If I could give this store more stars for customer service, I would. Long story short, I went in with a gaggle of my closest gals on a busy Saturday. Bre, my stylist, was above and beyond awesome. She made me feel super comfortable and did her best to help bring me the dresses she thought I'd like (which is a hard task considering how indecisive I am). Between the craziness of brides everywhere and the pressure of having my moms and BFF's with me, I said "yes to the dress" after putting on the first dress that I felt good in. Relieved to get that part of wedding planning out of the way, I went home and relaxed. As I sat there, I looked at myself in pictures in the dress I had just bought was filled with instant regret. All evening I had tears in my eyes thinking, "What have I DONE!?" I gave it until Tuesday and looked at the photos again. Full blown tears this time. It looked beautiful on me, but... it wasn't "the one". It just wasn't "me". I was even more scared, because my dress was final sale. So, the next morning right at open I called the store and explained everything to the manager, Shara (spelling may be wrong, I'm sorry!). She very calmly and sweetly explained to me that it's all okay and that we can do an exchange for equal or greater value. She set me up for an appointment a couple days later and asked if I'd like to be with Bre again. I said I definitely wanted to be with Bre, because she's incredible (and well, it's not her fault I made a hasty decision!). Two days later, I went back in and all of the ladies greeted me with kindness, calming my embarrassment for having to be there again. Both Shara and Bre spent an hour and a half with me trying on dresses, re-trying on dresses, adding different options for alterations, shoes and veils. The hour and a half FLEW by and after trying on a dress I had previously tried, but this time with all sorts of alterations, I said "yes to the dress"... again. And this time for good. I'm so excited about my dress and I feel confident in my decision this time. It's what I've always pictured wearing. So... a GIANT thank you to Bre and Shara for being excellent at their jobs, and also excellent and kind humans. You made planning for my big day so much less stressful. read more

I am beyond grateful for the incredible team at David's Bridal. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The assistant manager, Mikael, greeted us right away, and when we explained that we were on an extremely tight timeline--literally just three days--she immediately stepped in to help. She worked her magic and secured us a full bridal appointment within 30 minutes so we could have the complete experience with a stylist and multiple dress options. Our stylist, Callyn, was absolutely amazing. Her energy was wonderful, and she truly listened to our needs and vision. She thoughtfully pulled a variety of styles and ultimately found the dress--the one the bride instantly fell in love with. When the bride shared her alteration requests, Callyn went above and beyond, helping bring her vision to life with care and enthusiasm. Efrasia was our alteration seamstress, and calling her work anything less than extraordinary wouldn't do it justice. She took an already beautiful dress and transformed it into a breathtaking masterpiece in less than one day. The care, creativity, and love she poured into every detail was truly remarkable. She added stunning sleeves, a modesty piece to the neckline, and an additional veil piece that made the dress feel completely custom and deeply meaningful. As if that weren't enough, she went above and beyond by professionally cleaning the dress and making sure it was completely aisle-ready--especially meaningful since pickup day was also the wedding day. The dress was everything my daughter dreamed of and so much more. We are beyond grateful for Efrasia's talent, dedication, and heart. She didn't just alter a dress--she helped create a once-in-a-lifetime moment we will forever cherish. Mikael, Callyn, and Erfrasia felt like our own personal bridal dream team. So I want to talk about my nieces experience at David's Bridal. They made what should have been a wonderful experience into a nightmare. First, they took over 25 minutes to even acknowledge we were in the store. Then they told us to pick a few dresses and when a "stylist", and I use the term loosely, was available they would help us. So we picked 8-9 dresses. And waited, and waited, and waited. Mind you there was NO ONE else in the store. Eventually when we said something they literally said "Oh we forgot you." So after a nightmare start, our experience went downhill from there. To say that my niece is "busty" is an understatement, but their staff was so unprofessional they were making boob jokes relentlessly "Oh man we're gonna run out of tape measure" etc. They made us all uncomfortable and made her cry. When the stylist eventually came to assist the woman wouldn't let her try on the gowns she was interested in bc she said they didn't fit the style she thought was appropriate. (Seriously WTF? Whose wedding is this?) More with the relentless comments about not knowing if they