She helped find shoes for me to wear similar to what I wanted on the big day. She was so real, and honest and it was like having my friend with me giving me good opinions and feedback about the dresses. Even though it was busy, and I was by myself, she did an excellent job making me feel like the center of her attention. I ended up not getting my dress at David's, because I found one elsewhere, but if there would have been a similar style at David's in my price range, I would have bought it there and made sure to buy it from Alisha. I bought a dress here and the consultant was wonderful. I had my alterations done here and the hem was perfect, the bodice however was too loose and I was so disappointed. The customer service representative never contacted me as they said they would and I was so disappointed. The manager of the store, Betty, contacted me personally and she was just fantastic to work with. She was so understanding and apologetic. She refunded me the cost of taking out my dress as well as my wrist loop to help accommodate the mishap. She has completely changed my mind about DB and I appreciate her so much for handling my concerns and being willing to meet me half way to fix it. Thank you Betty!! read more

When I arrived at Davids Bridal the first time for my wedding dress they were so over busy it was crazy. The girl told me to come back in two hours. As I began to leave they found a girl to help me. I told her what I was looking for she sent me in the direction. I picked a dress and she put me in a room. When I came out in it she was sitting down and did not say anything. I was alone so I was really looking for someone to say yes or no. She had no opinion which left me feeling no so beautiful. Other women were being cooed over but I was left feeling weird. I ended up buying a dress but I felt the customer service I received was nothing of what I would have liked it to be. The second time was to buy 3 bridesmaid dresses. Again they were to busy for me. I came to this location on January 29th with a bridesmaids of mine to pick out the dresses for my girls. I found the perfect long plum satin strapless dress. Gillian was great, however, she failed to make sure we were trying on dresses that were even available. There were only 3sizes left in the dress (2,8,16). I was so bummed to find out that the dress I picked wasn't even available and never would be because it was being discontinued. HUGE WASTE OF TIME! So the following weekend, I had to start the process all over again with another one of my bridesmaids in another state. How does the saying go? Fool Me Once, Shame on You, Fool Me Twice, Shame on me? I decided I would once again try David's Bridal to see if maybe it was the store I went too. So I went trying to keep an open mind.Come with a list of dresses I wanted to try on that I had seen on the website. They only had like one or two out of like six I had wrote down. I was a little disappointed by this. So I went over how much I wanted to spend with the consultant and I said I did NOT want to see many dresses out of my price range. I also explained the style and length of the dress I wanted. She brings a couple to try on and I start trying them on. And I start noticing that she brought me a couple of them WAY out of my price range. I was very upset about this because I didn't want to fall in love with dress I didn't have the money for. I mean on her part its just good sales and I know some of her pay is commission. BUT STILL WTF. That is what happened . I found the one and realized HOLY CRAP BATMAN this is not close to my what I wanted to pay. And after I found the one it was hard to really go back and want to try on other dresses knowing that you found the one you really really wanted. The consultant talked to me about starting a David's Bridal credit card and explained how it work and things like that. So I left that day to think about it and consultant said she would hold it FOUR DAYS until I made up my mind. I made up my mind to open up a credit card at David's Bridal and I would pay half at the store. So I come today all excited to pick up my dress. I go up to the counter and told them that they had been holding a dress for me. In which they told me they only hold for a day. I panicked a little but they went to look anyways and found it. I told them I wanted to sign for this said credit card and I did all that stuff .. They failed to tell me that it would take like 10 to 11 days to get the card starts.. And I had no clue because I had never been interested in one because I am one not to spend money I don't have. Honestly I started crying because I had no clue what I was going to do. I was about to walk away and just say F it. When the gal who was nice but not helpful was like we can do layaway. Which wouldn't really work because my wedding is like in two months and F paying the interest on that. Finally I was like I will just take it out of my saving and get the dress. Well of course the price on the dress was more than my consultant had said even after tax..This pissed me off the most maybe. They didn't give me a nice dressing bag for my dress just gave me basic plastic bag over it.. I had just watched someone else walkout with their dress in nice bag. I'm like WHAT THE F ING HELL.. I JUST SPEND CLOSE TO A THOUSAND AND YOU CAN'T GIVE ME A NICE BAG TO PUT IT IN? Wow is it because its a short dress? F you. I was too upset and mad about everything that I wanted to get the f out of that