I found mold in my closet and it got on my lovely wedding dress and I was panicking because it looked so bad and I wondered if my dress would even be salvageable! I took it in and explained my situation and the man working at the front was super calm and took a quick look at it and said that they would be able to clean it. A week later I came back and it looked BEAUTIFUL, I was so relieved! All the mold was off! I almost never write reviews but they definitely deserve one for what an amazing job they did. Not only is he wearing a mask, he has two plexi-glass shields up in front of the registers to protect himself and customers! He purposefully went out of his way to not touch my receipt and kept social distancing! FIVE STARS!!! He also handed me some homemade masks and instructed me to wash them daily!!! First time customer, brought 3 items in to be drycleaned and a shirt fixed where there was a small hole in the arm seam. Was told it'd take 4 days. Arrived 1 hour earlier than the time stated on the ticket (pick up after 4, I arrived at 3). Items weren't ready. They were JUST then cleaning them. I went back to pick up about 3hrs later, items were cleaned, but shirt was not fixed as previously requested. Prices were higher than expected for just basic services. Will not return. read more

My Godmother brought in my wool coat for a quick turnaround dry clean. It was a mess, with dog hair, mud, and two missing buttons. The lovely gentleman cleaned it beautifully, and quickly. To my delight and surprise, he took the coat's two spare buttons to replace the missing ones, sewing them in free of charge. That kind of attention to service and detail is a gem. I came in with a couple of baseball caps that needed cleaning. One was a white one which was pretty stained from wear. Unfortunately even after cleaning it didn't look much better. I had hoped they would have been able to clean it better than that. But I don't really blame them too much, I think it is time for that hat to go into the worker hat bin. Took my suede leather jacket to this Dry Cleaner, they claimed it would be cleaned and ready following week. Went to pick it up following week and the sleeves were still dirty. Unfriendly counter lady raised her voice and exclaimed "not come out"! They held my jacket "hostage" until I paid the payment. I DO NOT recommend any customer to support this establishment as there is another dry cleaner business 4 blocks south on same road. read more
