This is my first time coming here and my last. They reused everything. I asked them to use the new file on me and the owner said that it's new. But clearly there was still polished on that file. Horrible customer service and sanitary. read more

I have been a frequent patron of Davinci Nails for years, as their service was superior to competition in the area. However in recent years the customer service and quality of nail service have deteriorated drastically. My visit on August 7th, 2018 was my last visit after being spoken rudely to, argued with and not being appreciated. I asked for a fill in with gel polish and indicated that dip powder was on my nails currently. The male working informed me that they could not fill in my nails with dip powder with Gel and that I would require a new set of acrylic tips, which I approved. As he was trimming my nails he clipped my skin, which hurt. After abruptly pulling my hand back from the pain and explaining to him that he had clipped my skin he quicker said, "no, I didn't it's because of....." (I'm not sure what he said the reason was because he mumbled). Though I know what I felt, it hurt and as the customer he should have apologized because it obviously caused pain. He immediately became angry for the remaining time I was there. I guess because in his mind, I called him out. But who wouldn't have?! While applying the new acrylic tips he asked how short I wanted them and I followed up with "um go ahead and cut them a little bit and we will go from there." Again, he said " how short do you want them? You have to tell me." I'm thanks, I did. Again, I stated "go ahead and cut them a little bit and we can keep cutting until I determine the length." Apparently, my answer wasn't good enough I don't know. Once the tips were shortened finally to my desired length I noticed that one of the tips was crooked so I told him. He quickly said "no, it's not. I'm not finished." He did not fix the crooked tip and it still looks crooked. He filed the top of my nails so hard that my nails were sore for few days. After the gel application he filed my nails so much that the gel application on the sides and tips of my nails become thin and translucent. It hasn't been one week since my service was completed and the gel is already coming off of my nails. At the end of the service he didn't inform me that we were done, as I thought I would receive a short hand massage with lotion after paying over $40 but that did not happen. I paid and asked for change so that I could leave a small tip but nobody would answer me! I left without tipping because I'm not going to repeatedly ask for change to break my bills after receiving such poor service. I used to love visiting this salon. They used to be professional, friendly and offer amazing service. I'm not sure why it changed but I would recommend located a private salon versus a walk-in salon! The prices might be higher but it would be worth it! Sincerely, A very unhappy customer read more

Made an appointment for pedicure at 3pm on Saturday. Placed was packed but they immediately had us pick our polish and head back to the chairs. Pedicure was excellent. Polish still looks great a week later. Love this place. read more

A+++ my new spot. I closed my cabinet door this morning and hit my nail. I was so upset with my self because I had just got them done the day before. I went In to get it fixed and the lady that helped me made it look as it had never happened. When it came time to pay she told me that it was okay accidents happen. We need more understanding people like this in the world.. Thanks everyone from Da Vinci Nails you guys made my morning! read more

Have been a customer for years. Love the customer service and attention to details. Mitchell is a fantastic nail tech that I would highly recommend to anyone. I personally like the same person working on my nails every other week when I'm in and he takes great pride in ensuring my nails and toes look and feel incredible! read more

Nice salon, however, the woman doing my pedicure was too busy looking all around her instead of focusing on my feet. She cut two of my toes with her electric nail buffer. Ouch!! read more

Service stinks!!! Even when you make an appointment they make you wait. I stopped going there over a year ago and will never go back!!!

Been coming here for a year now. Michell is the best. He is very detailed and does things no other nail tech ever has like grinding under my nail to thin it and remove the dirt. Highly recommend salon. Everyone is very nice and they are always busy, so you might want to make an appt if you're in a hurry. read more

My teenaged granddaughter's birthday wish was to get her first set of nails done. With the stamp of approval from her parents we decided on Davinci Nails as recommended by a dear friend. We were blown away by the all around excellent service. The sweet and courteous staff took their time to explain everything. We left happy and can't wait to return. Thank you, Davinci Nails! read more

Been coming here for mani/pedi's for a year or so now. Friendly staff, great work - my pedi's usually last 3-4 weeks. A bit pricey, but generally worth it. This place an get crowded on weekends, but on weekdays it's an ideal spot to relax. And the massage chairs are the BEST!! read more

