We were also recommended to having the roof soft washed. At first, my husband wasn't very interested in the soft wash idea. That changed after he saw them cleaning one of our neighbor's roofs and how great it looked! I honestly didn't realize just how filthy our roof was. We've lived here for two years, and my husband said it looked like the roof had never been cleaned. I was able to convince him to go ahead with the soft wash, and we are so happy with the results! The difference is amazing. The poor guy spent 4-5 hours washing the roof, while also cleaning all the gunk that came off onto the house and yard. After the washing was done, the repair crew came out and took care of the roof repair. We're very happy with the end result and so glad we gave the house a shower! It made such a difference, and our roof looks so much better now.

My roof was filled with moss. I looked through Yelp to see which roofing companies offer moss…read moreremoval service and stumbled on Triple R Roofing. I called to get an estimate and was assisted by Alejandro. He scheduled a date that worked best for me to come out for an estimate. On the day of the appointment, Alejandro kept me informed on when he was arriving. Once he arrived, he asked all the questions and started the necessary inspections. He inspected every inch of the roof and even used a drone to help. He itemized everything that needed to be addressed and broke them down into sections with estimates listed next to them. Based on the inspections, he identified there was moss present that needed removal, few shingles were damanged, gutters were detached, etc. He took many before photos of what he identified that needed to be addressed. He went through each item with me very thoroughly. I decided to hire them on the spot. He said his crew can come out the next day. They require a 10% deposit. On the day of the project, his crew showed up promptly. They got straight to work. The project took around 4.5 hours long to finish. After they were done, they sent me the after photos with the invoice. The roof looks brand new after the cleaning. I am so glad I found them on Yelp. They are easy to work with and professional in all areas. I will highly recommend them to family and friends.

I highly suggested adding it on. Once everything dried, there is no chemical or mold/must smell. Everything is truly, wonderfully clean. It's easy to tell from the initial use of a drone to inspect the roof, the team arriving early, the quick communication, and the outcome exceeding our expectations, this company and team value the quality of their work. We wish we had done this sooner. Huge thank you to the crew who came out! We love the results. It was worth every penny.

I actually messed up - I thought I had enough shingles on hand, but I didn't. Henry simply said, "no worries" and ran off to get some. When he finished, he asked for less than his estimate (which I refused. A deal's a deal and he deserved the full amount). I recommend Gómez Diaz Roofing with no hesitation. They also had no clue how to install a drip edge, drilling through the side of MY GUTTER AND FASCIA rather than nailing from the top. It's like they just picked up some random guys from Home Depot parking lot rather than using experienced gutter installers. They basically installed a colander instead of a gutter. It was so bad I had to get a lawyer and have them take down their work and find a new gutter installer. The gutter installers who came to bid (before the messed up install was removed) were gobsmacked how bad the work was, and one said it was the worst install he had ever seen and asked to take photos to show his potential customers how bad some other local contractors are. FOR REAL. I worked in both residential and commercial construction admin for almost a decade in the past and Lluvia's didn't even know the basics for best practices for installing either drip edge or gutters. I don't know how these folks have a license. The only reason I used them was because they were recommended by the manufacturer. I'm assuming they paid for that referral, or else have a friend that works there. I question the validity of their good reviews. Probably friends or family, or people who have no clue how gutters should be installed. Avoid at all costs.