place... Other things that made me pissy. I asked a lot of questions and a lot of them they were like I dont know. I'm like really you work here you should know or go ask someone that does.. Things like I told them what kind of veil I thinking about and I asked how long it would take to ship to me. And I don't know... WOW Why to lose business on a veil. The last time I was went like I said before.. They sized me wrong and I was almost in tears because everything they gave me to try on I felt like I was swimming in. I don't know what happened to this place. When I got my dress here 10 years ago it was great, but the change in management is evident. I brought a friend in last night to shop for her wedding and the attendants hardly helped. He had to dig through the racks and shoes on our own, despite making an appointment weeks ago and being the only ones in the store. They kept reiterating how expensive alterations could be like we couldn't afford it, making us feel like second class citizens. We had to keep asking for things over and over and they never brought them. They had no enthusiasm toward helping to create the Bride's vision. It was terrible. I was mortified . We were successful in finding the bridesmaids dresses on our first try and ordered them. We were happy with the dress selection. Davids told us the dresses came ordered to your size and would be delivered to each girls home. We placed the order and paid for The dresses. I came back a few days later for my bridal fitting and to order an additional bridesmaid dress. At that point I was told there was an additional $50.00 alterations charge on each dress and dresses were to be pick up at the store. I explained that was not our deal and the salesperson said I was confused. During my scheduled bride's appointment, the sales lady did not give me any attention and walked off several times. I was looking for dresses my self without any help.I was surprised I had to make an appointment when no one was helping me during my scheduled time. My opinion of David's Bridal is, The selection was good for the bridesmaids but not the Bride. The sales and management team really need to improve. read more

I just bought my wedding dress here and, while the experience is less personal than other dress stores I shopped at, I have to give a shout out to Caren. She deserves 5+ stars! She is one of the managers there and she totally took care of me. I had my heart set on a particular type of dress and she not only found one that was perfect among the clearance dresses, she went above and beyond to find one in my size in their system-- a feat, considering it was discontinued! She had it shipped in immediately and I was walking out with a dress that fit me perfectly only 3 weeks from my first appointment there. Yes it was the night of the Military ball and we had only 6 hours to get a dress, (my daughter was a fill in for a sick date of a Army friend from SFCC) and there was so many women in this store and someone took our name without telling us what for. We thought it would be a means to an end, but no. We looked around for a suitable dress for the occasion on our own and finally we asked a sales girl for help and that was an even worse idea the she didn't listen to what we were looking for. Found my dress here and it was perfect! Didn't find the problems with it until one hour before my wedding! Ugh! I tried on one of their shape wear things there (there's an official name but I don't remember what it is called, it starts with a 'b'), so after I tried the one on with all the dresses she went and got me a brand new one of the same size, we'll come to find out it was two sizes too small! And then I didn't want/need any alterations on my dress except wanted a wrist loop put on, we'll also come to find out that they altered it! A very dear friend of mine is getting married on June 14th, 2015. We had her dress-fitting and consultation at this David's Bridal location back on 03/26/15, with the mothers, bridesmaids, and bride present. All the bridesmaids were instructed to wear the same style/same color dress, and it was on the aforementioned day in March, that we all committed to our sizes. Extenuating circumstances made it so that I was unable to pick up my dress when the other girls did, so no one had any knowledge of a problem until this past Friday (June 5th, 2015). It came to my attention that the next size down had been delivered; I had tried on both the size delivered, and the next size up- deeming the larger dress the better fit for my bust. Frantically, I called this location explaining that the wedding was in a week and I absolutely needed the matching dress in the correct size, and to discover what my options were. From my limited understanding, I think MOST (not all) of the dresses in store are samples, so that style/size/color decisions can be made, and then ordered. Unfortunately, the size I ordered was NOT in store, but the next size up WAS, so I took it. I would rather have my dress slightly too big, than obviously too small (ew). Carley (and company) were VERY understanding. The employees I interacted with on this occasion did everything they possibly could to accommodate me, and with a smile on their face. Took my flower girl here on New Year's Day to pick out her dress. We had a great time and Carly (pretty sure that was her name) was very patient and accommodating. I will say though, I'm not certain I would recommend this store for bridal dress