This store location is awful. Stay away if you can. I was treated like I was supposed to already know what was going on before I got there. I was a bridesmaid recently and did not have a choice but to buy my dress there, but I was so disappointed with their service and knowledge that I vowed never to go back if I could help it. There was a manager there that welcomed me and then turned away before I could ask a question because she seemed to be more interested in laughing and talking with her coworkers instead of helping me. When I was finally ready and figured out where the dresses were, I asked for a room and some lady at the front desk told me to pick a room to try on my dresses in. I was left on my own and half the time I was asked if I was okay. Seriously? I was not okay zipping up dresses by myself. I had to repeatedly ask someone to help me zip and I felt like I was bothering them when I asked questions. The manager that was there that day should be fired. I know I was not spending a lot of money, but it is still my hard earned money and I trusted Davids Bridal to help me and be kind. I was wrong both times over. I became engaged not too long ago and just bought my dress from the Davids Bridal in Vista. The ladies that I worked with in that store are so much nicer, genuine and very attentive! I am glad my friend convinced me to go there because only Davids Bridal had the dress I loved. I ended up having a great experience and thankful that not all Davids Bridals are as bad as this one. read more

I bought my wedding dress at Davids bridal and had a great experience. No hiccups and was pleased. BUT THEN, i tried on my dress at home and it was way to big (guess i lost a little baby weight) so i called into the store to see what to do i spoke with Korey and OH MY GOD she was the NICEST most informative person. She not only looked up my info, knew my dress off the top of her head and gave great advice. She advised me to come into the store to help me. I then came in a few days later with no appointment. She not only saw me and gave me her full attention but recommended a hair piece that completed my look. She was professional, informative, knowledgeable, focused, and overall terrific. I from now on am going to ask for her by name! Love Davids bridal and LOVE KOREY! read more

I had an appointment to get my wedding dress; it was the best experience. Being Saturday my stylist Brittany was working with me and another woman. She was very attentive to us both. She made sure I found not only the perfect dress but the perfect vale and undergarments. I was there with my mother and maid of honor for 5 hours and we not only left with my wedding dress but their dresses as well. read more

I highly recommend David's Bridal In La Mesa Sd Ca. I'm extremely disappointed at my experience at DB. I picked this location because I saw it had a little better reviews but not sure why. First I made an appointment on a Sunday which I thought would make it crazy busy (as everyone said) they also told me not to bring a lot of people so i brought 1 bridesmaid who also made a separate appointment to try on dresses. We got there and it was dead inside, only 2 customers trying on dresses. The lady at front was super nice and had me look around at dresses as she did my Paperwork. Then she came over to let me know that my sales associate was actually late to work, so she was going to be 15 minutes late to the appt. I didn't mind because I was just nervous as it was to try on dresses. Then she comes in and says hi, (I don't remember her name although It may have been Jackie) she talked to me REALLY briefly about the style I liked and since I am a plus size bride I knew the options were limited as is. I only went in because I saw a dress online I wanted to try and she found it, so I tried on 3 dresses. She said "well we have 6 choices for you" idk where the other dresses were but I only got to try 3. I tried on the one I liked online and I felt so rushed (again let me remind you it was dead inside) She just stood asking me if I was gonna get it over and over, I wish she would have given me a chance with my bridesmaid to really look at it. Then I hear that she brought her daughter to work which is none of my business but then as soon as she rang me up for my dress she just left, didn't bother to ask about my bridesmaid (who she knew we had an appointment for also) if we needed help. While we walked around the bridesmaid dresses thinking someone was coming over to help my bridesmaid next, no one came. The sales associate just said "oh are you leaving ?" And so we finally did. I don't even know why I purchased the dress there because I know they work off commission and she pushed me to get a dress that didn't even fit. I ended up returning it and ordering online for cheaper (and closer to my size so I wouldn't have to alter it much) I guess they'll do anything for a sale but really the customer service was crappy. read more