had anything they could fit her breasts into. The whole staff was completely disgusting. The "stylist" wouldn't allow her to try on the dresses her daughters and sister had picked out for her, only allowed her to try on 4 dresses and then proceeded to a hard sell for a credit card no one wanted. Even went so far as to say "Have your friends apply and you can pay them back" kind of ridiculousness. After all of that, they didn't even tell us what size they had been fitting her for. The experience was horrific. We won't be using David's Bridal and we will make sure to tell everyone who asks about our experience. It was the singularly worst retail experience of my life. They humiliated our bride, who doesn't even want to go dress shopping again. They literally ruined her wedding for her. I would NEVER use them for any formal occasion again. read more

First and foremost, WOW! Today's dress experience was amazing for me because of JENNIFER!!!!! She was absolutely incredible in helping me today with my fitting. This was the second place that I visited to try on wedding gowns, and my first experience was bittersweet because of the people and the dresses in the boutique. Today's experience with Jennifer was definitely memorable and enjoyable, and downright FUN! I loved that she measured me first to see my sizes to give a better idea of what will fit. She took everything i had to say into consideration, and even said that she is not emotionally attached to any of the dresses that she picks out, so if i didn't like them, it would not hurt her feelings in the slightest! She made this experience so personal. She asked questions about my wedding, my fella, my likes/dislikes, and more. She shared personal info about her kiddo and life and made me feel so very comfortable the whole time. Any dress i tried on, she complemented the way it fit my figure (being a very curvy, hour glass figured woman, i am a little self-conscious, but she was so sweet, encouraging, and i liked her opinions on all that i tried on. She really listened to what I wanted. Upon making a decision to wait to purchase, she told me that she would place the dress on my wish list. I thanked her, hugged her, and left for the evening. She called me ten minutes later to let me know that the dress that i wanted was on sale, and that she could special reserve it for me at the sale price. I was amazed at her professionalism and amazing skills at her job. I ended up returning about an hour and a half later and got to make a wish, and ring the bell and make a payment on my gown!!!!! I made an appointment to look at some dresses at the Keizer David's Bridal. I had an appointment on a Saturday which I knew would be busy but it worked for my bridesmaids. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted and after giving my info I was taken back by Breanna. She asked the questions to get to know me and what I was looking for. I was pretty open to trying on different styles but I wanted something that looked good on me (plus size bride.) Breanna brought some first initial dresses to try on and while trying on the first ones she asked me some additional questions which brought up that I had a budget in mind. She made sure to bring dresses that I might like within my budget pricing. She always asked what I liked or didn't like about the dress and altered what she brought for the next round of try ones. I never once felt as though she was pushy or rude, instead she listened and was empathetic with my certain body issues and found dresses to flatter me. Even though the store was busy that Saturday, I never felt rushed or that she wasn't there for me, she gave enough space to for me to talk with my friends but yet she was there when I needed her! Thank you so much Breanna!! I didn't purchase my dress that day as I wanted to sleep on it first and she had no problem with that. I probably would not have picked out that certain dress on my own but I was open minded when trying them all on, but I am SO glad she brought it to me as I LOVE it! It could not have been more perfect for my day! When going back to purchase my dress about a week later, Shara helped me and she was really nice as well. While I did upgrade some options like cleaning and a garment bag, I didn't feel pressured to do it which I appreciated. My mother-in-law to be set up an appointment for me with David's Bridal in Keizer since I'm from California and was on way to Oregon to visit my fiance. We showed up to the shop and was greeted by a nice blonde woman, I forgot her name but she was so sweet. We registered for a chance to win some goodies so that was a plus and were assigned with a stylist. My stylist's name was Dahlia and she was a godsend! I'm not one who usually wears dresses or other girly clothing so I was a bit optimistic that I would find anything I liked. She picked out dresses that fit my body and knew I wanted sleeves so she let me try on a jacket with the dresses that were sleeveless. In total I must have tried on 5 dresses and sure enough the last one was "it". She picked out this beautiful ivory dress that had a bit of ruching on the bodice, detailing running up the left side of the dress, a long train with the most beautiful, delicate trim, and a corset lace up back. She had paired it with the lace jacket and just by looking in the mirror I knew I had the one! Thanks to Dahlia I know I'm going to feel like an absolute queen for my wedding day. Not enough thanks and gratitude can be shown for the patience and time she took with me. She even let me come back later in the day to try it on for my mother-in-law's sister. I haven't received my dress yet but Dahlia tried her hardest to find it in stores nearby to no avail. She had it ordered for me to come in the first week of November and so excited to receive both the dress and jacket. Thank you so much Dahlia! You're the best! read more