shopping. Just some personal aspect missing. Had a great experience. I didn't even have an appointment but they accommodated me twice in one day, even leaving my dressing room with my dresses in it so when I came back it was super easy for me to try on my dresses again. Alycia was fabulous, as was every other person there who did their best to make everything work for me even though I made their scheduling difficult. My dress is perfect and hundreds of dollars cheaper than anything I found at any of the boutique stores. i think that people who give this place poor reviews are expecting a boutique setting with the same time and type of attention, I think you have to understand that if you're paying less the service will not be able to be the same. On 10/14/18 my Bridal Party (4 Bridesmaids and Flower Girl) and I went to Davids with an appointment to find their dresses. The first associate who helped us was great- funny, helpful, etc, she made us feel valued. We got transferred to Emma who was in charge of Bridesmaids dresses and she had the opposite disposition. Her attitude was subpar, lacked engagement and we felt like she had no desire to help us. Her energy was low. When my Maid of Honor grabbed a Juniors dress (without directions on where in the store to look) she was told not to try it on because "we really don't want to risk her ripping it." My MOH is a size 6 and the dress was CLEARLY the right size for her, plus it was listed on the tag. We do know how to read! While trying dresses on she heavily catered to another party without offering assistance or input on my party and even when leaving it seemed like the staff genuinely didn't want to be there. I'm a very patient person and didn't get my wedding dress from Davids - which from my experience yesterday has made me grateful. In addition, I will NOT recommend this shop to any of my social circle due to the lack luster experience I received. I can't imagine going in for such an important part of my wedding and being treated like that. I wasn't around for the full experience of my Bridal Party as I was with the Flower Girl, but had I been, we would have left immediately and never came back. We'll be using Davids for the dresses but I will absolutely not give a single penny to the Davids Bridal in Spokane Valley. This experience had a negative impact on a time where excitement and joy should be abundant. The service that was provided was from rude and uncaring employees and not the example of what I would expect a Bridal store to have. The comment about someone's figure was totally uncalled for! I don't understand what happened when other people went to this store, but I had a totally wonderful experience there. I didn't know what to expect after reading all the reviews--I was hopeful but skeptical. I went to the Spokane, WA store on January 12, 2013. I had only been engaged for 2 weeks and was hoping to plan a wedding in 6 months to marry this summer. So I knew I wanted to get a dress (an affordable dress) and quick. I had picked out about 20 "favorites" from the website, and my salesperson,Robyn, had my printout ready to go and waiting for me when I arrived. She listened to me about my very firm budget--not wanting to go over $500 total for eveything (dress, slip, bra, restoration package). She listened to me about styles and preferences. There were many dress options under $300 that were beautiful, classy, and of quality. Yes, maybe the store is not as fancy as a boutique or maybe you don't get as pampered. There is no champagne waiting for you. But you don't pay an arm and a leg either! Who needs to pay over a $1000 for a dress I will only wear once?? With the help of Robyn, and that of my 2 friends present, I picked out the perfect dress in 1.5 hrs, bought it, had it shipped, and was done!! I thought David's Bridal had an excellent selection, but mostly I was impressed with Robyn's service. She confessed she had only been working there 3 or 4 weeks, but she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Although the store was booming with weekend and sale event traffic, she easily focused on me and made my needs feel important. God bless this woman!! My daughter is getting married in 10 months and wanted me to help her select her wedding gown. She made an appointment online for this location in Spokane, 200 miles from her home in Missoula, Montana. I flew in from Texas, and she, my other daughter and I drove to Spokane. We forgot about the time difference, so showed up an hour early. The staff was wonderful. Although several other customers were being assisted in the store, the lady at the front podium took my daughter's information and told us we were welcome to browse until a consultant was available to help us. Within only a few moments, Carly came over to assist. She asked all the right questions to get an idea of what kind of dress my daughter wanted. My daughter told her what she DIDN'T want, and why. Within a few minutes Carly had several dresses hanging on the rack by a dressing room and my daughter began to try them on. Several were the kind my daughter had said she didn't want, but Carly asked her to give them a try anyway and just take a look to make sure. Carly is definitely an expert in her field, as when my daughter tried on the ones Carly had suggested, the look was amazing! Carly ran back and forth getting various gowns, sashes, and accessories, to create the perfect look. She is definitely an artist when it comes to designing