Made an apt to buy a dress, wasn't really looking to find any help soon as i step into the door. My plan was just to brows around with my mother and sister. Gabriela Hernandez introduced herself and just insisted on helping me... THE BEST DECISION I DID IS LETTING HER. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't of found the dress that made me cry. I'M IN LOVE WITH MY DRESS. I would of never thought of buying undergarments witch made my dress look ever better. I looked amazing. It was the best experience ever. Cant wait to see my partners face when I walk down the aisle with my beautiful dress, thank you soo much Gabriela!! read more

When I got engaged, this was the first place I wanted to go. They were having a big sale and the dresses looked pretty and I liked the showroom because it had that special "Yay me, I'm getting married!" look about it. All that ended as soon as I arrived for my appointment. I was immediately sat down and asked way too much personal information. Why do you need my address? I haven't bought anything yet! Then I was asked to point out the dresses I liked in the catalog and with no further discussion my consultant went and got those. I had really though we would discuss the styles I liked and she might recommend something. The dresses in my dressing room were all too small, and the bra/corset thing they squeezed me into was very uncomfortable. They were trying to convince me that it should feel that way, but I was pretty attached to breathing on my wedding day. In the end my mother and I fled the place. It was not fun. read more

I thought for sure this was going to be a somewhat simple process. I looked at the catalog online and found a few dresses I wanted to try on. When I got to the shop, before I even looked at a dress they were trying to sell me the bridal shoes. When I finally was helped by the actual consultant, I showed her the specific dresses I wanted to try on, and I explained my budget. I wanted a simple inexpensive dress. The dresses I chose were around $300 and I stressed that I didn't want to spend over $500 (after undergarments were included). When the dresses came out, not one of them were of what I picked out in the magazine. And not one was under $500. The closest to my budget was $599. I tried on two dresses that were $1,400. No way would I spend that on a wedding dress - nothing wrong with doing so, I just don't have the money to do that. The employees are rude. It's obvious they don't enjoy their job and all they want is to sell you things you do not even want to purchase there. Don't buy their undergarments and don't buy their shoes or veils, etc. They are much cheaper elsewhere, and the selection at David's Bridal was limited anyway. After my stop, here, I went to another shop in Clairemont. My experience, there, was much more pleasant than at David's Bridal. I explained to the consultant about my budget, and she took me straight to the area where the dresses were that I could afford. I also expressed some insecurities with my weight issues and how I want to find a dress that looks best on me (of course we all want that). She informed me that at David's Bridal (where she used to work) they are told/trained to tell you that every dress looks amazing no matter what. I'm sorry, but I don't want that. I enjoyed my experience at 2000 Dreams Bridal on Convoy, and the first dress I saw was the one I went with - of course I tried on others, but I was in love with the first dress I saw. As far as David's Bridal goes...I wouldn't return to that store ever, not with a friend not for myself. The lighting was horrible and I never felt worse about myself. It doesn't help AT ALL to feel like you're stuffed into a dress and while feeling completely uncomfortable you have someone telling you "you look great...would you like to purchase today?" read more

Worst customer service by the Store Manager Allison, was there 2 hrs and they didn't have a lot of selection. Allison kept contradicting Nicole (sales rep) with information she would provide us regarding there own inventory which seem that they didn't even had a clue. Trying to sell my sister (bride) dresses that were on sale as is, we asked if they provide dry cleaning service which you would think they did because of the name or of the store being so known and they DO NOT. We over heard Allison telling another customer that was inquiring about the difference between a size 16 regular to a 16 W, and she said you dieting right because every Bride always diet! LIKE who would even say that to a bride to be specially as a Store MANAGER ..... even with our bad experience, my sister really like a dress that we found on our own which it had a small stain (that Nicole removed) and Allison agreed to give her a 10% discount on top pf $250 off which the dress was coming out to be @ $900. She kept us there and she couldn't figure out how the process the sale so we walked out of there with nothing that she needed to contact corporate and then she would call my sister the next day. Worst experience ever!!!! read more