I had such a great experience at this Davids Bridal in Keizer. I am from Springfield and had taken the Saturday to go dress shopping with my friends. On the way home we stopped at the Beaverton store and were treated terribly. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We then called the Keizer store and from the moment we called, they were so polite and professional. They got an appointment ready for me and when we got there we were immediately greeted by Shard, the manager. She showed us around, let us turn dresses out that I was interested in and was just super helpful. We then were greeted by Stephenee. She was amazing as well! I am a plus size bride and had tried quite a few dresses on with no luck. I had a budget and she respected that. She showed me so many dresses and made me feel super comfortable even if I hated the way the dress looked on me. She wasn't judgy, or pushy, she genuinely cared about my feelings. I ended up falling in love with a dress she put me in and was able to purchase it that day. To be truthful, I was getting discouraged and was starting to think I was not going to find the dress. She was positive the whole time and assured me she would help me find the dress I loved! She did just that! I am so happy with the way this store did business, from the first phone call to the purchasing of the dress, this store knows how to be professional. I rarely take the time to write a review, but after my appointment today I thought I should. Before my appointment I was very nervous. My daughter is about 5 months old and I am still very insecure of my post baby body. Not to mention that my wedding is barely a month away, to top it off my budget was low. From the very beginning Cassie was Great, professional and personable. She instantly calmed my nerves and quickly started to figure out what type of dress I wanted. I had never tried any on before so I didn't know verbiage or style that I wanted but that didn't seem to phase her. She made me feel comfortable telling her what I did and did not like about dresses. She was respectful and helpful with trying to get into the dresses. She also made it a point to get my mothers opinion and to try on veils I liked with the dresses. She also did a great job of explaining the add on's and benefits of things that they offer. I had narrowed it down to two dresses that I loved. I had to keep trying them on to try and decide which one. I kept apologizing for it and never once did she accept it. She was amazing. She really helped me decide by offering a puffy slip and some heels, a necklace, veil. I honestly believe she was the reason that I purchased a dress today. I figured it would take more for me to decide. Because of Cassie I will also be bringing in my brides maids. I recently visited this store with my mom and sister after a very long day full of disappointing bridal gown appointments. At every other store, I was put in gowns that didn't fit... and when they finally put me in something my size, the gowns just weren't as beautiful as the ones in smaller sizes. My confidence was low! I didn't have an appointment at DB but thought we would just walk in and see what could happen. Bridal stylist Keely greeted us with a smile and took the time to really understand what kind of gown I was looking for. She measured me so she could pull the correct sizes (this was the first time I had been measured all day!) Keely really impressed my mom and I with how considerate she was through the whole appointment and she was very attentive to my feelings about the dresses. As far as i'm concerned, she saved the day!!! I ended up finding two dresses I really liked so I left the store to "sleep on it". We are not from the Salem area and were traveling home the next day however, I ended up buying one of the dresses, that Keely put me in, at the Clackamas store as we passed through that area. I told the person who helped us with our purchase that I would like Keely to receive credit for the sale because she really is the person who made my wedding gown buying experience wonderful. I booked an appointment at David's Bridal on Saturday to look at wedding dresses. After reading reviews about how busy they can bee on Saturdays and how consultants were often helping multiple brides at once, I wasn't expecting too much. The wonderful team working here proved me wrong and blew me away with their AMAZING service. My