that look, as my daughter found the PERFECT gown and accessories at a great price and laughed at how she had said she hadn't wanted that style, but ended up loving it. My daughter had selected dresses for her Maid of Honor (her sister) and her bridesmaids from an online site. Carly asked what those dresses looked like and what color, and when my daughter began to describe them, Carly excused herself for a moment and returned with two of those exact dresses. My younger daughter (who will be Maid of Honor) tried one on, and Carly pinched it here, pulled it there, put a white satin sash on it, and created a very elegant look at an even better price than the online site. We can't praise Carly and David's Bridal in Spokane enough. Carly is definitely very good at what she does, and David's Bridal was very accommodating; in getting us in earlier than our appointment time, and in having a great selection of quality gowns and accessories. Suggestions in response to some of the previous Yelp reviews from others: * Book your appointment through davidsbridal.com for a time slot during a weekday, as weekends and evenings are busiest. If you book online, you have proof of your appointment time. * Don't wait until the last moment to shop for a dress, plan months ahead. The person wanting to find a dress 6 hours before the event is a perfect example of what not to do. * Be open to suggestions from the consultants. Yes, it's your wedding and you have a preconceived idea about what you want or don't want, but the consultants are experts at creating the perfect look for you - give them a chance. Terrible service. I waited at the counter with an appointment for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment until my best friend said something. They then paired me with a consultant that literally had no time for me. Once she knew I found a dress at a different store that I liked she was only helpful with trying to get me out of the door. She asked me how much the dress was and told me she knows I want that one and I should go get it before she had even shown me any option at the store! Even if she felt I would be a waste of time and she wouldn't make any money off of me.... I had brides maids dresses and mother dresses I needed to get and were looking for that day. I went to Davids Bridal in Spokane Valley on sat 2/19/13. It was the most AWFUL experience I have ever had! It became so bad that myself and my wedding party thought we were being pranked. I don't know how anyone could have their special moment to find anything there. The store was way to full! I would rather they told me that they needed to reschedule my appointment then be in that craziness. When I was trying on bridal gowns they could only show me 3 dresses (I liked the fit and flare style which is very popular). Then the consultant told me that i will need to stop being so picky and that I would need to compromise on what I like to find a dress. I was appalled so i asked if my bridesmaids could look at their dresses because I don't want to look at bridal anymore). They switched us over to a young gal named KAYLA. She was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I can't say enough how bad she was. Not only did she not pick up on any social cues she maneged to insult half of the people in my group, she left us for 5-10mins at time (we were kinda happy when she was gone tho cause she was so awkward and unhelpful). She didn't know the inventory at all. She was completely worthless and if I was a manager or owner of they company I would be horrified to have her on my staff. I have never complained about any services I have received in my life until now. I have written this and am calling the store next. They told me they were fully booked and had no time for me, but from what I saw....all the employees were doing nothing but standing around. I browsed through their racks and was not impressed. Do not go to Davids Bridal unless you know what size you are and know what you're doing!! I went in in December to get a bridesmaid dress with my bridal group. I was measured and tried on a dress that fit in the store (with a little room to grow since the wedding was in seven months). As we were getting ready to pay, the lady pulled me and another girl aside and told us she wanted to take us down a size. I tried on the new size in store and it was tight. The bride and my mom both questioned this switch but was assured the lady knew what she was doing with years of experience. My dress came at the end of April and it won't even zip up a quarter of the way. We called Davids Bridal and they said there's nothing they can do about it now. The lady on the phone told us the worker had measured my bust at a 33" when I wear a 34C bra?!? The worker clearly changed my measurements to fit her new dress size. Again, they won't do anything about it. I now have to pay $200 to get my dress turned into a corset in the back. My dress is now officially ruined (it will be different than everyone else's and the corset will take away from the bow design in the back). Davids Bridal won't even pay for the alterations or give me a discount on the dress which is now almost $400! And they say they can't order a new one with a rush order (we asked if they could get ANY long dress ordered, not just the one I had). They have made an already stressful event even more stressful. DO NOT go to Davids Bridal unless you are buying your dress a year ahead of time. And don't go unless you want to argue with them all day or have extra money to spend! read more