This is for alterations only. My bridesmaid came in to get her dress altered and had absolutely the worst experience ever. DB, just a word of advice, your seamstresses should have other words in their vocabulary other than "fat". No one, I don't care who you are, needs to be shamed for their body size. Especially by a seamstress with limited English. I suggest you invest in a thesaurus so your seamstress can learn other words to describe women's body other than "fat". The last thing ANYONE wants is to fat shamed. Getting fitted for your dress is a time when all women feel vulnerable and it is a seamstress' job to make them feel at ease, not to make them feel like crap. I'm disappointed in you DB. Not only is your merchandise mediocre (at best) but so is your customer service. I will not be recommending people to use DB for bridesmaid dresses and if they do I most certainly will not be sending them to the La Mesa store. read more

I can't give Sierra enough stars. I was a plus size bride and had bought a dress 9 months before my wedding. Six months before my wedding, my beautiful, sweet size 0 niece announced her engagement. She picked a dress that was very similar to mine, and she looked like the most bride ever. Which made me feel ugly in my dress. Sierra found a dress that made me feel absolutely beautiful and that I just loved. I loved it even more than my first dress. I really can't thank you enough, Sierra. read more

Ok were should I begin? My very first appt went well! I was with Stephanie who is super nice and I loved her as a consultant. I loved two dresses and couldn't pick which so she saved the dress info under my acct for my next appt. on my next appt the consultant I was assigned to was busy with another appt so they had the consultant assist help me, I believe her name was Ashlee!? But not sure. I was there to decided which dress I wanted between the two from my previous appt. they didn't have the sizes I need in that day to try on so they had to clip them for the appt. I decided on my dress and ordered my dress, veil, hair clip and sash. The only thing in stalk was my sash. The girl had a hard time ringing up the items and had to reset the computer 3 times and eventually had the manager come and help her. Finally 30 mins later she had it all rang up and handed me my sash in a bag. I put the bag up in my closet. When my dress came In I went to pick it up. Came home tried it on and it felt so weird. It was big and depressing. I didn't understand and it made me feel so depressed. A few months later I went to davids bridal with a bridesmaid for her dress. I went to the girl at the front door and asked her if the computer system would tell her what size dress I tried on the first time. She said it was a size 2. I freaked out and said omg my dress is a size 4. I told her and she was like ok no worries. She said my wedding was so far away maybe I will gain weight I said ummmm no it's really big! So she made me an appt to bring in the dress and talk to a manager. So I came in to my appt and met with kori who was so nice she had no problem exchanging it for the size 2 and it had to be ordered again. She was very helpful. So finally a month later it came in. I went to pick it up and they needed my receipt. I gave diamond my receipt. Got my dress and bought my slip. Well when I asked for my receipt she couldn't find it. I waited for 20 mins for it and no one could find it . She said they couldn't reprint it because it was to long ago. So ok I left. My dress and accessories have been in the closet since April well is July and I decided to pull everything out since my alterations appt was coming up. When I pulled out my sash it looked odd. I read the box it was in and it was a headpiece and I freaked . I went on davids bridal website and looked up the style number it was a headpiece and not the sash I wanted. I was charged 149 for this headpiece. There sash I wanted was $69 I freaked. I left a message for kori to call me. She called me the next day and asked me if my dress fit! I said yes but I have a problem I explained how the girl rang me up for a headpiece instead of the sash and I didn't get my sash! She told me she could exchange it and give me store credit for the remaining amount. I went in to exchange it. Kori was super nice but I just was not happy with everything. I don't want store credit I just was the money back. She said I can put it toward alterations but I told her I am canceling my alterations appt because after all this and almost everything I got from them was wrong I am nervous about doing alterations with them. She said they are separate then them. I said aren't they part of davids bridal company and she said yes ! Well I told her I don't want to go through anyone that's part of davids bridal. She apologized for my bad experience with them. She was very nice but I think the staff needs to be better trained. I don't think it's fair I get screwed for someone else's mistake. All my wedding stuff from davids bridal was more than $1,000 and this is how I am treated . We purchased are invites from them and we have 6 bridesmaids who bought dresses from them. We brought them a lot of money and I only get stress, upset and sad. I get screwed and stuck with a store credit with them when I don't want nothing to do with them. Just watch out and look at other places first. read more

