Had then install some rain gutters. After agreeing to their estimate I was able to choose the colors, came out two weeks later with a trailer that makes and cuts everything. Everything looked great except the flow of water was going the wrong way and one was dripping at the connection after the first rain. Called then about the issue and they came out a week later and fixed it. Would of given them 5 stars if not for the slope issue, but everything looked good and very professional and I would recommend them to others read more

Three years ago we called Davis Roofing Group to give us a bid for some dry-rot on our roof. They were the best bid but more than that, I felt Mike (the owner) was honest and professional. This is one top-notch company! We recently had a couple of roof leaks. I called and set up an appointment with Brittany. She was pleasant, very helpful, and able to get a technician out the next day. Travis contacted me 15 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and fixed it with no charge! After the crazy rain storms we just had, we noticed that we still had a leak in one location. After another call to Brittany, Michael came out the next day, again, contacting me 15 minutes before his arrival, and discovered the leak was coming from an elbow joint in one of the pipes in the attic. Michael gave me a referral to an HVAC company and again there was no charge for his service call! We were so impressed with the service from Davis Roofing that we also had them do some dry rot repairs to our porch cover. The crew that did the work was friendly, prompt, and did a great job. In this day and age, it is very hard to find a reputable company that truly cares about their customers and who goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Great company! I had a leak in the garage and had a two companies come out. First one did a full comprehensive and was quoted 3x the amount Davis did. Davis came out and did a free estimate (they also do a paid one for real-estate transactions). As they were working on my roof, they discovered dry rot... They told me and offered to fix it for free! There was just a small section so don't think this is super comment. Overall, the service was great. Timing was great. People were great. I had the work done in March and writing this in October. The Davis Roofing Group replaced our gutters. They gave us a straightforward estimate and of the five competitors we talked to, Davis Roofing Group was the only one to give a simple, direct estimate. The rest hedged and left it wide open to increase the price. No one likes that. The Davis Roofing Group guys were on time and they did great work! Michael Davis came out to give me an estimate to replace shingles that blew off during the recent storms. I got those replaced and also got the gutters cleaned by Randy who did a great job. Both explained to me what to look for on the roof and didn't give me the "pressure buy" but instead told me to be proactive which I will. What I hate about the roof I have is the granules that come off in the rain and fall on my cement. I'm sure in a few years I will need a new roof (which also was explained when I bought my home about six months ago). This company is awesome. I contacted Mike and was stressed because I thought I may have had a roof issue or leak. Mike came out first thing the next morning and inspected my roof (even in a storm) and said he did not see any issues with my roof. Guess the 15 minute free inspection was subpar. Davis Roofing Group sent out an estimator to diagnose our problem of missing tiles from our Spanish roof. They provided a reasonable estimate to fix and replace, but then it took 10+ days to secure the tiles and get a work crew out here. I had to track them down by phone when they didn't show up twice because "the tiles hadn't come in". Service work was good, but they need to maintain better communication with the client. read more

I have called several roofers over the past year to repair some tiles as well as some dry rot. IF I even received a call back or an actual appointment. Bought a house and had a roof inspection done by another company, was told it would need $1800 worth of repairs. Called Davis roofing to come and check it out for us and give us a second opinion. Michael (who is also the owner) came and once he went over the previous company's inspection report and checked out the roof himself he then had my husband come up on the roof with him. He showed my husband all the different areas that needed to be fixed and because they were very simple things that my husband was able to do on his own Michael explained how to fix them. I don't know if this is the norm and every situation is different so I wouldn't expect Michael to do this all the time but he even gave my husband nails and caulking to fix most of the issues himself.
