Dave is a fine electrician, but unreliable and has been a no-show at 2 of 3 jobs. I absolutely cannot recommend him. He installed a bathroom fan for me. That went well. For some reason I gave him one more shot on a new job -- and today after confirming several times, he was a no-show after I waited all day. My home warranty company assigned DC electric to fix my electrical issues. First of all, I did not receive a call as mentioned by my home warranty. I decided to contact them and the gentleman 'Dave' answered and set up the next day appointment. The electrician never showed up nor have the respect to call. We had a terrible power surge in our neighborhood that fried several appliances within our home. In order to submit a claim to Dominion Power, we had to have a certified electrician out to our home to inspect the damages. Dave was referred to us by our general contractor and while he was in our home, he installed a whole-house surge protector and gave us a quote for what it would cost to repair the damaged items. He was so knowledgable regarding the claims process and really helped us with what we needed to receive the maximum amount to cover our expenses. After we received our payment from Dominion, Dave came back out to repair and replace the damaged items. He also installed some additional power outlets and kindly showed me how to replace the bulbs on my stove. We recently had him out after some package thefts from our porch to install a floodlight and a Ring Floodlight with a camera. This time, he brought out two of his crew members who were also excellent to assist. He is extremely professional, personable, trustworthy and does quality work!