I had tried on a bridesmaid dress in Missouri and paid for the one i wanted in the beginning of May and they informed me at the time it wouldn't be ready til September because i wanted extra length. Which at the time was fine because the wedding wasn't until November. The wedding day got bumped up to August and that left us scrambling for dresses, the bride informed us that they could find us a dress style in the correct color that could come in sooner. I visited the Grossmont location while in town in San Diego, fully expecting to get another dress and be happy with what ever they had. The manager got on the phone with the manufacture and asked them if they could speed it up and they basically told her there was "nothing they could do about it, the order had been placed". She did not take that for an answer! She refunded my purchase and placed a new order for the same dress that can be here by August 2cnd. I was really impressed that she took the time to sit on the phone and argue with the manufacture and then get me the correct dress. Gold star for Callista! read more

Me, two of my Bridesmaids, and my mom had an appointment to stop by and try on some dresses. The lady thought we were just doing Bridesmaid dresses for some reason but had no issue when we asked to do Bridal Gowns as well. Our girl (need to find her name and I will update it) showed us around the shop and got us started with dresses. I really did not want anyone in the dressing room with me besides my mom and the lady was perfectly fine with that. While I tried on dresses my bridesmaids did the same in the rooms next to mine. We all got to come out and take pictures together and just look at the dress I had on and so on and so forth. Every time we came out of the dressing room our tenant was always gone. I was sort of annoyed by this as I had questions to ask. She would always be right back to us pretty quickly though. It was not till later when we noticed the dress pile for me to try on kept growing that we noticed she was getting more dresses while I tried the others on. Thank you for that! All in all, at first we were not pleased and I read the reviews before we went knowing what to expect. I do have to say that after our appointment here, we went over to Alfred Angelo, whom has better ratings and got TERRIBLE customer service with them. I am going over to do a review for them next, Nothing good happened in that shop. So, for my first Bridal Gown experience, thank you. I enjoyed myself. The only thing I will say is, invest in some remodeling and get some bigger dressing rooms, and possibly some AC in them. I've never known my legs could have sweat dripping down them. It was SO HOT! in the dressing room. GOODNESS! I also have to add, the lady that helped us picked out the most beautiful dress that I seriously LOVE. I never thought to look at the style she picked up but it looked amazing. Thank you. Also, cannot forget the random heels she picked up for me to try on with one of the dresses. Those heels were bought that day. Not picked up yet since I ordered them new instead of what they had for floor model. :D read more

I recently got engaged and booked a reservation online to try on wedding gowns. My appointment time was set for Saturday at 10:30am. I walked in the store and was immediately greeted and congratulated by the hostess. Then I was greeted by Ayda and Joelle. Joelle was shadowing Ayda and did an amazing job. I was asked my budget, size, color, location, type of dress and the searching began. I was given items to wear under the dress and asked if both could assist me in the dressing room once I had them on. I didn't see a problem with that. I tried on several dresses with accessories and finally went to a dress I saw on the store mannequin and HAD to try it on. I ended up falling in love with it! I left the store to think about it because it was well over my budget. I ended up coming back one hour later and purchasing the dress. I was then greeted by the store manager LaDonna, who was very helpful as well. I would totally recommend dress shopping at this location. I will be back with bridesmaids to purchase their dresses there and also do my final fitting! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO AYDA & JOELLE!!! read more

Found my dream dress last week on 9/3/17. Xochitl helped me picked out several options and she was amazing. I wanted a simple wedding dress for my beach ceremony in Cancun but I ended up choosing with a beautiful Vera Wang. I only gave 4 stars because while trying on the Vera Wang I asked how much it was because there was no price tag on it, I was told that it was around $800 but since there was a sale going on it should be closer to $600. When I went to purchase my dream dress I ess told it was actually on sale for $1150, big difference. But I loved the dress so much I still purchased it. Can t wait for it to come in sometime in February! read more