I honestly hate giving bad reviews but my experience was a total train wreck. I made a wedding dress appointment 3.5 weeks in advance, had family coming from out of state and was excited to finally start dress shopping. The minute we walked in the door, it was chaos. I signed in and was immediately told it was going to be a longer wait but I could go pull my own dresses; they were over booked and no one was available to help us. Which was fine, I get it. But then after nearly 40 minutes of waiting we got taken back to a dressing room. I didn't have an assigned stylists, the reception gal put me in a tiny room and told me to go ahead and try on whatever I wanted. So I put on the dresses my family had pulled, zipped them up, and did everything on my own. By the 2nd dress I was extremely frustrated and ready to leave.... again not a stylist or bridal consultant in sight. The receptionist came over and started bringing RANDOM dresses for me to try on, not listening to what I wanted, my price point or anything (and I was very clear and knew what I wanted). She was then interrupted by Jessie, my "assigned" stylist. It didn't get any better from there. She did help me try on a couple dresses but was extremely frustrated with everything. My opinions on the dress. The styles I wanted. At one point she finally said "I don't think we have a dress for you here. But you need to order one in the next week or so or you won't have a dress." Uhmmmm what!? That was my out and just what I needed to peace out of there. I totally understand it was a busy day and it's bridal season but I left in tears, felt unheard and uncared about, and if it was my first dress shopping experience probably wouldn't have wanted to even find a dress at all. Ok...The dress was beautiful. My sales person was very nice and helpful while I was at the shop. I only gave 1 star because it took more than 2-weeks to deliver to the shop. (I could of ordered on-line and had it in a couple of days..I found this out after the fact). The store knew I was anxious and limited for time. They did not call me when the dress came in...3-days after it arrived I called them to see when it would be delivered and was told it was already there. I needed to have the dress shortened and was given a ridiculous price and they upped it another 30% due to the rush. (They had 2-weeks and it certainly was not my fault their shipping time and fail to call when it came in.) When I picked up the dress it was in a clear, flimsy, garment bag. The kind you get your dry-cleaning in. I asked for a bag that is not see-through as I lived with my fiance and didn't want him to see it. They said I could purchase a nice zipper bag that would not show the dress. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? After paying a hefty price for the dress they want more for a bag? I have gone to many upscale or specialty clothing stores and am always pleased with their packaging. Anyway, at this point I was mad and disgusted. Had the circumstances been different I would have cancelled the purchase. They did find a black long bag similar to a trash bag so I could have the dress concealed when I went home. I found a wonderful seamstress who hemmed my dress beautifully at such a reasonable price I gave her a nice tip. Happily the wedding went off without a hitch. So my experience with Davids is realizing once they have your money for a garment, that is where the service ends. I will not be back. read more

I had the most wonderful experience at David's bridal. I see some of the negative reviews below and can't believe it. My consultant Marcie was unbelievable. She made me feel so amazing. I'm a plus size girl so shopping for dresses can be intimidating. She had so many options for me to try and "made it work" I went to another place and literally the girl would only have me try certain dresses on that were too big and she wouldn't Clip me in or try to help visualize what could work. Marcie your my girl!! I found my dream dress for half the price of what I was looking at. My bridesmaids were a little wild and David's handled it well. I also had a great experience with my alterations girl, Alyssa, she was efficient and super helpful in finding ways to make my dress comfortable and beautiful. Had a very bad experience with this company (Spokane and Corporate) especially with management at the store! My wife was told a time of when we were to receive her bridesmaid dresses and all but one came in a week before the wedding! We bought 4 of the exact same dress, size, color, and style! We were finally offered from the manager at the 20% off each dress and they never followed through with their promise....I ended up calling the Billings store for help with the matter. The Spokane store was not giving me any help whatsoever so when I called Billings they helped me resolve some of the underlying issues as well as getting a hold of their district manager and had that person give me the district managers number and that person helped but had to wait for last dress since it was being made in Indonesia and no telling of when it would be shipped. Took 10 min for anyone to even greet ( or acknowledge) the 3 groups waiting at the front, only 2 other groups in the store on a Thursday evening and we had made an apt in advance! I could see a total of 5 sales girls but for some reason they set us up with a gal that had 4 other people she was