Imagine my surprise being stopped by a guard upon entering the store as if it were some third world check point. That should have been my first indication to turn around and leave, but I 'halted' and waited behind the barrier for my turn to enter. No luck finding the shoes I wanted, what I did find was an absolute mess. Everywhere I turned it was as if I entered some hellscape posing as a store. Complete disorganization and things all over the floor. I couldn't get out fast enough. No thank you chaos, not today!

First I was a bit surprised there was a security guard at the door but after a moment that was no big deal. I looked around & couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked someone for help. I was told they weren't the 'coat factory' any more & they only had a few coats left on the clearance rack. He seemed to be in charge of things by the way he spoke (manager maybe) but he took me over to where the coats were. I found one I liked for a really good price, but it had a little damage. I thought if I could find the manager again maybe he would give me a discount. When I did find him he offered a 50% discount (though I couldn't return it). I agreed & now I am a very happy customer. I plan to go back when I need something.

I'm extremely disappointed with the experience we had at Lady Secrets in Clackamas Town Center. We…read morescheduled a quinceañera try-on appointment, which required payment upfront, so we expected at least a basic level of attentive service. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. When we arrived, there were only two employees working. While we understand that staffing can be challenging, it was frustrating because they clearly had scheduled appointments and should have planned accordingly. The staff member assigned to help us kept leaving to assist other customers. When we tried to get her attention, we were repeatedly told to wait. We had already selected the dresses my daughter wanted to try on before starting, but none of them were being prepared ahead of time. This caused unnecessary delays and made the whole appointment feel rushed and disorganized. At one point, when we let her know we were ready to try on the next dress, she told us we couldn't because we were out of time even though we still had about 15 minutes left in our appointment. Overall, the service was inattentive, poorly managed, and very disappointing--especially considering we paid for the appointment. We ended up walking out because the experience was so frustrating. I would not recommend this place based on our visit. My daughter and I were looking forward to this place as well so it makes me sad I have to write this bad of a review.

I've been consigning and shopping here since I moved to Oregon in 1995. It's so much fun to get a…read moregood deal and at the same time get rid of clothes you no longer want - and make a few bucks. I was sorry to see the old management go and learn they had fired all personnel, but I also understand that they had a different business plan, and sometimes this sort of thing is needed to make a fresh start with new policies. I've mostly been happy when consigning although sometimes the low price they place on a Pendleton or Clarks item I've consigned blows my mind and I try not to get upset. I've mostly been pretty satisfied with the amount of items they accept from me to consign (I'd say they accept at least 80% of what I've brought in), but the last time, I brought in over 30 items, most new but without tags, and they didn't accept one single item! One has to consider their current stock and think maybe they already have something like you brought in, and they didn't take? But I was bummed as I am an old lady and had to schlepp my stuff to my car from my apartment and then into the store, and then the reverse. I'm sorry to hear of the many complaints about employee attitudes here. That has not been my experience in the least! I'm always asked if I need assistance and they scramble to help me find things that are going past their consign-by date (when they would ordinarily go on sale or get donated), when I want to rescue something from them that I've consigned. I DO like to shop the discounted items in each section and appreciate how they put them on the end of each section, so I can walk down the main aisle and peruse them. These items (priced according to the current % off color that hangs from the ceiling) used to be sprinkled throughout the store and not kept together in each section, so for us bargain shoppers, this is a fantastic way to shop!