This review is for my bridesmaids appointment and my bridal appointment. We had Ashley as our stylist and she was fantastic! My bridesmaids tried on dresses and picked styles out in 45 minutes which seemed like an amazing feet. Then it was on to my appointment which brought in my mom, grandma and my sisters. So we had lots of people who wanted to see me in many things. I came in with the idea of an A-Line gown and really just wanted something to jump out at me and I fall in love with it. After trying on gown after gown and over an hour and a half later, Ashley asked if I would be open to the mermaid style. I was up for anything, so we tried it. Needless to say I found my dress. Ashley was so patient, personable yet professional. She was so helpful and was helping two brides at once during part of the appointment. She was so attentive during the whole process. She's a rock star, who helped me take a leap of faith on a style and I ended up loving it. May I add that the dress is definitely in my price range which was also important to me. My experience at Davids bridal had been a great one and my family & friends agree on that fact too. Keep up the good work and keep helping brides feel amazing. read more

I went in today to get a crinoline and shoes for my daughter's First Communion. I figured it would be a quick, easy trip. I walked in to an empty store with not one sales associate in site. I went to the flower girl section and there was a small section of shoes, probably only 20ish pairs. They were a mess and when I started opening boxes, they were dirty and missing rhinestones or jewels. There were also multiple pairs of shoes shoved in boxes. I honestly couldn't tell if they were to try on and order or purchase off the "rack". I didn't see any crinolines, so I walked around the store for about 10 minutes trying to find someone to help me. Finally two associates appeared with other customers and headed to the register, so I patiently waited my turn. They didn't acknowledge me or even look at me. I expected them to at least say hello and that they would assist me in a minute. I ended up leaving and taking the long drive to Little Kids Wear in Chula Vista, which is where I should have gone in the first place. read more

Literally worst experience. My stylist had a horrible attitude and never said one good thing about the dresses I tried on. I didn't like any of them, but perhaps I would have slightly more if the vibe was enjoyable. Never coming back or recommending to any new brides. Such a joke. read more

I booked an appointment at the bridal bazaar; when I arrived today to try on a dress I had seen on-line from Vera Wang (which they didn't have) I still was assisted by a girl named Courtney who was so wonderful. The manager also dropped in to make sure I was satisfied with everything and they accommodated my videograoher who wanted to get a few clips of me walking out of the fitting room with "the dress" on. Since they didn't have the dress I wanted, I ended up having to go to mission valley Davids bridal, Courtney made me an appointment for me to go same day and also made them aware that I would be going with a videographer. Mission Valley Davids Bridal was MISERABLE, I was not acknowledged while in the store, except for the hovering manager Donna, I had to ask for assistance (I had an appointment made by the other Davids bridal store), attendant Liz was pleasant and but management was more concerned in my sister having a lidded beverage then me buying a dress. After being rudely told to discard the beverage, Donna, the manager walked away only to return in a few minutes to inform us that we were not allowed to video tape in the store. Standing there, in the dress that I intended to purchase she hovered, as if we were not welcome and didn't belong there. My suggestion to Donna, as a business owner myself (in the wedding industry), your job, as a manager, is to make sure that your clients feel welcome and want to refer you to others, after all that's how your store makes it's money. I absolutely will not be referring clients to the Mission Valley Store. As for the Grossmont Center store, It was absolutely a wonderful experience! read more