taking care of. We were seen to our fitting room, and then occasional checked on but if we asked for help she seemed annoyed. She probably was cuz she had 4 OTHERS she was taking care of. We did our own hunting and gathering. Kinda frustrating cuz we were looking for something special. We finally gave up and as we were leaving I saw 3 sales girls behind the counter chatting it up. What the heck!!! This is a work place, not happy hour. Our little sales girl was busting her hump trying to be-bop between 4 groups and ended up doing a terrible job for each cuz she was maxed and here are 3 girls shooting the breeze! Come on! I've been here in the distant past and it wasn't that bad, I read the other yelp reviews before we came and thought nothing of them because we had been here before (6 yrs ago). Hi this is Lisa (using fiancee's account - he is not trying on dresses -- lol) First time in David's Bridal and I felt like I was at a used car lot. I was visiting family with a friend and I am recently engaged. We thought it would be fun to go in and try on dresses and it was right next to our hotel. The gal they assigned to me was Julie. I told her I wanted to try on two gowns that happened to be on mannequins. Julie took them off and set me up in a room. Then the used car salesman show started. Julie told me it would be better to buy the dress there instead of Portland, Oregon because they could ship it to me or I could drive back to get it altered or have it shipped to my home then I could take it to the Portland store to get it altered. I explained that it is about a 5 hour drive. Then I asked her if she could bring me other dresses about the same style that I could try on to see if there was another dress I liked as well and she brought me less expensive not even close to the same style to try on. Then she left us alone for a few and came back and said you are lucky the dress is on sale for $100.00 off. I asked her how long was the sale she said it was over the next day after I had told her we were leaving the next day. Which I found out later the sale would not be over until the first part of September. I asked her if they might have the dress in Portland she said that she didn't know and it would be better to buy it at her store. Then she overheard me talking to my friend about buying the dress with my line of credit and Julie said that would probably work better than the in store credit and I could still get the six months no interest. Which makes no sense!! Then to top it off she wouldn't give me the item number, so when I tried the dress on again I took a picture of the tag with my cell phone just in case she didn't set my profile up. I didn't go back! Went to the David's Bridal in Portland and explained my experience and they treated me wonderfully and I am purchasing the dress and it won't be the snagged up one off the mannequin!! I've got very mixed feelings about David's Bridal. The first time I went was about 3 years ago with my best friend in search of her wedding gown. We had an excellent experience. In February of this year I went back in search of my own wedding gown, and was less than satisfied. We had booked our appointment in advance, but had somehow been double booked. The attendant was very inattentive and treated us like an inconvenience. We asked questions regarding changing sleeves, which she said we couldn't do because of a contract they have with the designers. Not 5 minutes later she brought out series of different sleeves which could be added to strapless dresses to show to the other bride-to-be she was assisting... Wasn't that what we had just asked about and been told no??? I didn't want to miss out on the perfect dress because of one bad experience with one person, so we went back a couple of weeks ago. Lindsay was our saving grace. She was a doll and we had a really great experience with her. I am 99% sure we found my dress, and will be going back in later this week to confirm it. read more

After purchasing a wedding dress with a veil. $2500.00 I needed to have a fitting appointment. I'm a larger bride to be, and when I walked in there were 3 clerks at the counter 2 of which looked at each other and sighed. I heard them make fun of me while the middle clerk took care to find my appointment and handed it off to one of those 2. The clerk who was expected to take care of me flashed an unprofessional glance at her coworker then proceeded to embarrass me while I was trying on my dress. I got to pay an additional $300.00 for this fitting, that I left in tears. While I don't plan to purchase another wedding dress in the future, I would like to warn other plus size women away from this store. Keep this important part of your wedding positive. Worst experience ever. I went in with a few other girl friends for bridesmaid's dresses. We had an appointment, but the lady with whom the bride made an appointment wasn't even there. The lady who was helping us would walk away and be gone for half an hour and then come back. She wasn't consistently with us. Also, it didn't seem like they were listening to the bride and going with what she wanted. She's the bride and she's getting what she wants. It all just seemed rushed. Finally, the bride found a dress she wanted all of us to wear, but it took forever for them to get everything ready so we could order them. I know this isn't the fanciest and most expensive place ever, but that shouldn't matter. No matter where you go, especially when you're dealing with brides and bridesmaids, you should really listen to everyone about what they want. Your customer service should ALWAYS be great no matter what. read more