appointment was with Alicia and she was fabulous. She was so sweet and attentive, she really made the experience fun and exciting for me. She listened to what I wanted and brought me the dresses that matched my description. All of the dresses I tried on were beautiful but none of them were "the one" for me. Alicia had a feeling that I would like one of her favorite dresses in the store so she brought that one for me to try on. It was PERFECT! The detailing and beautiful lace work on the dress made me fall in love with it instantly. I am so glad she has such a wonderful intuitive sense because the style of the dress is something I never would have thought to try on. But her intuition was spot on and because of that I found my dress. I would highly recommend her to anyone, but you better book her soon because she is moving away in about 2 weeks! Honestly though, everyone I worked with here was amazing so I don't think you can go wrong. I think with David's Bridal things can be kind of hit and miss, and that certainly happened in my case. I visited the store in Beaverton and had a really overwhelming and honestly kind of tacky experience with an overly pushy saleswoman in early September. I found a nice dress but it was on the higher end of my price range ($1,500-2,000) and I felt really pressured to make a big decision right that minute. I ended up leaving, a little bruised and battered, without ordering a dress. A few weeks later, a friend talked me into trying again at the Keizer store. I am so glad I did, because it was a totally different experience! Kristi found me a dress just like the one I had tried on previously, but with better looking-lace, and for half the price. I feel like she was actually listening to me and trying to find me a dress that would look and feel great, instead of just pushing me into the most expensive dress possible. Since price wasn't even that huge of a factor to me, I couldn't imagine what my first experience would have been like for someone on a tighter budget. At any rate, this store is much newer, nicer, and awesomer than Beaverton's store. I highly recommend this store, and especially Kristi! She was just so sweet. I went in to Davids Bridal yesterday and I am a bridesmaid in a wedding for 03/2015 in Arizona and I am also renewing my own vows the same month in Hawaii. I have been to Davids Bridal before in Roseville, CA and they were so nice and helpful but this one they were so rude. The first lady showed me were to look for certain ones and just left, I chose a few bridesmaid dresses and a girl named Dahlia was helping my friend who is getting married fall next year and is nervous dress shopping. My friend didnt know what kind of dress she wanted so she chose 3 to try on and get a feel. I was trying to tell her different kinds to look into and the girl repeatedly said that she didnt want to help her look for dresses due to her wedding not being anytime soon and that since she didnt know what she wanted to wear she needed to look online and decide first. I am a manager of retail for 6+ years and not once have I seen someone be this rude to a paying customer and someone who would be returning to buy more there. I planned on getting both my dresses there and when she showed no interest and her attitude I definitely will be getting my word out about them! My daughter and I shopped at two other bridal shops in the area; David's bridal had the best selection for the price. Maddy at David's Bridal was our sales person, she did an excellent job, very helpful I give her 5 stars. Maddy listened to my daughter and helped her relax. Lets face it all women hate one part of their body or another, standing under bright lights looking at yourself in a giant mirror is a bit overwhelming. When my daughter would come out of the dressing room with that look on her face of disappointment; I would quickly say take it off and lets move on it's not the dress. Maddy wasn't offended and chimed in by telling my daughter the dress should make her feel like a 10. She didn't try to sell us on a dress that my daughter didn't like. Maddy acknowledged my daughters feeling and helped us find the perfect dress and veil, and it was on sale!! The reason I didn't give a full five stars is due to all the sales pitches I heard (dry cleaning, undergarments, shoes, accessories, etc.) I am a sales person so I recognized what was going on and at times it comes off a bit pushy. Also the interest rate on the credit card is 26%, read the fine print. Overall a good experience, they made us feel welcome even though we didn't have an appointment. I recently set up an appointment for my best friend who is getting married in August. Our original plan was to look at reception dresses and bridesmaid options. My best friend had a dress for her ceremony already, but wasn't really satisfied with the dress. Jennifer Leduc was our consultant for the evening. I just cannot say enough what what a BLESSING this woman was to our party. She was super knowledgable of the product and stock, colors, sizes, etc. She also was extremely friendly and upbeat, and was very interested in what the Bride wanted. She