yea, I'm a guy, but I'm helping my wife find that perfect MOB dress for our daughters wedding. First we walked in and they took our name and said someone would be right over to help us out. OK, that's nice, why all the bad reviews,,,they are going to send someone over to help us---No one showed up,,,well that is except for the guy employee which made my wife feel kind of funny. So we grabbed the dresses she picked out and tried them on,,,the price was right, but nothing flashy, and not near as nice as some of the other stuff she tried on at Demetrios bridal (much better experience and much higher quality dresses). As soon as we hit a road block I went looking for help, employees would walk by with a smile, but not ONE asked if we needed help. I saw a few girls all by them selves trying on dresses, and plenty of store employees walking around. I saw one family getting lots of help, but the wedding was like A year away and she gave them all kinds of info that seemed wrong,,,but I think she saw the opportunity to make $$$.$$ rather than say,,,"honey, come back in a few months, and look around to make sure you get what you want". We finally did get someone and we knew we were not going to get anywhere when we told the young lady that we were looking for a 40's Theme dress and she said "Oh, so you're looking for like a Flapper kind of dress??" It was time to go back to Demetrios Bridal just down the street in San Diego. I'd say this place is the Walmart of Bridal Shops. read more

Today, I did not have an appointment (I didn't know that was something you were supposed to do), and being that this is my second marriage, I knew that I wanted a non-traditional dress. Kori was helping another bridal appointment, but kept making sure that I was okay and made recommendations on sizing. I was trying on size 14 all day and when she suggested a size 10 I said "Girl, do you see these hips?!" She helped me realize that I should be fitted with a certain cut and a size 10 and I feel absolutely gorgeous in the dress that I ended up getting. She knew exactly the style I was looking for and what types of styles would look and feel best on my body. So my daughter and I walk into David's Bridals and we were so excited! She had just gotten engaged and it was to be her very 1st time trying on a wedding gown! As we enter, the girl at the front desk asks "can I help you?" I explain that we're here to try on wedding gowns for the FIRST time ....she looks a bit frazzled as she looks around and I ask "should we have made an appointment?: She replies "not necessarily". She is extremely UNfriendly and so we venture into the store and start pulling wedding dresses (assuming that a bridal rep will be along any minute). I put two of the dresses over one of the chairs near the mirrors and have a third dress in my hand when Ms. Personality informs us that she is MOVING the 2 dresses and that the bridal consultant is going to lunch now for the next 30 minutes and that we cannot try on dresses without the consultant present. No "gee I'm sorry", ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. In fact, I THINK SHE REALLY WANTED US TO LEAVE....AT LEAST that's the impression both of us had. Anyway....I WOULDN'T CARE IF DAVID'S BRIDALS WAS GIVING WEDDING DRESSES away....I WILL NEVER, AND I MEAN NEVER, STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN. I hope that David the owner has a lot of money because his employees and their attitudes are certainly costing him in sales they could have made!!!! read more

I had read a lot of mixed reviews, so I was just blown away with the experience I had at the grossmont David's Bridal. From the moment I walked in the door, I was showered with attention but not too much, I was guided through the experience by a wonderful salesperson, Sofia, who said gave tactful opinions when needed but knew when to leave things to my mother & myself. They were extremely patient as the amount of dresses I tried on stacked up & then tried half of them on again! In general, always having an undergarment & shoes to try on the gowns (apparently a strict policy there) was awesome--I always felt amazing, even in the dresses that sucked--and that includes the time I tried on dresses the day after Thanksgiving! My other worry was that I would have to order the dress & not receive it on time, but I got it an incredible 2 weeks after placing my order--my wedding is a few months away, but my dress is hanging safely in my closet... Thanks so much for a magical experience! read more

So last month I got my dress at Davids Bridal, and of course some adjustments had to be made and I was lucky enough to be help by Eleanor she was the sweetest person with her happy and patient personality. She made adjustements where they had to be made and when i had concerns about clevage or how it will look to others since I am a short person, she reasure me she will make it look perfect. Ten days before my wedding i picked up the dress and yes it was absolutly perfect, i felt like a real life cinderella. She showed me how to make the back corsage look beautiful and how to make the belt look perfect. I walked out of there feeling happy and dreamy. Thank you Eleanor for making this such a wonderful expierence and making me fit my dress just the way i wanted it. read more