Recently moved to the area and was trying to find a new nail salon. I had went to my previous nail salon religiously for 8 years so I would have been a good customer. I went twice and it's a big place, several mani chairs and even more pedi chairs. It a pretty place, staff is ok, nothing special. They definitely are TRYING to be a higher end salon. Each time I was there there seemed to be a very unhappy customer. I figured "it happens". Should have listened. First, I do powder acrylic and they act like that's so crazy! The last time I went, (and it will be the last time) I went with a friend. It was on a Sunday so I knew it would be busier. My friend wanted a pedicure and was sent back to her chair immediately. I was told it would only be a few minutes. Now, I don't mind waiting a bit. What I do mind is in the HOUR I waited 12 people who came in AFTER me got sent back and most were finished before I even got started. Any other time I would have just left, but my friend was getting hers done and I was waiting for her anyway.. Now, granted I'm not very assertive but I did ask 3 times, " how much longer do you think it would be?" The man, who I believe is the owner, kept saying "just a few minutes. I'm going to do yours." Really? I don't care who does it! Why can't one of the other 8 women who work there and were helping all the people who came in after me do it?!? I was finally called back and as soon as he had taken my old nails off my friend was done. I practically had to beg him to take them off cause I'd had them filled 3 times already. He just wanted to file them down again. When he was taking my artificial nails off, he was so rough he ripped one of my nails off so hard he took part of my real nail off and then he couldn't get it to stop bleeding so he just put the artificial nail on top of it.. Really? I realize everybody has a bad day, and no place is perfect. But this place was nothing special to begin with. Also, to make me wait for an hour while sending other people back who came in after me and injuring me and then barely saying sorry!!? I don't think so... Good Luck! read more

The employees were super friendly and accommodating. They had a great nail selection and do a fantastic job with pedicures. I plan to go back again in a few weeks! read more

I was so disappointed in this place. The facility is absolutely beautiful. But what is has in its structure it lacks in its delivery. I purchased the deluxe pedicure. It features a massage a sugar scrub and a paraffin wax for your feet. Seriously the scrub was like a teaspoon of scrub. They may as well not have done it at all. If you're going to do the scrub then put enough on to exfoliate! Second the massage. It was not a massage at all. It was like someone putting some lotion on your legs. No massage at all. The paraffin dip was very lack luster as well. There was barely any wax in the bag at all. The place I have gone to in noblesville uses plenty of scrub. They truly massage your legs. And the paraffin dip is definitely a dip. Not a splash like it was at Da Vinci. Also I asked for the water to be warmer three times. It barely was warm. It was not a deluxe pedicure at all and I definitely would not be fooled by the beautiful atmosphere. I was so disappointed as it is close by and would have been nice had it been an awesome experience. I need to add....I was side by side with my friend and she got the same treatment as I. Sadly I will not be going back... what a shame such a beautiful place had such terrible service. read more

I've gone to this nail salon for pedicures a few times now and initially I was happy but I realized something after my visit yesterday that is resulting in me giving this one star review and never returning. THEY DONT CLEAN THE BASINS OR TOOLS BETWEEN CUSTOMERS!!!! Yesterday I was there and they were kinda busy and I noticed the person next to me got up and they had the next person come sit and start filling up the water without wiping out or disinfecting the bowl at all, and they don't use liners. I watched as they did this for several more customers. And then to my horror, I realized that after they rinsed the tools they used to scrape someone's feet, they placed them back in their kit and pulled them back out for the next person. Not disinfected and definitely not being sterilized. Gross. Will never be back. read more

Exploring new nail places as I am new to the Geist area. So far, Davinchi is the only nail place that offers a unique customer experience compared to other comparable nail places. They offer beverages, provide relaxing ambiance and are very clean. Iva meticulously did my gel mani and pedi. It's been 10 days since my last visit and my nails look great! I hope they add "dipped nails" soon. read more