was efficient and just an overall blast!! Not only were we in and out in less than an hour... but we were able to find the dresses for the bridesmaids, and the PERFECT gown for our bride. Who gushed and cried and decided it would be her ceremony gown... also.... everything was within budget. (I.e. she didn't give us dresses to try on that were outside of our budget) we couldn't be happier, and will be directing everyone we know her way for any bridal, or special occasion help they may need. My daughter Rachel and I went to David's Bridal on 3/28/15 to take a look at some wedding dresses for her upcoming wedding in July. Jennifer was the stylist we were given. I just wanted to say if you go David's Bridal ask for Jennifer! She reassured us that she had no "emotional attachment" to any of the dresses so not to worry about offending her if she brought a dress to Rachel that we may not care for. She made it so easy to be totally upfront and honest about what Rachel was looking for. Jennifer has such a wonderful personality and is high energy person! She was truly a pleasure to work with! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made Rachel feel so comfortable and special, Rachel felt like inviting her to the wedding! I was told it was available in blush color, but when ordering it, found out it was no longer available at all. We thought a dress off the floor was located in another store out of state but when it was delivered it was the wrong dress. After much research, it was obvious the dress was no longer available in the United States. I had my heart set on this dress and was unwilling to give up. The dress was still available in Canada but store policy would not allow international shipping. Kelsey arranged for me to purchase the dress over the phone and have it transferred to a store just across the border from Washington. Kelsey, herself, drove all the way across the border to retrieve the dress for me. She surpassed the idea of customer service! She did everything to make this dress that seemed unreachable, possible. I went to David's Bridal on Saturday, January 16. And they were PACKED! But, all of the staff were very friendly, they made not just myself feel welcome, but the 10 people that I had in my 'entourage' as well. They also worked very hard to make sure that everyone in my party had seats. All of this was great, but the best part of my appointment was honestly my stylist, Dahlia Luna-Orozco. She was the BEST! She listened attentively to what I thought that I wanted, and to what my wedding will be like, and then pulled two dresses of her choice, and the 'dream' dress that I wanted to try on. No joke, the very first dress that I tried on myself and my ENTIRE entourage fell in love with. It wasn't even my dream dress! Also, with my veil and my hair piece, she got those picks right on the first try too. She was also very sweet, and friendly, and talked not just about business but also shared a bit about her life, and her wedding. I will recommend her to anyone else I know shopping for a bridal gown. I have been to several David's Bridal shops but none of them provided me with anything close to the great customer service and professional assistance that I received at this one in Keizer, OR, especially Amy, my alteration specialist. She was not only friendly, but very knowledgeable and her experience in alterations and as a seamstress eased any reservations I came in with. Amy was very precise and careful when hemming my dress. I came in with a very beaded, sequined dress in excellent condition (not one bead or sequin missing, no loose threads, etc.) and Amy handled it with great care which gave me confidence that my dress was going to be carefully and gently handled. The other staff were very friendly, too. I was quickly greeted and advised that my alteration appt. was right on schedule. I was a bit early but the young lady kindly took my dress back to alterations to hold it while I shopped nearby stores. I will update my review after the completed alterations to note any issues with end product and condition of my dress. read more

I am forever grateful for the wonderful staff (Shara and Nicole) and amazing customer service provided by David's Bridal. Shortly after I got engaged this summer, I went wedding dress shopping with my mom and bridesmaids. I had an appointment and went right away to meet with the consultant. Meanwhile the girls, and later the consultant, pulled dresses for me to try on. I purchased a beautiful dress but later had some mega dress doubt. I did not feel like a bride in that dress and it made me sad to think of walking down the aisle in it. I went back to David's Bridal and shared what I was feeling and told them I believed my dress doubt was due to the fact that I did not get to pull any dresses myself. They were compassionate and allowed me to pull any dress I wanted and try them on, even though I did not have an appointment. I found MY dress and absolutely LOVE it! They allowed me to exchange my first dress to get the dress I love. I felt beautiful on my wedding day and I owe it all to them! Thank you, Shara and Nicole!! read more