My sister had decided that for her wedding that the bridesmaids dresses would all be the same color and style. One of her friends and I went to go get the dress she wanted we order them and all was good until we picked them up. The two dresses that were ordered the same day were to different dresses. This didn't only happen with my dress it happened with two other bridesmaids dresses one of them was completely different than the others and one girls was a size too small. That is why I gave it a three , it just made the easiest part more complicated than it had to be. read more

I am a plus size bride and had a lot of mixed feelings about picking out a wedding dress. I had looked at the selection online, but assumed the selection in store would be limited. I was so wrong. Marcy was my consultant. She made the experience so fun and special. I took my mom, sister, and niece with me and we were all impressed. She immediately asked questions about my taste and wedding to help guide me in the right direction. She complimented me and made me feel confident and not at all self conscious. She had us laughing the entire time and I felt very special. She was just as enthusiatic and excited as we were. She showed me three dresses, and I picked #3. I was beyond thrilled with my experience. My mom also found her dress. The layaway program made it so easy to purchase my dress. Kudos to Davids for making beautiful AFFORDABLE dresses for all shapes and sizes. I was so happy to have choices available to me that were pretty instead of frumpy. Made an appointment with Davids Bridal. Second round dress shopping. Although it wasn't an intimate experience as one might be looking for it got the job done for me! My attendant, Julie, was super friendly, very helpful, and kept my budget and vision in mind! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and I didn't feel rushed. I was able to show her a couple dresses I liked off the rack and she provided me with dresses to try and helped me figure out the right size for me. She even had great accessory options for my modest, simple taste! She was great and the store had lots of options fro choose from. I left with a great dress and had a good experience. There was definitely a lot of people around in the store, it was the weekend though. Overall I would go here again for a dress and recommend anyone looking for a dress on a budget to check it out. read more

Probably the worst customer service one could expect on both of the two visits. The first time, it took 40 minutes to even get one of the ladies to help us. With two other brides in there at the time, it was far from busy, and about 5 of the employees were just standing up at the front desk chatting and giggling. The entire time the lady, who was helping us, had to bounce back and forth between me and another bride there. Which again, put our wait time on the lengthy side. But she seemed like the ONLY one working. Which was quite frustrating, especially when trying to find your wedding dress and your stuck in a crappy suggestion for 20 minutes. My sister in law ended up going and finding me a dress that I actually liked. We bought it, and I was told that it wouldn't be in until march, at which time it would be ready for alterations, so I wouldn't need to worry about picking it up beforehand and storage. I live pretty far away, so that was a huge plus. Two weeks later I get non stop calls and voicemails saying if I didn't come pick it up asap, they were sending it back to the warehouse and couldn't guarantee getting it back in any sort of time frame. So I make a bonsai trip to Spokane to pick it up. 3 hour drive, mind you, and the lady brings me my dress in the new size, says she'd be right back to help me try it on. We waited 30 minutes. No help. ONE other bride trying on dresses in the entire store! And again, about five employees standing up front chatting and giggling with each other (including the one who said she'd be right back to help) My mom finally helped me get it on, still Noone came to help. we decided to leave, Frustrated. Unhappy. Another employee walked passed us and my mom told her she was very unhappy with the bad service, she looked at us and kept walking without saying a word. I honestly can't believe what terrible service they have for a bridal store. We will never spend another penny there and make sure everyone we know, goes to a better outlet. I'm not even willing to take it back for the alterations. I feel like they are so unreliable I can't count on them coming so close to the wedding date. read more

Amazing customer service! Everyone here made me feel important and beautiful. While all of the ladies were full of flattering comments they were also very honest and matter-of-fact. They weren't afraid to tell me if a certain cut did not flatter my figure nor did they ever try to pressure me to try on anything out of my price range. My only complaint about David's is that it is painfully obvious how mass produced the gowns are and though the prices were nicer the dresses don't seem as well made as most that I tried on at the smaller boutiques. Of course you do only wear the dress for one day so do you really need it to be industrial strength or is it more logical to save a couple hundred dollars while opting for inferior seamstry? read more
