Look no further, you just found the people you are looking for!!…read more A Very professional , friendly, and know what they are doing. The quality of work, we were super impress. I do ALOT of research before I do certain things, and even more so on this big of a project affecting our home. .. ok, ok, I do research pretty much anything and everything, food, entertainment, travel, etc... lol Anyways, so I did my research on "Davis Roofing", and met with 5 other roofing companies, so ya not only did i pick well rated roofing companies 4 and up, i called them, and got quotes from 5 companies. The first guy gave us a great $ Price $ quote, sadly he was not insured (um, huge red flag to me, anything to happen we would be at fault, or a grey area, and I dont need to deal with a grey area , someone getting hurt, and or lawsuits if it came to it. The other guys $ price $ ranged was close , just a few thousand dollars apart ish. But a few thousand is a few thousand, We are a budget family, only have one provider, my wife, I am on full Disability, so I try to help her with any thing I can, sometimes it hard due to my chronic pain, really takes it out of it, but she is Amazing.. ANYWAYS, back to this ROOF. lol "Davis Roofing", It came down to what ive researched , I narrowed it to 2 companies, "Davis Roofing" . I am very grateful that they took those massive boards/beams out, since they were really warp, so they replaced them, looks great like nothing happened or wasnt repaired. No charge , it was in our quote , so Im guessing they do that for all there customers, and part of there bussiness model , which is awsome and doesnt throw a wrench into the operation of the roof, and extra fees that is already expsive enough, lol... They really want to earn your business. And trust me they go the extra Mile for you. I could go on about there company and met with the owner, nice guy.. If this review or any have helped you, tell them YELP sent you... they will really appreciate it.. The pic with the gap in the boards , was the boards that were warped really bad, there is another pic in there thats an after photo... with painted siding...

Henry was available within 24 hours so we made an appointment. He arrived when he promised and did a great job. It was obvious from the minute he showed up that he had the equipment, the skills and just a great demeanor; really nice guy. I actually messed up - I thought I had enough shingles on hand, but I didn't. Henry simply said, "no worries" and ran off to get some. When he finished, he asked for less than his estimate (which I refused. A deal's a deal and he deserved the full amount). I recommend Gómez Diaz Roofing with no hesitation. Next time I need work done, Henry will be my first and only call.

Jesse's trained eyes noticed that my roof was missing a number of 2x4 outriggers that caused a slight roof sag. I've owned the property for over 6 years and never noticed. The estimate was very reasonable and competitive, however, my decision to hire Ramirez Roofing was definitely based on his PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEGE, DETAILED ANAYLIS and EXPERIENCE. You don't want to go wrong with your structural foundation that is above your head and after the job, you would never have known they were there even there. The FOLLOW-UP after the job was reassuring that they cared about their workmanship. The entire staff and crew were very professional throughout the process.

I've hired Eric for general roof maintenance and minor repairs on two of my roofs before. The work…read morewent okay, but I noticed a pattern: he gives a price range upfront and then always charges the highest end of that range. Because I'm short on time and finding reliable vendors is a hassle, I called him again when I needed roof work on a third rental property. Communication over the phone was so so. He often talks to other people while on a client call or interrupts a call if someone else is calling him. It felt rude and, most importantly, like my time wasn't being respected. What really prompted me to write this review is his comment that he won't leave his driveway without a $100 service call. I already agreed to pay $395 for a full roof maintenance service, which should include inspecting the roof for any issues. Asking for an additional fee on top of that feels like he's trying to take advantage. Proper maintenance work should uncover problems without a separate service call charge. Overall, I wouldn't recommend him if you value honesty, transparency, and respect for your time.

He carefully reviewed pictures and videos I sent, asked thoughtful questions, and walked me through what he thought might be going on. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, generous with his time, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. It's rare to find someone this helpful when there's no immediate upside for them. A true roofing professional. And I'm sure his workmanship reflects this. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you Eric!
