath also makes a range of wall tiles, and their manufacturing facility dominated by a pair of massive kilns is just behind the glass windows. Be sure to check out the simple display area at the entrance that details the history of Heath Ceramics, with a newsstand next door too, also run by Heath Ceramics! A bit of a non-sequitur there, but cool to see also!

This is probably the most beautiful store I've ever visited. Every single tile, vase, cup, glass, bowl, etc. I saw was beyond stunning. The variety of colors and textures in this store were incredible. What's more, every piece seemed sturdily made. This store does fall on the pricier end, so be prepared to spend a pretty penny on your dream set. I really appreciated the store creating mock ups of color combinations for a bathroom, kitchen, or dining table. I was definitely daydreaming about future kitchen sets after seeing these examples. I'll be coming back in the future to invest in some beautiful glassware and ceramics. What a gorgeous store full of remarkable pieces!

I totally understand the return policy and the fact that they don't want you taking photos so you can find it cheaper elsewhere. Are the things more expensive than Amazon? Of course! But they have put in the effort of having a charming store where I can find all kinds of great gifts, so I am happy to pay up. I don't always know what I want to buy for someone until I see it, and I really appreciate the ability to browse in person. Our son always buys gifts here for his host families when he travels, and we take all of our SF visitors here too and they always find something great. They have such an eclectic and fun inventory!

When we went back the following day, the woman who claimed to be the owner pointed to an outdated, handwritten "HOLIDAY POLICY 2024". I told her that shouldn't apply to this purchase and it's disgraceful to be charging 4X the price and not be willing to refund. I was told that's the price you pay for being able to "touch the items" vs online purchases and she refused to budge on the store credit. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Located in the legendary Mission District of San Francisco, this wine bar is a great spot to catch up with friends and enjoy small bites and yummy crafted cocktails. Their decor is very chic and I especially loved all of the hardware, glasses, tables, and benches. This place was styled by a great design artist. Even though the place was pretty packed and can be kind of noisy, I still felt very calm amongst all the healthy plants and loved the sophisticated 70s inspired glassware. Another great feature of this place is that you can buy most of the plants because they have some for sale so after a couple of cocktails, I was ready to redecorate my whole house with all the plants. I ordered a yummy Rose blend that was super crisp. Also enjoyed the Truffle Fungi! A delicious Shiitake and oyster mushrooms with parmesan and arugula on toasted bread. Their Spanish inspired potatoes were delicious with their dipping sauce. They have lots of gatherings there and DJ sets on the weekends. Lastly, a photographer would die to take pictures here. There is no bad shot as the design artist made sure every section of this cute wine bar was picture perfect. Loved all my photos and videos. I look forward to returning to this exquisite wine bar!

The tables are bigger up there too. The rooftop was closed off but I'd like to check it out sometime.
