This showroom was incredible!!! I came in with a tall order: my wedding in under 4 months and this being the only dress appointment I had made. I needed something off the rack and they absolutely delivered. First of all, they have a sign in front with the names of all the girls coming in that day which was so cute and made you feel so special. My stylist was Aylen, and she KILLED it. She was immediately so warm and welcoming and really eased my *unnecessary* nerves right away. I showed her my few inspo pics and she went right to work. She took me back and got my measurements, then showed me where to look for off the rack dresses in my size. While I browsed she went looking in their backstock. Upon returning she asked if I had found anything I liked. Then went through some other options and asked my opinion on them. I have a really hard time speaking up for myself, so I was nervous about feeling comfortable voicing my opinions if I didn't like anything. Aylen couldn't have made it easier. She never made me feel like I was being too particular or inconvenient at all. I tried on about 6 dresses in all, and honestly loved them all. Not only my stylist, but every girl in there made me feel like a million bucks. I loved the look of tighter dresses but didn't know how I'd feel about having my tummy on display. Every dress I tried they all were hyping me up and it felt so genuine I really had some confidence walking out. I also love that she wasn't afraid to snatch me in. The one I ended up getting was perfect. It was off the rack, but had literally never been tried on so I still got it brand new. She said when I showed her my inspo pics she immediately thought of it- goes to show how good she is at her job. It was right within the budget- everything I was hoping to find and more. Also worth mentioning: my stylist was with me the whole time once we started trying dresses on. She held my train behind me while I walked (I wasn't used to walking with it so I was nervous about tripping lol), and fluffed it out behind me when I stood in front of the mirrors. I had mentioned wanting lace sleeves and she got me a pair to try with all my dresses so I could see it all together. She also put a veil on me everytime I came out. I just can't express enough how thankful I am for her attentiveness. She gave me everything I was asking for, and didn't try to sell me on anything extra. I really appreciated that. I accompanied my sister to Luv Bridal for her first bridal dress shopping experience and the experience was fantastic! Ali assisted us through the process and she took in all of our feedback and provided us information on what alterations could be made to the dresses, and demonstrated how the bustle might look, etc. My sister tried 5 different dresses over the entire 2-hour appointment. There's a really nice set-up with a small pedestal for brides to step on, and small couches for each party. There are plenty of mirrors and really great lighting. It was just me and my mom so the small couch was good for us, but some other larger parties did have ladies who had to stand because there wasn't room to sit. We were offered coffee or water (possibly other drinks) upon our arrival and there were snacks set up for our enjoyment. Once we narrowed down to a specific dress, Ali had my sister walk to the front mirror so we could get a nice video of what the train would look like as she walked down the aisle. The experience was very good and huge kudos to Ali for making it so seamless! My sister did end up choosing a dress (the first she tried on! Apparently it's not uncommon!) but we made the decision after we had left. Ali made sure to get the measurements done so we didn't have to set up an appointment, and provided a card with the dress name, size, veil info, and her name. We were able to come in as walk-ins to buy the dress, and were provided time estimates (for a purchase on 08/10, the dress should arrive by mid- to late January). I came here on July 18th and have nothing but good words for this place. We were greeted at the front where we met my stylist Bella who was truly the best. I walked in with a ton of different types of dresses saved from their website and she immediately started pulling them along with ones she thought I would like. I tried on 8 dresses and found the one (or so I thought) I had another appointment with a different shop the same day so i asked if we were able to come back after that appointment if I didn't find the one there and they said yes. (Ps if you're looking at shops in San Diego and come upon one that is a synonym to "advanced showing" don't bother wasting your time) We ended up having a bad experience at the second place so we went back to luv and I talked to Bella about what I was missing from the dress I almost chose. She came back with 4 more dresses to try on that had what the other one was "missing" and I ended up saying yes to the dress not realizing it was the very first dress she put me in that day. Dress shopping can be very stressful and I was worried i wouldn't know when I found "the one" but as soon as she put the veil on me i knew. There was a sign that said 'Welcome ____' and a list of all the girls with appointments that day! It's such a small detail but I think it adds such meaning and thoughtfulness for an event as special as finding your wedding dress. It set a precedent for what we were to expect at the store. The area where your guests sit and wait for you is just as you'd imagine and see in the movies: huge mirrors, show lighting, drinks and snacks galore. One of the highlights of the experience was my queen Ainsley!!!!!! She took notes of what I was looking for and started picking beautiful dresses in my price range (never pushing me to go higher than what I specified which I was nervous about!). The very FIRST dress she pulled and I tried on happened to be the ONE. Ainsley made me feel so comfortable the entire process and really championed what I wanted and what felt best for me! The experience of finding my dress at Luv Bridal was warm, welcoming, easy, and overall felt really special. Ainsley, my stylist, was super sweet, friendly, and organized, having