Absolutely LIFE SAVERS ... I would give more than 5 stars if I could…read more I had lost my prior tech and decided on Rob and Dave, to whom I since have taken two PCs, the first that really needed no more than a routine go-through, which went well, and then I took the second PC in, very happy. I won't go into details but twice Rob worked with me remotely to fix problems - the second time being a HUGE and absolutely critical crisis for my business records. He was incredibly patient and we finally got things corrected. I truly appreciate his working remotely because I can sit right there in my home instead of leaving the PC in the shop; meaning we know if the fix will actually work for me (and I hope saves him some guesswork). SO VERY PLEASED, I'm sold, I hope Rob and Dave will be available for me from now on.

My company was provided a free print audit, which uncovered an opportunity for us to save over 52% per month! The NATIONAL staff took me through every step of their consolation plan and came up with an incredible strategy in reducing my companies costs & improving the workflow in the office. The customer service is incredible and our equipment service is the best we have ever had. NATIONAL has the ability to remotely diagnose and correct service issues when needed. When our technician is on site he is here the same day and always with in 1-2 hours. We have never waited for parts and our equipment is ALWAYS fixed on the first call. I highly recommend NATIONAL Business Technologies to any company or organization, you won't be disappointed.