Sierra was my consultant at the La Mesa location. Let me be very honest with you, District Manager , I went to 4 different stores in the SD area. The only good experience I had was with Sierra. I am sad to say that I found "the gown" at another store and couldn't complete the process with Sierra but it wasn't for lack of trying on Sierra's part. Let me tell you why she stands out and why I'd do a Yelp review for a store I didn't buy my gown at. Firstly, Sierra took the 3 mins needed to get to know me, my wedding, the "look" I wanted, the budget, etc. This made our searching for dresses seamless. She picked out 4-5 dresses to try on. Perfect to avoid what I call "dress fatigue" (because at some point, they all start looking alike!). Secondly, she respectfully asked if she could be in the dressing room with me while we tried on dresses and got undergarments on. She didn't need to ask but it made me feel immediately at ease because- yes! You're half dressed for about half of the appointment. I was left shaking like a leaf in my all-togethers at another store, the consultant never helped, and insisted I try on dresses that were 4 sizes too small. Sierra picked out dresses that were my size or slightly bigger so I could get a true feel for its fit. She took photos for my mom in Georgia and Sierra was an all-around wonderful consultant to work with- as were the other ladies up front who checked me in. This is a great store. I will be back for other wedding items! Count on that! read more

I've been to this location 4 times. I was blown away with great experience 2 out of the 4 times. I had an appointment with AYDA who was my stylist. The service she provided was the main reason why I decided to purchase my dress from here! From the beginning she asked all the right questions. She asked about my budget, my style, my dislikes, AND she knew my measurements just by looking at me. I was impressed. Ayda was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful in every way. My second great experience was with Ursala who is doing my alterations. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning to end. Originally I only Wanted to obtain a quote for the alterations. However Ursala made it easy with trusting her with my dress. I already loved my dress but now I'm obsessed with it thanks to her! read more

Callie who greeted me at the welcome desk was not very welcoming at all. After I got past her, I was introduced to Tina Marie, the consultant. She was awesome. Overall it was an okay experience, they didn't have any dresses I liked and hardly any plus size gowns, which was really disappointing. I ended up leaving without a dress. Tina Marie is highly recommended as a consultant! read more

I was debating about writing a review, I went on May 16th, 2017. I had an appointment at 10:30 am. My stylist who I ABSOLUTELY LOVED!! was Candis, she was amazeballs. Her and my sister-in-law helped find my dress, which I absolutely loved (after the 5th dress). Candis was so helpful and very professional she was very hepful, very detailed at what I was looking for. Now, my only complaint here and not towards Candis but maybe towards the manager I drove 21/2 hours to get a dress and Candis said that If I could return Thursday to pick it up after she steamed it and cleaned it, I told her that I was coming from 2 1/2 hours and I needed to take it back with me so I returned later for it. As I returned Candis and of course me my sister-in-law and mother-in-law did not notice that one of the pleats or the pleated of the dress in the back was completely torn. I had made a comment that I should have received some kind of discount or something since it was torn in the back but no one came to try to talk to me or let me know anything. So I ended up leaving with a very expensive torn dress. I'm having the bigger wedding by the church next year but I will not be returning. Candis overall was amazing, but they had her going back and forth to help me and another woman who had the same apt time as me. She was being rushed and didn't have much time there was other girls there but Candis was the only one going back and forth I felt really bad for her. Some one should have helped her out!! read more

Eleanor is the best! She was very patient and knew exactly what kind of alterations would suit me.

Ladonna (I apologize if I spelt it wrong), Michelle, Ursula (also apologized if I spelt it wrong again) where wonderful! They helped find a bridesmaid dress for 3 hours and then stayed an hour after to check us out! Michelle helped us find the dress and made the experience so much fun, Ursula helped us figure out what kind of sized dress would look better since we needed alterations, Ladonna helped check us out, the dress we wanted was discontinued and only had dresses in store, she helped make our appointment for alterations and stayed an hour after they closed to help us out! We had such a good experience we are coming here for alterations and definitely coming back to get my own wedding dress soon! Will recommend! So nice here! read more

My experience with this location was ah-mazing! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. The manager Tori and the consultant Taylor were especially helpful. When you're spending a great deal of money for the most important day of your life, you want to feel that the consultants understand you. I can't wait to pick up my dress! read more