This place is amazing. Always. Trang is excellent but I have never had a bad gel manicure from this place. The gel manicures always last at least two weeks despite me having an active lifestyle that includes swimming, hiking, painting, and teaching (seriously, expo markers used to be hard on my gel manicures before I started coming to da Vinci). Pricing is more than fair for what you get. Also, super great if you want to get a gift certificate for a friend if you want them to enjoy the amazing experience that is Da Vinci read more

My girlfriend and her sister went to this location and both got mani-pedis one with gel nails the other without and they got overcharged. Together originally 116 but when they split the charge between the two of them they racked up add ons making the new price total of 167 before tip. They will add charges for every little thing they do without telling you until the end of the service. Definitely won't return. read more

I have been living in the Keystone area for over a year, but STILL make the drive to DaVinci for all nail services. The salon is clean and exhibits a professional, relaxinng atmosphere. I made the mistake of compromising for 5 Star Nails in Fishers and just scheduled an appointment to have my nalis repaired less than a week after. 5 Star Nails is HORRIBLE, but I will save that for another review. The staff at DaVinci is incredibly nice and they really make their customers feel confortable. If I would have experienced the issues at DaVinci that I did at 5 Star... I am positive they would have been corrected. Go to DaVinci. You will NOT regret it! read more

I recently just moved to this side of town and I was recommended by a wonderful friend of mine. Needless to say, I was very impressed. I also went by the last review because the others weren't very well and she was right. Annie was wonderful. Andrew was polite. This has gone thru new ownership so please do not go by anything more than two months ago. They have completely revamped the whole salon and still have minor touches to complete. Annie was very attentive and The staff was very welcoming. I like to go to the same person and I am very glad I have found one. While sitting, there was a regular that had came all the way from Kokomo to see her. Interesting. Glad. Working in the industry myself I really liked that about her. People will drive far distances to see someone who is very good at what they do and enjoy there time while being there. She has one me over. No need to go anywhere else. I'm sold. #homeawayfromhome. #newmami read more

I used to love this but I've came two days in a row and I've been skipped over! Poor customer service if your black stay away sad read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Will never step foot in this place again. About a year ago I went in for a pedicure. The person that did it cut my cuticles too short and made me bleed leaving an open wound. The instruments used on me were clearly not sanitized. Right after this that toe that was cut got badly infected with cellulitis. I was told I was lucky not to lose my toe. Had to go through many toe nail removal procedures and rounds of antibiotics. Still dealing with it. I contracted MRSA here which has been reoccurring. The pain and medical expenses I have had and the fact a year later am still dealing with issues I would not trust them. read more

Been here many time - typically have had a great experience. This past weekend, I called to make an appointment for two pedicures. After confirming the appointment, I got a call back to push the appointment back later 15 minutes. Great! I appreciate the effort to reduce my wait time. After arriving at the salon at my appointment time, we checked in on the computer and then waited. And waited. And waited. After 30 minutes of waiting, we left. The salon was crowded, particularly by a gaggle of 10-year-olds there for a birthday party. I don't mind that, but I do mind the fact that my appointment was not honored by the salon. read more

Wow! I was beyond delighted by my last experience at Da Vinci Nails. I've been coming here for awhile, but this visit was definitely an improved experience. I got a gel mani/pedi and a brow wax. The gel polish job was perfection! I'm very picky with everything, so believe me when I say it was perf! My brows came out really good, too. The lady who did them arched them nicely and (most importantly) even. Towards the end of my pedi I found out the place is under new management. No wonder! I feel like I rediscovered a gold mine. I'll be coming back in a week and a half or so and bringing my sister. read more

First time visiting the nail salon. They had no running hot water, so the pedicure foot soaks were pretty much cold. (The tech told me that their hot water was out, so they were using tea kettles to attempt to compensate. I was not told this until after we had already started.) They re-use buffers/files, I didn't see the metal tools being opened from an autoclave pack (so assuming also not sterile). The "organic spa pedicure" was what other salons call a basic pedicure, only the scrub and lotion came out of a box. The woman doing my manicure did not wait for the light cycles to complete while applying the shellac and the polish is pooled up around my cuticles - I don't expect the polish to last long. We were charged $40 for a shellac manicure (different than what the website lists). I tried to ask about the pricing difference and was told that the deluxe manicure is $30 (website says $25) plus adding shellac was an extra $10. The polish on my toes doesn't actually come to the end of my toe nail, which is just... weird. We won't be going back. read more

