I found mold in my closet and it got on my lovely wedding dress and I was panicking because it looked so bad and I wondered if my dress would even be salvageable! I took it in and explained my situation and the man working at the front was super calm and took a quick look at it and said that they would be able to clean it. A week later I came back and it looked BEAUTIFUL, I was so relieved! All the mold was off! I almost never write reviews but they definitely deserve one for what an amazing job they did. And also, it's only $120 for a wedding dress cleaning and I personally felt like that was a super fair price. If you need anything dry cleaned I would highly recommend this place! read more

I have used River Road cleaners for my work clothes for 20 years. The owners are honest, hardworking, and exceedingly reliable. When I walk in the door they know me. Their service has always been good. This business is the epitome of what a local community business should be. I can't give a higher recommendation. read more

The owner of River Road Cleaners is taking every precaution to keep customers and himself safe! Not only is he wearing a mask, he has two plexi-glass shields up in front of the registers to protect himself and customers! He purposefully went out of his way to not touch my receipt and kept social distancing! FIVE STARS!!! He also handed me some homemade masks and instructed me to wash them daily!!! Best family run business! Dry cleaning is always impeccable! read more

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I took a hoodie in that had a small tear in the side. The owner fixed it on the spot and wouldn't accept any money for the quick fix. I have used their dry cleaning service as well and it is quick and done extremely well. This business is a pillar of the community. I cannot recommend them enough! read more

Great service. They always have my clothes ready on time. Prices seem reasonable.

Quick, friendly and wonderful service cleaning and pressing my son's suit for such a great price!

I've just started using them. Twice now, I've had some pants altered. Both times the alterations (tapering/hemming) were perfect. Four pair brought in with different brands and sizes. Four pair returned to me better than I'd even hoped. I will gladly drive from South Salem to use their service again! Affordable. Friendly. Excellent work. read more

This place is amazing. Wonderful customer service. Quality alterations. Great cleaning.

Have been coming here since 2009. I drive all the way from S Salem. Best service I've ever had from a cleaners. I just picked up my Cleanning and the owner carried it out to my car for me. Usually has my clothes waiting for me by the time I walk through the door. You just don't get trust kind of service anymore. I've always been satisfied with the quality. They don't use the harsh chemicals, that's what brought me here, but as more and more dry cleaners have gotten greener, the personal service keeps me happily making the drive to Keizer read more

First time customer, brought 3 items in to be drycleaned and a shirt fixed where there was a small hole in the arm seam. Was told it'd take 4 days. Arrived 1 hour earlier than the time stated on the ticket (pick up after 4, I arrived at 3). Items weren't ready. They were JUST then cleaning them. I went back to pick up about 3hrs later, items were cleaned, but shirt was not fixed as previously requested. Prices were higher than expected for just basic services. Will not return. read more

Excellent quality cleaning and tailoring service. I live in Portland and this is my exclusive dry cleaner.

My Godmother brought in my wool coat for a quick turnaround dry clean. It was a mess, with dog hair, mud, and two missing buttons. The lovely gentleman cleaned it beautifully, and quickly. To my delight and surprise, he took the coat's two spare buttons to replace the missing ones, sewing them in free of charge. That kind of attention to service and detail is a gem. I will definitely bring my clothes here again. read more

I came in with a couple of baseball caps that needed cleaning. One was a white one which was pretty stained from wear. Unfortunately even after cleaning it didn't look much better. I had hoped they would have been able to clean it better than that. But I don't really blame them too much, I think it is time for that hat to go into the worker hat bin. Service was excellent and quick. read more

Took my suede leather jacket to this Dry Cleaner, they claimed it would be cleaned and ready following week. Went to pick it up following week and the sleeves were still dirty. Unfriendly counter lady raised her voice and exclaimed "not come out"! They held my jacket "hostage" until I paid the payment. I DO NOT recommend any customer to support this establishment as there is another dry cleaner business 4 blocks south on same road. read more

Reliable, excellent service and always so kind! I've been going here for years and the owner has on more than one occasion gone above and beyond- hemmed all my bridesmaid dresses for free in 2008 "because you're a good customer" and recently worked on a Sunday to get my husbands clothes done in time for a business trip "because you're a good customer." He gets it. Hubby brought clothes home for a weekend visit because he didn't trust anyone else to clean them. read more

They did a great (and quick) job on a hem repair for a bridesmaid dress. I brought the dress to them on Thursday and they had it ready by Friday, in plenty of time for the wedding on Saturday. The hem was straight and nicely stitched. The dress was nicely pressed. I was really pleased. read more