me look through the rack and taking notes about what I liked. She was really able to nail what I was looking for and she made me feel so comfortable and never pressured. It was such a relief to have such a nice experience and a cozy atmosphere after lots of dress appointments around town the last few weekends. I had a tight timeline as well with a few months before the wedding because I didn't realize it would be so hard to find the right dress, and Luv Bridal didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all or like my timeline was a problem. They were happy to work with me finding off the rack dresses. The showroom and space in Luv Bridal is really cute and comfortable, too. There are several spots for different brides and little couches to sit on. It felt like you had your own special space but also like you were not alone in trying to find that dress for such an important day. Luv Bridal was also good about staying in my price range with no pressure, as well as helping with excellent recommondations for alterations since my dress was off the rack. All of the dresses are under $5000 and are made from several designers from all over the world. You can tell how incredible each dress is by the fabric, details, intricacies and workmanship. As a bonus, the store also has drinks and snacks available during your appointment, which never goes unnoticed. The first time I tried on dresses I was not sure what style I wanted. I was working with Aylen and Jen and they were FANTASTIC! They are extremely knowledgeable and were incredibly fun to work with. They found several different styles of dresses, which helped me narrow down to the type of fit that I wanted. I also met with the owner, Michelle, and you can tell that she really cares for her customers. After two scheduled appointments and over a dozen beautiful dresses I tried on, I was able to find the PERFECT dress. It is stunning and looks like a $20,000 dress but was under $4,000. Here is my experience as someone supporting the bride. Also my first experience at a bridal boutique, so this sets my bar a bit. Parking was very tough. It's a narrow and tight parking lot. I recommend factoring time prior to your appointment to find parking. The spots are really tight, even with a compact car. There is a grocery store to the right of Luv Bridal, and some spots are marked for the patrons of the store only. Upon entering, the ladies greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. They offered snacks and drinks from their coffee bar. They had a water dispenser closer to the mirrors on the right side of the store. Immediately you can see all the dresses and styles they had in store. I love that they had the full body mirror right by the entrance. It's awesome for taking selfies with your bride tribe! The lady assigned to help our bride was not the best. Of the ten dresses the bride tried on in an hour, two or three were completely not what she was looking for. The bride felt like she wasted time on those and didn't even want to come out to show the rest of the group. But the bride was too shy to tell the lady. The bride ended up not deciding on a dress, but she's also very early in her planning journey. We didn't get champagne although the group next to us popped a bottle. I don't know how that works, but apparently you can drink while you watch your bestie wear beautiful dresses. The prices of the dresses I saw ranged from $1500-$4000. The $1500 dress was like the very basic - no lace, no design. The $4000 dress was so intricate with a beautiful train and special designs all over the dress. read more

Coming in, I was a bit stressed (I found out I'd need to rush-ship most dresses with 7.5 months until my wedding), but Isabel immediately turned the whole situation around. She was so sweet, positive, and calming - her energy is exactly what every bride needs. I loved how detail-oriented she was. Isabel asked really specific questions about what I liked, and when showing each dress, she would present it to my guests with so much excitement and care. I had tried on many gowns at other shops where I liked just the top or just the bottom, but Isabel reminded me that if I don't love the whole dress, then it's not THE one. That advice helped me be more decisive. Compared to other shops I went to, she is by far the best stylist I've met. She truly listened to me, and because of her, I found THE dress that both I and my family fell in love with. As for Luv Bridal itself, the store has an amazing selection of dresses with so many beautiful styles to choose from. I also loved the little touches, like the free snacks and sodas for guests. The only small thing to note is that the seating area is close to other groups, so when you're walking out in each gown you pass by other brides and their guests. Honestly though, it didn't take away from the experience - it just felt like one big community of brides cheering each other on. Had my first ever bridal appointment at Luv Bridal yesterday, and it couldn't have been a better experience. I got to work with Isabel to find my dream dress! She went above and beyond to make me feel special and heard throughout the process, and made a nerve-wracking process feel so fun and effortless. She helped us figure out a budget, and she helped me find my dream dress (on her first try) that fit our budget. There were so many incredible, beautiful dresses in the store. I had a great time at Luv Bridal! I went dress shopping for the first time with my maids of honor, sister and mom and they made us feel comfortable and cared for. There were snacks and drinks in the middle of the showroom for grabs, and handsantizer everywhere. Gina was my consultant -- she listened as I talked through my pinterest board and as I walked through the gallery. I tried on about 5 dresses and she was getting warmer with each one! I appreciated that she had me try on dresses I was interested in (such as A-line, with lace) so I could be firm in my decision. The vibes in there are immaculate and when I knew it was the dress the music definitely enhanced the moment. I was so happy with my experience and would recommend it to everyone!