This place is really adorable inside. They have 4 TVs always playing Friends reruns which is so relaxing. I have been going here for 3+ months for gel manicures and despite being so nice inside, my gel nails absolutely never make it longer than 6 days without chipping. The gel nails are applied so thick that they literally peel off like stickers after a week. I didn't realize this wasn't normal until talking to a friend who said her gel nails ALWAYS last at least two weeks at her nail salon! If you are going though, Annie is the sweetest and nicest nail tech ever. I've only gotten her twice and loved her those two times. All the other times, I get the same nail tech who is extremely rough and aggressive while doing my nails. She usually makes 2-3 fingers bleed and doesn't acknowledge it. Gel nails here are $30, and I always tip $10 and pay in cash when going, so I'm not stiffing anyone or doing anything that deserves bad service. This place is cute inside but if you're looking for nails that last, look somewhere else. Countless friends of mine have had the same experience here. read more

Went here and there was a major misunderstanding and I was unhappy with my nails and service. For starters while my gel nails were drying the woman was doing her own nails in front of me. Terrible. The guy who did my toes mangled them. Cut them so short, it's uncomfortable to walk and my toes are tender. Cut one toe nail to the side so part of my skin is exposed. Not to mention the burns on my feet from their scalding parafin dip. The guy spent more time turning around to watch the tv & talk to other techs doing nothing than actually looking at what he was doing. When it came time to dry, I had to wait because a 5 year old and her mother (who had not had a service) were sitting in both seats that had toe dryers. After 10 minutes of waiting, I said forget it. Then stood waiting to pay for another 5 minutes. When they finally noticed and rang me out, the guy who did my toes stood there and waited for me to fill out the tip portion of the receipt--so uncomfortable. Extremely unhappy. Definitely will NOT be back. read more

Mitchell was the best nail tech this place had and I was always happy with his services. He recently left and after just getting my gel nails done Monday I was already having chipping on Wednesday. First off, I will say that they did do a good, professional job with my acrylic nails. They look good, so that is a plus. It's very clearly a sanitary nail salon, so that is also a plus. Those are the only positives. Bottom line, when you pay for a non-necessity, especially a beauty-related one, you want to enjoy some of the experience and have the staff at least make an effort at service. The first time, the guy doing my nails all but ignored me. The second time when I went for a fill, the woman spent the ENTIRE 45 minutes I was in the chair talking to another nail tech behind her who didn't have any clients. She barely spoke two words to me, and acted as if I were an afterthought. I cannot imagine returning to a hair stylist who had ignored me for 45 mins; why is poor customer service not only tolerated but expected in nail salons?! It's bad enough to feel like you're in an assembly line, but at least techs could pretend to give a flip. I can say the woman last time left a few jagged spots and one crooked area that has annoyed me ever since. Maybe if she had paid less attention to her friend... I will be looking for a nail salon where customer service is paramount. (I was also uncomfortable that the techs were mocking an older woman next to me, based on how they were looking at her and one another. It was awkward at the very least.) read more

Okay, so I have always gone to this place religiously every 2 weeks. I got a bump on my finger after getting a full set of Acrylic nails on. Had them taken off not even a week after getting them on because the bump hurt so bad went to medcheck they told me it was from the nail salon. Went to the nail salon and told them, pretty much told me I was lying offered a $25 gift card even though I paid over $40 for the set. I just wanted a refund no could do. So I just left. Went to my actually care physician and they said it was a wart so I called the nail salon and told them that it was a wart and apologized for causing a seen and the owner (girl) can't remember name said she would take care of me the next time I came in. So about a month later I go in because my wart was completely removed and asked if she was still going to take care of me. Expecting the $25 like she gave me the last time. And was told no because it wasn't there fault. Even though she already said she was going too. I used to love this place then they changed owners and it has gone to crap. Needless to say, I need a new nail salon to go too. Any recommendations? I will tell all of my friends that have started going to this nail salon to quit because it is a crap show now. read more
